Been using it for many years now, very satisfied. The support has been great over the years with a timely response.
Pros: Its reservation software. The ease of checking online reservations, checking guest reservation summaries.
Cons: Still trying to understand credit card processing. Just signed up recently and trying to identify payouts and credit card charges.

I cannot say enough great things about working with Resnexus - they have been a valuable partner for the past decade and as they have grown their services, we have been able to scale our business. Their customer service, resources and capabilities far exceed expectations time and time again and we are proud to work with them!
Pros: The customer service. Their team is highly educated on specific subject matter that helps hotels scale.
Cons: Interface of booking engine - it could use some freshening up. Would also like if they offered meta ad support.

Overall, I would recommend ResNexus to any business big or small that is looking to create a more formal presence on the internet with the ability to lean on their team of support staff that will guide you through the entire process.
Pros: Our business was fully operated via telephone and mail as recently as 2018. Making the switch over to an online booking system was a challenge at first, but ResNexus has made it easy for us to do things like manage our reservations, build retail items, and communicate with guests. Their customer services have been of great assistance to us over the course of our using their platform.
Cons: The change over to being online was definitely a challenge at the start. I would say our being a Canadian business has provided us with a couple of challenges in how our payments our processed as the system is built to deal with USD and applicable US payment options. Things like e-transfer and our not dealing in pennies have made us get creative in our solutions, but we've always had great help in sorting those things out.

ResNexus was a colossal disaster for us. We ran into complete show stopper bugs and found out very quickly that their second level support was non-existent. When we insisted that we needed the bugs fixed, their answer was that we are a poor fit for ResNexus and they asked us to leave. We found out later the real reason they asked us to leave is because their sales guy lowballed our account and they decided not to honor the lifelong price guarantee. Their staff was not very knowledgeable when it came to Google Hotel Ads, and we quickly ran into major limitations across all their features. The system is 100% closed, no API access, and very limited channel choices.
Pros: The Email template and CRM in ResNexus is outstanding, and their first level support is also outstanding. The rates management is the least cluttered of any solutions we used, and their booking engine is the only one flexible enough to allow you to sell just about anything besides just overnight stays.
Cons: Terrible second level customer support and just a ton of bugs. For example, we would get multiple calls a day for customers who said that when they went to our direct booking site, the dates they wanted were unavailable even though the major hotel sites showed availability. So we just ended up taking a ton of phone bookings. Their system would delete the tax settings on the major channels. They claim their main advantage is that they are family run and not dependant on venture capital. We quickly discovered that the family business side was a double edged sword, and if they don't like you personally, they will dump you in a heartbeat because they don't have to answer to shareholders or boards.

The most helpful team I have ever had the pleasure of using for our booking system.Everything works well as explained & no problems.Nobody tries to be pushy in sales it's all relaxed & a friendly helpful team.Highly recommend.
Pros: Product & customer suppost has been second to none & I mean it!! Been in the tourist industry all my life & these guys are the best. It is a great simple product to use.
Cons: Great easy set up all done for you if you need.Training was great on use of products.Custumer service is within seconds sometimes or minuites or a phone call.OMG amazing.

Pros: The system works for our reservations and reports. ResNexus is always there to help when needed. We've been with them for several years, since they began. Considered switching a couple times, but no other company could provide what we're getting.
Cons: Everything works great. No complaints. Just wish we could sign up for extras without having to pay extra.

My overall experience with ResNexus has been a very positive one. I have not had any problems with using ResNexus. It has been a very valuable asset for business.
Pros: The customer support is what I have depended on the most. It is always one on one, with the person who understands the needs of my business.
Cons: The service that I have always received does not include any cons. It has been timely in response, accurate, and my questions and concerns are dealt with in a very professional manner.

Overall, ResNexus is the best room management system on the market. It's a great value for the money, and the webinars are incredibly helpful! We took over an existing business, and the transition was very easy. I sat with the present [sensitive content hidden] for just an hour or so and was able to use the system without issue. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a new system.
Pros: ALL of my reservation needs are in one spot! The ease of use is amazing! The grid gives me a quick glance at the month ahead. Website updates are so easy, and it allows me to update room changes, photos, rates, etc. within minutes. I appreciate the ability to easily block off days at a moment's notice. When any issues arise, our representative always responds with a call within a reasonable amount of time. It pays for itself in one rental. We also love all of the webinars that share up to date tools to make our system more efficient.
Cons: I love ResNexus, but I'd love to be able to keep my password for a longer amount of time. And that's not that big of a deal to me!

