Zillow Rental Manager

Pros: Strong lead volume compared to other platforms, quick and easy listing setup with solid visibility, screening tools help pre-qualify prospects before tours, centralized inbox makes it easy to manage inquiries, and saves us a ton of time by keeping all the different moving parts of client acquisition and online property presence into one seamless system.

Cons: ZRM generates a high volume of leads, the issue is that many are unqualified despite the transparency we provide on our disclosure (which is not ZRM's fault, but rather one of the fated outcomes of internet advertising). Lastly, the platform’s limited customization can make it time-consuming to efficiently manage inquiries at mass scale.

Pros: Zillow rental manager is quite convenient. The info is taken directly from the rent manager software. No need to change in two places.

Cons: There's really nothing I don't like about Zillow Rental Manager. It does have a lot of information and can be overwhelming at times.

Pros: I like using Zillow to look up properties in specific areas and check the features and prices of the homes.

Cons: There isn’t really anything I can think of. I do prefer the Zillow real estate to the rental property but it’s helpful to know the rental value as well.

Pros: It's overall very easy to use. Zillow Rental manager can be a great for marketing tool. It has a lot of great uses.

Cons: When I tried to list multiple units in my building it locked me out and thought I was scamming. Then it asked for a lot of red tape for me to access my account again. I am literally still locked out.

Pros: I use Zillow rental manager for my carpet cleaning business to get information on home size and layouts. I love the vast amount of precise information that Zillow hosts.

Cons: The only complaint is that some addresses do not show up and that is not even Zillows fault. I know some homeowners don’t want their information public.

Pros: Zillow made it very easy to list properties and manage communication with prospective tenants. To edit our listing only took a few clicks and everything was there ready to edit.

Cons: What I like least about Zillow is that seemed we didn't get much traffic from the Zillow website. The traffic rarely was qualifying.

Pros: The value you get for the money! Even the free services are very helpful in finding and vetting new tenants!

Cons: Time for processing rental payments- the processing time from when a tenant pays rent to time it hits your bank account could be shorter

Pros: They notify me when someone is interested in renting in the area. Sometimes take people from other areas.

Cons: It’s too expensive for the few results it brings. I get more leases through referrals than through this system.

Pros: I use zillow rental manager mainly for listing rental units. It works pretty well for this in terms of the ease of listing, messages etc.

Cons: Some other sites with the ability to list rentals offer automatic replies. Zillow rental manager does not so it can get redundant sending the same message over and over.

Pros: Zillow rental manager is easy to use and its free to use which i really like and appreciate. Definitely recommended to all landlords.

Cons: I don't really have any dislikes regarding the platform. Everything works to my liking. The platform has alot the features I need.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was sometimes my app wouldn't load. IT also is a problem that has been fixed. no complaints about Zillow I LOVE THEM

Pros: Zillow Rental manager was able to assist us in renting out our guest house; It enabled the process to be smooth and efficient, easily connecting us with our listing agent

Cons: Zillow Rental Manager was ultimately great for us, however it charges us an MLS fee amongst proceeding with contracting to our potential renters.

Pros: It allowed me to post a full ad with photos that show off all of the amazing units and amenities that my property has.

Pros: The side variety of houses for rent and purchase and if sponsored by zillow when applying for a rent house only a one tome application fee us needed.

Cons: When houses showed up on zillow but werent sponsored so it took me to a different site where another application fee was due.

Pros: The ease of listing properties uploading media photos, videos, and advertising multi family units makes us a win-win that is extremely user-friendly. You can also take applications directly through Zillow.

Cons: Especially for urban apartments like in downtown situations, we need to add more amenities because historic buildings do not have everything that class a Apartment communities downtown or in the suburbs have

Pros: Zillow rental manager is the best way to keep track of your payments and home fees all the while improving your credit score with every paid month!

Cons: Sometimes we run into less tech savvy tenants and this makes this more difficult for them. Also internet connectivity is required this can hold up a transaction as well.

Pros: I listed my long term rental with Zillow rental manager and I liked the experience. It made it easy for people to apply and have background/credit checks done, and it was easy to schedule showings and upload the listing.

Cons: I decided not to use it for my rent collection because of the fee that it takes from the rent and how long it takes to depo

Pros: I liked how easy and manageable it is to use! Very user friendly!

Cons: At this moment I’m not too sure of anything to say that I dislike.

Pros: Works well if you have a few properties to manage. I liked the ability to allow applications be submitted through Zillow, and the option for extra promotion.

Cons: As you manage more properties you will need more features that are lacking in the rental manager.

Cons: They don't always update the newest statue of housing so sometimes they will still be listed after sold/rent.
