Pros: I appreciated Isolocity’s dedicated, centralized QMS platform. Although my experience was focused on the CAPA module, having CAPA records and workflows contained within a single system made it easier to maintain compliance, ensure consistency, and support audit readiness. Additionally, the customer support—particularly from [sensitive content hidden] —was very helpful and responsive.

Cons: Some wait times were noticeable, and there were instances where pop-up windows could not be closed without using Ctrl-based keyboard commands, affecting the overall user experience.

Pros: The system is very easy to learn and extremely powerful. It's a tremendous value for the money that allows for easy document control and sharing of information.

Cons: I don't really have any major cons, I suppose certain features can be built out, but on the whole, it's easy and powerful.

Pros: The ease of use of this product is what really helped make our decision to go with ISOLOCITY. Once we were able to pick and really dive into the software we right away knew this was the one. the use of the document management software is key for our business and has made the traceability and training very easy to manage. Additionally, the access to information across multiple companies make this very easy for us to manage. I would say that the over value for the money is there with this software.

Cons: I do wish there was a better way to contain the audit structure within the same view of the platform as going to a different page does make it a little difficult for the team.

Pros: This system is well designed and helps to ensure audit readiness when it comes to any certification system used. Our organization works with FAA and AS9100D certificates and both organizations have been impressed with how well the system was able to be integrated.

Cons: Based on our needs, there really has been nothing to report at this time. The system was able to separate the parent and supporting business units.

Pros: The technical support was excellent. Many of our questions were answered through video meetings and step-by-step instructions.

Cons: The document approval process was confusing at the beginning. The YouTube videos need to be updated. The sound quality was not good.

Cons: Because we are still in the early implementation phase, we have not yet identified any true drawbacks. Our team is still completing internal approvals before full deployment, so our experience with advanced features is limited at this stage.

Pros: The customer support for implementation was great, it is fairly easy to use. It is great for document management and CPARs.

Cons: There is not much room for customization as the program seems to be built for the food industry. Audit reports are limited as would like a score assigned to results instead of pass/fail and escalating from a non-conformance to a CPAR is duplicating the information, it should automatically transfer all the info over.

Pros: A highly comprehensive program offering numerous possibilities. It ensures structured documentation as well as rigorous follow-up.

Cons: Although it is not always intuitive, explanatory modules are available and the Isolocity team remains readily accessible to support us.

Pros: I find Isolocity to be so helpful in keeping documents and records up to date and changes organized. Especially training records, which for us, during our season of growth tends to be most tedious. Each morning I get a notification of items that need my attention, keeping me on target and achieving goals.

Cons: My only real dislike is the module naming scheme. I do not find the module names to be intuitive which caused me to have to hunt for where an item is.

Pros: I had a great experience using this software. It’s straightforward, easy to navigate, and gets right to the point, which made the process much smoother. A special thanks to [sensitive content hidden], who supported me every step of the way. She was consistently accessible, patient, and thorough in walking me through everything. Her guidance made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and commitment. Highly recommended.

Cons: The only aspect I found challenging was the mass-uploading sheet. It can be a bit confusing to navigate, and I needed quite a bit of assistance to get through that part. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a more streamlined way to transfer all of our information ideally something that reduces the need to manually fill out the mass-uploading sheet. Simplifying that process would make the overall experience even better.

Pros: ISOlocity covers most of the key quality management modules required under SQF. It’s easy to use, scales well with our business and team. Document management and Quality Events modules have been the most valuable for us.

Cons: The Inspection module could be improved by linking inspections to a schedule or calendar, especially the activity one. Having automatic notifications or alerts for any missed or overdue inspections would make it much easier to stay on top of everything and avoid gaps.

Pros: The ease of use and ability to implement quickly. It is a very intuitive program. The training function is something that will be great to use in our new site.

Cons: Some of the user interface is a bit clunky. For instance, sometimes the drop down menus overlap each other and cannot be used properly.

Pros: It was very user friendly and easy to set up. Customer support is very helpful. Implementation process was quick.

Cons: I don't have any cons but a suggestion for a future module could be a micro specific module that is set up specifically to enter sample results. Instead of having to make a bunch of templates. Another suggestion is to make the COAs template editable.

Pros: I think the customer support has been top notch. [sensitive content hidden] is always super responsive and extremely helpful. She is attentive and very patient with us which is very much appreciated.

Cons: I don't like the setup for document owners. I am used to having only one document owner. I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of.

Pros: I really appreciate how easy ISOlocity is to use. The platform's user-friendly interface makes navigating through all of its features simple and intuitive, which is a huge plus for our team. It is refreshing to have a compliance tool that doesn't require a steep learning curve and constant troubleshooting. The digitized time stamps are a great feature to demonstrate conformance and look great to customers and auditors when they review our system.

Cons: Some of the features are clunky, like the Document index doesn't sort in procedure # order, doesn't save once sorted, so every time you leave the screen and come back you need to do a re-sort. Flexibility, there are a lot of things that would be nice to edit to customize a screen, but they are often locked.

Pros: What I like most is [sensitive content hidden] availability and helpfulness. Her customer service is outstanding. I do also enjoy the simplicity. That's a big reason why we chose Isolocity.

Cons: I don't like that multiple products can't be in an inspection. That's just I minor inconvenience. It doesn't take away from the functionality. It would just be nice for us.

Pros: The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for users who aren’t tech-savvy. Tasks are laid out clearly, the dashboard is intuitive, and it doesn’t take long to get comfortable in the system. Once we customized it to fit our workflow, it made day-to-day compliance tracking and documentation a lot more manageable.

Cons: The only real challenge was tailoring the system to fit the unique needs of small, underserved farms. While the platform is strong, it was originally built with larger operations in mind, so we had to do some extra work to make it accessible and intuitive for first-time users with limited tech experience

Pros: The support from the consultant assigned to our implementation, she went above and beyond to help us, was very available and understanding and it had a major impact on the success of certification audits. The platform is user-friendly and I love the customization option.

Cons: Sometimes there are some bugs with the app, but the tech support reacts promptly. For our line of work, I wish there was a design module.

Pros: Isolocity is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is great to be able to tailor the software to fit our needs. The customer service is amazing, and I have always been met with a friendly response to any questions that I have had. They are very helpful in training and answering any questions that arise.

Cons: I have not encountered any dislikes in Isolocity as of yet. I know that there will be a new look and update in the near future, and I am looking forward to seeing all the new improvements.

Pros: I like how simple it is to use, and it is easy to navigate. Each module is easily understandable and standard from module to module.

Cons: There are some modules that are not intuitive to get to. The module in particular makes sense once you know where it is.

Pros: I love the user-friendly interface and how easy it is to work within the system.

Cons: Certain workflows aren't necessarily obvious to the end user, training is definitely required for completing certain actions within the system.
