It works reliably, and does what is promised. The application can still be improved in the feature with minor upgrades, while still keeping the minimalistic functionality.
Pros: It is stable and reliable. We use it with roughly 10 people and have not encountered major problems yet.

Helpwire is excellent for my small business. The program is easy to pick-up, installation for my team is easy, and the MFA authentication on my operator account helps me and my team feel secure. Unattended access ability is awesome.
Pros: HelpWire is easy to use as an operator and more importantly, it is easy for my clients to use. As a small business, a remote connection software that is highly capable, easy to use, and affordable is very valuable.
Cons: As an early product, HelpWire has occasional stability issues and I would like to be able to hear my client's audio remotely.

Helpwire is stable and responsive. Adding a client workstation is secure and very simple thanks to a simple link sent by email, for e.g, which makes support easier.
Pros: Simplicity of usage. Security. Avaibility every where. Remote access is easy for everyone, eliminating tedious explanations during support calls requiring a physical connection.
Cons: The keyboard management. Sometimes the key mapping is not correct, and access to special characters is only possible using the Alt + Number key combination. Multiple screens that are on the same window.

Used to use (and paid for) Teamviewer. Helpwire is much better, and free. I use it a fair bit, and have emailed the team in the early days, generally been very impressed.
Pros: Free, works well. Ideal way to provide remove access/support to a PC or Mac. Helpful support. Works well when controlling a remote two-screen computer - easy to flick between them. I like the fact you can do a file transfers just by dragging a file between windows on the remote and local computers. I also lime the timed log it displays (and keeps) of the session and significant events. Vital for charging.
Cons: Couldn't get "Grant admin access" to work at remote end - just starting the remote end with "Run as administrator" works just as well though.

Pros: Excelente programa com ótimos recursos. Muito fácil de usar! Área de transferência comum e troca de arquivos funcionam perfeitamente. Também é possível trabalhar com múltiplos monitores!
Cons: Às vezes a conexão remota cai e volta na sequência. É algo que pode melhorar, mas nem chega a atrapalhar o trabalho.

Having worked on a whole bunch of other remote support software, from solarwinds dameware to anydesk and teamviewer, vnc viewer and the like, I have never had the joy I am having with Helpwire.
Pros: All my clients, grouped together - always accessible even after hours when I need to do maintenance. Optional unattended access makes life a breaze after hours.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, cannot hate on such an amazing product. Effective, reliable and completely blasts any other remote support software out of the water.

Pros: I like seamless remote desktop experience and copy/paste functionality, reliability, and the fact it is free to use. Easy login with Gmail.
Cons: Updates interrupting the work. Sometimes it logs me out when I don't expect. Other than that I see no cons.

Pros: Works smoothly and perfectly as regards to remote support on Windows, which is my main usage for the moment. I am adopting it!
Cons: These are not Con's, but suggestions to give feed-back and push requests which I understand you are still working on. - Some improvements to be made on the Headless mode (sometime tricky to connect) - Lack of Headless support for Linux servers - Lack of Android support.

It's still early days for me, but so far I'm really impressed with the relative ease of getting unattended remote access set up on both Mac and Windows PCs. Security is in place so that remote access can be easily revoked on the host machine at any time.
Pros: I am a lifelong Windows guy who bought a Mac a few months ago and wanted unattended remote access that worked on both platforms. It works great!
Cons: File transfers use a simple copy/paste method, which is fine. But, I'd prefer a file manager-like interface similar to other remote control apps I've used.

Pros: La compatibilidad con Mac es lo mejor. Anteriormente utilizaba AnyDesk por su compatibilidad con Apple Mac pero después de sus múltiples actualizaciones y requerimientos, he optado por esta herramienta que me permite hacer lo que necesito: soporte remoto.
Cons: Tal vez algunas herramientas como carga y descarga de archivos, desde y hacia la máquina remota, pero eso no compromete el buen funcionamiento del programa para su conexión.

Its a great tool for remote support. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of its commercial rivals, but ask yourself how often do you need that stuff ? If you want to help someone out on a PC issue, or connect to a server for some admin this is perfect.
Pros: Its just a simple elegant solution to an age old problem of remote support ! It's got a lightweight and clean interface, with minimal installation effort what more do you actually want.
Cons: Could do with a few small, and I do mean small improvements here and there, nothing fundamental, just help organise things a bit better.

It was handy for the odd occasion that someone needs a hand with their computer while I am not nearby. It was very reliable and able to see the other's screen to provide directions. Unfortunately even finding the link to open the session can be a challenge for some.
Pros: Like that it is easy to set up and works well.
Cons: The connection method involving finding and clicking session links can be clunky for some users.

Pros: Unless like in Anydesk or TeamViewer Just by clicking the link we share is enough to control the system. And it is very simple to use but it saves my time a lot.

Overall helpwire as it name suggests has proved very useful for me. It just makes working very flexible and its remote technology is likewise very efficient and smooth. It has a lot of enhanced features and comes user freindly for the mac as well as window users as well! And its zero configuration to start a session as well as user oreinted solution is a plus pro!
Pros: Well its is really easy and flexible to use helpwire . Along with flexibility its remote technology is very effiecient which makes it perfect in this work from home era as you can literally access the software from any location.
Cons: I dont find any such cons in the application however everything has few loopholes but to best of my knowledge i have had a great experience with helpwire.

Pros: Accessing the laptop and desktop of my teammates' empowered me to overcome all my inbound issues. We can be away, any where, wide apart, working in our personal works and yet whenever necessary I could easily connect with my teammate's system with HelpWire. Cons: There are no specific bad features for HelpWire which makes me wonder how any tech can be so satisfying and effortless to use. HelpWire is bringing new features is what I heard and I am excited to experience them while I continue to use my HelpWire application for remote connectivity! I've had nothing but great experiences with HelpWire generally. Starting the setup procedure takes little effort and is quick and simple. HelpWire is a useful solution for remote support because of its robust security features, convenience of use, and complete freeness for both personal and business use.
Pros: Firstly, the main thing I like most is that it's completely free and super easy to use. One doesn't need to set up anything complicated, and it works well on both Mac and Windows. Also, it has some great features like being able to switch between multiple remote desktops and viewing dual displays, which makes remote support much more efficient.
Cons: Honestly, I haven't run into any major drawbacks but What I liked least about HelpWire is that it doesn't support mobile devices and lacks a session recording feature.
