Fantastic aid for any real estate agent! The support team is amazingly responsive and helpful as well.
Pros: The functionality is great, and it's very intuitive to use. Certainly helps keep a busy agent 100% organized.
Cons: Sometimes it can be a little glitchy, however the support team is so quick to help out and correct things it hardly matters.

As a new real estate agent, I’ve been approached by countless companies trying to sell me services I don’t really need — lots of fluff and little value. RealOffice360 is the complete opposite. Pros: - Very affordable, especially great for new or unestablished agents - Easy to use and intuitive interface - Excellent customer service, responsive and genuinely helpful - Built by people who understand real estate - Helps keep your business organized without feeling overwhelming
Cons: Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. As the platform continues to grow, I’d love to see even more integration options with other tools I use daily, but it already meets my needs perfectly.

[sensitive content hidden] was great to first email with & then have a video call to fully explain the CRM, do a demo on how it functions and answer all my questions, and there were many! I am looking forward to making RealOffice360 an integral part of my real estate tool box!
Pros: Easy to use, love the capability to keep track of all the important dates for ALL family members! Good way to track transactions and always have your stats at your fingertips.
Cons: It would be nice to have the ability to complete a CMA on the site and send just sold/just listed emails pulling data right from the CRM. Neither are deal breakers though.

Very good and functional. I had no problems at all with this CRM Manager.
Pros: It's super easy to use and keeps track of all your leads, as well as all the documents needed for a transaction
Cons: There's nothing that I can say I really disliked about this CRM

Pros: I started using RealOffice360 after a friend told me they looked into every CRM and this one was very user friendly and specific to real estate deals. She was absolutely right. I love how you can track your deals and sort clients with different tags, or in your pipeline. It makes keeping track of my deals and certain dates very easy. The big reason why I continue to use RealOffice360 is the affordable pricing compared to other CRM's and the very quick customer service. I highly recommend this platform to my colleagues to operate business smoothly.
Cons: I definitely don't use the entire system to it's maximum capability yet, however as a surface level user, I do wish that you would stay logged into the app (similar to a Facebook account) instead of having to sign in every single time. Or at least allow the app to save the sign in information so that we can just click 'log in.' Additionally, when looking at a contact, I wish you could just hit 'next' to go to the next one in order instead of having to go back and click the next client. This would be useful when going through clients individually to update them.

Pros: Visually pleasing and simple big picture overview
Cons: Can use a daily to-do list. Only has a calendar but doesn't show undone tasks or upcoming tasks as a list

Pros: I like how easy it is to use. Good User UX.
Cons: Some limitations while using it. With it being so easy and simple to use, it makes certain things hard to accomplish. IE. Has a drop down menu to choose how often follow ups happen but cannot customize the length and no way to choose a specific day of the week so a follow up could end up on a weekend.

Overall it has been good. I wish there were a few more features but it has helped me tremendously.
Pros: It keeps my clients and sales in process in an orderly fashion making it easy to follow up! I don't worry about forgetting someone or a step of the sale because it is all right in front of me!
Cons: No direct systems to set up automatic emails and drips to clients.

Great. I don't think there is a better product for the money. Its stupid-simple to use, and that's my highest priority: actually using it.
Pros: RealOffice360 is simple enough to actually use. Even if you leave it for a couple weeks/months, its easy to get back on and get caught up. There is next to no learning curve, because it is so simple. I don't have time to study my CRM, and I didn't need to with this one. I've tried a lot of CRMs and this is the easiest one to use.
Cons: I would like to see contact follow-up reminders that are timed based on what group they are in, like contactually used to do.

Pros: I like the pricing for a single agent and the ability to set up custom flows to prompt me to touch base with my network on a monthly basis.
Cons: It is a little simplistic. The app logs out a lot.

Highly recommend. Easy to set-up and use.
Pros: The key for me was using the free version until I needed the paid version.The paid version really finessed the organization of my sphere.
Cons: Customer Service is not instantaneous. My questions are answered. Just not quickly. Billing was weird one year because I'm in the US and they are in Canada.

Pros: RealOffice360 provides an all-in-one and simplified solution. It allows us to stay current with follow up, up-to-date with tasks, important dates and deal tracking. A refreshing platform and first class customer support!
Cons: If any of the calendar events are moved or changed, with the exception of to the very next day, both the initial event and the adjusted event show when syncing to Google calendars. This creates double up events and is frustrating as dates changes often.

Amazing experience so far. I love having access from my phone, laptop and tablet.
Pros: Organized Pipeline and very easy to add contacts.
Cons: Commission split is different in the Dominican Republic so I have to put it manually unfortunately.

My transition has been smooth. I was able to navigate quite easily on my own, but when I did have a question, support quickly responded.
Pros: RealOffice360 has been super easy to navigate. I was easily able to upload my contact lists, set up my pipeline, track my transactions, and sync my daily tasks with my Google calendar, allowing me to receive notifications of tasks I need to complete.
Cons: I wish that I was able to add prospecting tasks to a large group of contacts at the same time rather than individually.

Pros: RealOffice360 offers excellent customer support. Whenever I had questions or encountered issues, their support team was responsive and helpful, ensuring I had a smooth experience using the CRM. The mobile app is also a great feature, allowing me to manage my business on the go.
Cons: On the downside, I found the email marketing tools to be somewhat basic. It would be beneficial to have more advanced email marketing functionalities integrated into the platform.