I've been with ResNexus for 2 years now so I'm still relatively new. ResNexus is a crucial part of running my Airbnb business. From the reservations, the website, the reports, I could not function without ResNexus.
Pros: The Support system is what I like most...my one-on-one hospitality person [sensitive content hidden] to be on point, knowledgeable, personable & quick to correct any problems I am having. Also, the reports that I can access at a push of the button.
Cons: The cost of the credit card processing. For a small business like mine, it's a big chunk of my paycheck.

Pros: ResNexus is an incredibly user-friendly platform that makes managing our hotel seamless and efficient. The intuitive interface is easy to navigate, even for new users, and every page includes helpful explanations and tooltips to guide us through each process. I like that OTAs are assigned their own color; it helps to be able to tell them apart so you can track where you are strongest. I appreciate the ability to assign roles, including giving the owner direct access to manage operations. The system also tracks employee activity, allowing me to identify and resolve potential issues early. Most importantly, the support team is outstanding—[sensitive content hidden] is always responsive, and [sensitive content hidden] consistently goes above and beyond. Their expertise and dedication truly set ResNexus apart.
Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of anything I dislike about ResNexus. It’s the only reservation software I’ve ever used, and it has met all of my needs as a hotel manager. While I don’t have another system to compare it to, ResNexus has been reliable, intuitive, and well-supported from the start. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, the support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. If there are any shortcomings, I haven’t encountered them yet—it's been a smooth and positive experience across the board.

I have been with Resnexus almost 20 years. I have a unique business in that I book fishing trips, lodging and boat rentals. Resnexus has worked with me to customize the system so that everything worked seamlessly.
Pros: The ability to customize the booking engine to meet your specific needs, the customization available in sending email notifications to customers. The staff works tirelessly to make sure you get set up and onboarded and provides all the phone support necessary to make you a success.
Cons: I honestly can say that there is nothing that I do not like about Resnexus. The customer service is second to none and the software is so reasonably priced.

My experience has been great. From the platform to the professional red Carpet team [sensitive content hidden], to the website team, and even the [sensitive content hidden], they go above and beyond for their clients.
Pros: EVERYTHING!!! There's nothing I don't like. Resnexus has been a godsend for my business. The Red Carpet team [sensitive content hidden] has been a huge asset to my business. They have grown so much over the past several years. As they grow, we grow. The direct connection with other platforms has been and continues to be a great reward. The website team is top-notch. The reservations page is easy to maneuver. I could continue.
Cons: At first, I wanted a pop-up when a new reservation came in. I realized that it wasn't necessary since I receive email notifications when they come in.

Cons: Well..... this is difficult! The only thing that needs to be looked at is the amount of required information that the OTA's wont share with us so we can provide their customers real service. Its frustrating that we have to do the work that the OTAs are not wanting to do and we still have to pay to do their jobs. To much noise in the data and not useable information that clutters the screens.

Our experience in the last 7 years has been overall amazing. We’ve had some struggles but they’ve always been fixed. The ResNexus team is basically family.

We have been working with Resnexus for 8 years and enjoy our account manager. Our emails to the service department are always answered quickly and completely, and we are very satisfied with our website design.
Pros: We have had Resnexus since we opened in 2018. We have always had prompt, helpful service whenever we had questions or needed something. Our account manager has always been great to work with. I really recommend Resnexus.
Cons: Can't think of anything. We are very happy with Resnexus. Never had any problems with them. The End.

Both Josh and Laura have been awesome support throughout our journey with Resnexus. They were very patient when training us during our transition to ResNexus, and proactively contact us with major new releases that they think will can benefit from. During weekends, we're able to call after hours support, which we used only a handful of times. A shout to Travis from their web support team also. He handles our website updates as required within a very timely fashion.
Pros: We love both the customer self serve options for booking their stay (within the booking parameters that we specify), and the email automation for pre-arrival and after stay follow-up reviews. The RN system not only saves us countless hours of manual work, but also pays for itself via Direct Connect capability for online travel agents like Airbnb and VRBO, which help us fill in spaces during the shoulder season.
Cons: Resnexus has become the primary vendor for all of my customer and marketing data, with the exception of liability waivers, which we ask each customer to sign prior to check-in - as recommended by our insurance company. We pay a 3rd party for this capability. It would be nice to see ResNexus add this capability, so that all customer data is in one place, and easily retrievable.

