I wanted to share a great support experience I recently had with TSPLUS. After submitting a ticket, I was impressed by how quickly the team responded. Even better, two support technicians joined the remote session together, ensuring the issue was diagnosed and resolved efficiently. Their teamwork, communication, and technical knowledge really stood out. Great job to the TSPLUS support team—excellent service and strong collaboration.
Pros: had an excellent experience with TSPLUS support. The response time on my ticket was extremely fast, and they even had two technicians join the support session
Cons: From my perspective, there were absolutely no cons regarding the issue I was experiencing. The support process was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. I have been using TSPlus for many years and currently have over 20 licences. Always my first choice. It can be up and running within minutes, and the licence costs are not unreasonable.
Pros: Easy to use, reasonably priced, with helpful support and reliable performance for everyday business needs.
Cons: Support is available only during European office hours, which can sometimes be inconvenient or a bit annoying for customers located in Asia.

Overall, the software is great at what it is supposed to do and I am quite happy with the overall performance and we will keep using it.
Pros: The software provides excellent support and is easy to use. easy to implement, and most importantly does not cost an arm and a leg.
Cons: Integration. The integration with other software and workflow setup maybe is missing again for what it does is great software.

My overall experience with Tsplus is great , it protects me from hackers attacks and its very fast to connect to cloud server .
Pros: Tsplus Advanced security is the best , it protects against attacks or hackers . Also Tsplus remote connector is good , it connects faster . The price is very cost effective . Also there is great support team which responds within a few hours .
Cons: When you change server , you will need to redo connectors again which will be time consuming for our setup where we have 150 connectors.

So far it has been very good. I had some minor issues with the setup (due to my issues) - and the support team was great at answering my questions. What really surprised me was I had some issues accessing my windows program from my tablet (using the software keyboard to enter data) - and their support team did not give up - and found the issue - which allows me to use my Samsung tablet with their applications using the software keyboard. Very impressive support.
Pros: Easy to use and configure. Fact that it allowed me to deliver and run my Windows program in a browser was amazing.
Cons: Some of the documentation around uploading and downloading files was not completely clear.

Pros: Support it's always on time and usefull, efficient people, update of version solves problems with windows.

support team need to understand... partners generally reach out to them when they fail or face certain challenges generally at the time of trial... support team should extend the best at the time of trial for certain challenges faced and this is as good as participating in winning the sale! overall sense of participating in resellers trial struggle is missing.

Pros: Super easy to use! You can have hundreds of users on remote desktops in 10 minutes literally! The installation and setup is so simple it's insane. Administration is also so easy. They load in all the defaults and the way 99% of the users will use it and allow you to customize it afterward. Microsoft and Citrix make you setup every little option. TSPlus puts in the defaults and let's you work around the defaults which makes for a super fast deployment.
Cons: The pricing is a little confusing. I don't like that they charge for every little module (IE. Two factor, etc) but overall the pricing is fair. It's just a little confusing sometimes.

Pros: The software and services are very good. You don´t need a high internet speed.
Cons: Windows updates many few times they are not compatible with TS PLUS version at the time they come up and I have to unistall the last windows update.

Have been using the software as an MSP for over 4 years to establish Remote Desktop services for our clients. Have been very pleased with the performance and ease of use for the software.
Pros: Simple setup and implementation for Remote Desktop through the software. Support has been quick to respond and assist on tickets created when seeking extra instructions.
Cons: Nit picking - When accessing server through HTML5 using a web browser, you can't send CTRL+ALT+DEL through a Toolbar Menu (or use CTRL+ALT+END) to bring up the Remote Desktop's shell screen to easily guide users to Password Resets.

overall is good except it should have all add-ons free along with remote connect, still more features required like automatic file copy from server to local pc and vice versa.
Pros: very simple, good support, speed is good, different methods , supports using browser hence platform independent so can be used in any mobile.
Cons: No direct telephone support, security features are add-ons and extra cost.

The remote desktop feature is easy to use and perfect for what we need. We haven't had a need for their other products yet but this has been great.
Pros: The Remote Desktop feature is perfect for our industry. We need many connection points to our clients to complete our services and it can be hard and costly for clients to provide what we need. This software allows us to be much more efficient in our offerrings to clients.
Cons: It took a while to set up the exact plan we needed but now that it's complete, everything's been great!
