Stamps.com

Pros: User friendly, easy to use, makes mailing documents and shipping packages of all sizes convenient, easy and fast. It has helped to improve our Firm's efficiency in shipping while we are saving money. We have considered other services and this platform is above all others.

Cons: It can be clunky when creating a new label and there are saved addresses that are similar but different. Since we ship a lot to the IRS and Government Agencies, sometimes it it the same PO Box but just a slightly different zip code.

Pros: Stamps.com offers GREAT pricing. We use them frequently for business and we have had no issues with them. We got a large quantity of stamps at a really valuable price and were very excited about that.

Cons: So far, there are no cons with Stamps.com and we have had no issues previously! I think they sometimes can be overpriced with certain things but that's not always a huge deal.

Pros: Stamps is the leader in innovating such a moderately older concept of mailing services and brings a complete alternative to the table!

Cons: The caveat to their innovations, is those innovations they do have their limits and not as far reaching as they should be with as far as theyve already came

Pros: I like how easy it is to use. Everything is very intuitive.

Cons: Can probably have more functions, like notifications to both sender and recipient. Would also have been nice to be able to link to McKesson Enterprise pharmacy system so we don't have to change the address in both systems. Also wished that it integrated FedEx as well.

Pros: The option to compare shipping prices between UPS and USPS.

Cons: Last October 2024, Stamps.com had a major revision to their website. As a result of updates, my account change my status from administrator to user - automatically with no reason and without my consent. As a user, I cannot add funds, add users nor make any changes to the account. In fact, nobody in my company can make changes. I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone over the past six months trying to sort out the problem. The bottom line is that my account has a bug and they cannot fix it. It’s a poor platform and design. The 1800- number for help is an overseas call center and nobody has the tech expertise to fix anything; they have to call someone else so you are waiting for them to ask someone else for answers. They have a poor design and cannot even fix their own technical problems nor answer questions. I am closing my account today after giving them plenty of time to fix the problem.

Pros: I dont have to spend hours at the post office

Cons: I keep having to reenter our payment method

Pros: The ease of printing any stamps or package labels from my desk. Skip the line at the post office and just drop off pre-postage mail.

Cons: If it miss-prints, you are still charged and then you have to get it refunded

Pros: It’s convenient and a time saver. I’ve been using it for a couple years now. I like the reports for business records like tax time. As well as the tracking.

Cons: When toggling between shippers to compare costs you need to re-enter the weight and dimensions all over again. Postage costs rise, but then so does the monthly cost, WHY? It’s the exact interface, products and process was years ago. Why does it cost more monthly for doing the same thing it did years ago? Printing labels.

Pros: Stamps.com is easy to use and integrates with Shopify

Cons: I’d like to see more options for postage and couriers to compare pricing

Pros: I like that Stamps.com gives you a free 30 day trial and 5 dollars free when you sign up. I also love being able to print out postage directly in our office, saving time spent waiting at the post office.

Cons: The prices for postage on Stamps.com are a little higher than id like but the savings in time is worth it

Pros: I love the ease and simplicity of stamps.com.

Cons: I can’t think of a feature that stamps.com provides that I do not like.

Pros: The ease of use and ability to quickly print stamps and labels as well as add funds to my account instantly

Cons: That I can't find or buy some of the stamps or labels I used when I first started with stamps.com - or that my local office supply story doesn't carry them.

Pros: We use stamps.com almost every month! As a pharmacy we have the ability to mail out up towards 300-400 mailings throughout each month so we use stamps.com mostly to get our discount on mailers and stamps! Definitely is better than buying and shipping through other companies

Cons: It does take a little longer in shipping if you dont pay for it

Pros: Avoiding a trip to the post office is the main reason for using Stamps.com, but that's the only pro. You'll still need to do the following in-person: Overnight shipping, weighted packages etc. Additional hardware expenses are involved if you use Stamps.com for more than regular and certified mailings.

Cons: There is virtually no support system. Every inquiry is a 2-3 day turnaround for an answer, in which you may not receive a resolution at all. It's not uncommon for the systems to be down, and tracking is inconsistent. If you only plan to do regular, and certified mailing - be sure it's worth the long-run expense. A monthly fee of $30.29 may seem insignificant, but if it's supposed to be a convenience, make sure you intend to do a high volume to get your money's worth. If not - save a little time and money by having enough patience to go to a post office.

Pros: I like the easy process of shipping from my home and having shipped with the regular mail.

Cons: It’s not advertised enough and doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

Cons: I can think of anything that was a bother about using this website. It's super convenient.

Pros: Since I first started using stamps.com, in the late 90s, it has been my go-to for printing my labels/mailers for mailing packages. Never any issues, easy to use, and reliable.

Cons: I do not have any issues with stamps.com, it works as promised.

Pros: The low cost is exactly what we needed. Thermal printing was a huge benefit.

Cons: The online account occasionally can lag or seem a little slow.

Pros: everything in one place saves so much time over the way we used to do it

Cons: the website can be a little cluttered and slow to find what you need until you get used to it. after that is super easy

Pros: Their online platform is easy to use, as is the desktop app. Funding for postage is easy and fast.

Cons: The inability of a stamps.com customer living in a U.S. territory to reach customer service by phone is unconscionable. Their password recovery procedure doesn’t work.

Pros: I wish we had known about this sooner. I no longer have to worry about the hours of the post office to have our postal needs fulfilled, everything can be done right online. It's so convenient, and saves a lot of time. As someone who can't leave the office during most of the hours the post office is open, this is the best answer out there.

Cons: The steps to get set up were a bit repetitive.

Pros: Easy to use. Labels are professional. Tracking nice.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like about it was the price.