Very satisfied, user friendly and a great support team. They are always available, friendly and are great teachers.
Pros: The user friendliness of this is amazing. I just learned about it 2 seasons ago when I entered resort life for the first time ever, I learned the new system very quickly. The support team is second to none. Very happy with this program.
Cons: I am not sure I have any cons at this time, as I continue working with and learning new perks perhaps I may find something but for now it is all good.

I love that you get a live person for support, no AI chat bot making you go in circles and finally you give up because no one will help you. Please don't take away LIVE support. Your team is the best I have ever worked with.
Pros: I love the OTA integration that keeps my reservations from double booking. My past system had me manually adding from other platforms with the risk of double booking and angry customers.
Cons: Some what complex but once you learn all the features it is extremely powerful. The support staff is always there to help even if you ask the same question a few times until you learn the system.

Great experience working with the team. They offer a Red Carpet specialist, and this is fantastic. Prompt, friendly service always. Family owned, operated and growing.
Pros: We've been using Resnexus for over 10 years, and it's been a great program to help our business grow and prosper. The Resnexus team is amazing, and the program continues to develop and improve every year. I work with several hotels and PMSs by far it's the best program. I wish some hotel franchises would look to Rexnexus for their future program.
Cons: Nothing - everything has been great. I wouldn't change a thing. Only wish I had already used their help to develop our new web page. I still have work to do.

It appears to be a small company, but they have a large number of clients. They have thought through many of the issues I have encountered with other systems. It is intuitive and easy to train others on how to use the system. It keeps improving. And they don't raise the price once you join them.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use. I also like their support/help desk. The system does what I need as a small hotel owner, and seems to have many options available as we grow (such as the ability to provide codes for automatic door locks).
Cons: Not much to dislike. Sometimes dragging and dropping reservations between rooms is not easy, and the mobile interface is hard to use when I am not on the property.

I would choose ResNexus any day. I even recommended them to my competitor four miles from me. I repeatedly told him to switch, and now he is having an easier time. Team work makes a better tourism community.
Pros: I purchased my iconic motel in the winter of 2020. Four weeks later the country would be gripped with a world wide pandemic. I could not get vendors to work with me, the SBDA announced they were not going to help new businesses, and the list goes on. It was a very challenging time, but the one shining vendor that stood out was ResNexus. I had met with several website/reservation system vendors but the staff at ResNexus was simple the best. They were professional and really listened to my vision for website. One of their staff took on the challenge of helping me get control of the domain back and switched to an American company which saved me a ton of headaches. The web designer that was assigned to my business was originally from the North East and she worked tirelessly to finish my website before she hopped on a plane and came back home to be safe with her family. Every time I call ResNexus I speak to kind and helpful staff.
Cons: There is really not anything that I can say I dislike, I can say that the one struggle we had was transferring daily work from ResNexus to Quickbooks. I even broke down and switched to Online Quickbooks hoping this would help but it still had hiccups. I since have hired an accountant who takes care of the transfers. Even she says its a struggle and can only do it in small batches. The second thing, I would love if the retail sales part of the system was a bit more user friendly and I would love to be able to sell items from my gift shop at the motel online to subsidize in the slow months. They can do it with items, but there is no way to calculate the shipping based on the address and etc. So we never got that off the ground.

I have had nothing but a 5 star experience with ResNexus and tell everyone they need to check them out to help run their businesses.
Pros: I love everything about ResNexus, but the most important is the red carpet service I get from [sensitive content hidden]. The next thing is I love the look/layout, it's easy to see everything I need on the home screen.
Cons: My only complaint would be I want to be able to get my "Interests" made to be sorted alpha order. I have added lots of interest to help promote and track my guests and the list keeps getting longer, but I would love to be able to add something and it would go into alphabetic order.
