Pros: The support team is attentive and very proactive in helping to resolve problems. They offer a reliable system to work with. Great integrations, no bugs founds, very helpful. Automation works well.

Cons: I think the interface could be more intuitive to self solve integration issues, but overall there's not main issues I've found.

Pros: I use Albato to capture LinkedIn ad data. Albato helps me transfer and visualize this data in Google Sheets. I appreciate its knowledgeable customer support and ease of use, although there's a learning curve initially. It could improve with a better knowledge base. I rate it a seven for recommendation.

Cons: There's a small learning curve at the very start, especially when setting up new tools to talk to each other. I need to understand how each tool delivers different data and formats. It could be better if they have a better knowledge base.

Pros: Albato offers a strong balance between flexibility and ease of use. The visual automation builder makes it straightforward to create multi step workflows without writing code, even when logic becomes more complex. I also find the value for money compelling compared to similar automation platforms, especially when running background processes where usage can scale quickly. It feels practical and well-suited for real operational use.

Cons: While the integration library is growing steadily, there are still a few gaps compared to longer-established competitors. More guided onboarding for complex workflows would be helpful.

Pros: The interaction with the Ai agent is flowless as it answers any questions and it helps to solve any issue

Cons: The knowledge base can be hard to interpret but then again the ai agent is the life savior to all your questions

Pros: Albato is more than just “connect app A to app B.” For my use case, it works as a lightweight business logic layer that sits between my front end and all the services I rely on. The key feature that makes this possible is the ability to add custom code steps in Python or JavaScript inside workflows. That means I’m not limited to simple “if this then that” automations: I can run validations, calculations, and transformations on incoming data. I can call third‑party APIs that aren’t natively integrated. I can implement branching logic that would normally live in a backend. Combined with its integrations (Slack, Gmail, CRMs, etc.), Albato becomes a pretty capable orchestration engine for many everyday SaaS apps. Moreover, I got a lifetime deal from Appsumo, so it is a great value for money. Also, the customer support is very prompt and knowledgeable - they were the ones who informed me about the Python or JS coding layers when I inquired about the custom code.

Cons: Albato is still not a full replacement for a traditional backend: It’s not ideal for real‑time, low‑latency responses. There are natural constraints around execution time and complexity for custom code steps. Debugging complex workflows can be harder than in a normal codebase with full logging/tests. None of this is unique to Albato—it’s the trade‑off of using no‑code/low‑code platforms as a logic layer—but it’s worth knowing up front.

Pros: El equipo de Soporte es extremadamente atento, responden rápido y de manera eficaz. En mi experiencia, cada vez que consulté algo respecto a las integraciones, no sólo se tomaron el tiempo de entender la consulta sino también de responder en detalle, incluyendo capturas de pantalla y demostrando preocupación por cada caso, algo especialmente valorable en estos tiempos en que está de moda enviar respuestas automatizadas y sin comprensión del usuario.

Cons: Aún le faltan algunas aplicaciones, aunque tiene las más importantes, y además tiene un integrador para agregar apps manualmente.

Pros: It saves me 3 hours time everyday. Its pretty useful for me since it helps me reduce my workload and let me focus on other things at that time.

Cons: Sometimes it takes more than one try to connect custom api. All my api is connected so far so I guess I am not that stressed with this matter.

Pros: The UI is fast and easy to understand. Their Canvas builder is very nice to use and keeps the overview over things. I like how easy Actions are to combine with LLMs.

Cons: I think their "update records and create new one if not present" is overly complicated. It'd be much easier to have one Action instead of having to implement three for finding a record, updating if found and creating a new one if not found.

Pros: What I like most about Albato is how easy it is to connect applications without any coding. The interface is intuitive, the platform is flexible to automate different processes, and the support team is quick to respond with clear solutions. Overall, the experience is very positive and adds real value to my daily work.

Cons: Some integrations could offer more advanced options. From time to time, small details require manual adjustments, and the initial setup can take a bit longer than expected.

Pros: I've been using Albato for about a month and am impressed with the interface, as well as the rate at which they've been adding new features. I like that the layout is visually intuitive. I don't have any experience in programming and didn't know the difference between webhooks and API until last week, yet I'm already able to create simple automations that make my business run more efficiently.

Cons: They have a nice series of short getting-started videos, which have been a huge help, but I would like to see some longer-form use-case videos to better understand all the platform's capabilities. I currently feel as if I'm under-utilizing it.

Pros: I really like the clean and intuitive interface of Albato. Even as a non-technical user, it’s very easy to set up automations quickly without feeling overwhelmed. The platform is stable, and the built-in tools like delays, formatters, and parsers add a lot of flexibility.

Cons: The current list of available apps is good, but I hope it will continue expanding over time. Having even more integrations would make Albato an even stronger competitor in the automation space.

Pros: It is a tool that has nothing to envy to other similar tools. Very complete and with many integrations.

Cons: The learning curve... at the beginning it can be overwhelming if you haven't worked with automation software before.

Pros: I love the simplicity of the user interface in the pricing. I also love that it allows me to connect so many of the tools that we use on a daily basis.

Cons: I would like to have more credits each month. Their pricing is very competitive and I love that I was able to get a lifetime deal at Appsumo.

Pros: Great value alternative to existing players, don't have to keep such a close eye on the actions used to build an effective automation.

Cons: There are still not some of the connections available that I happen to use most commonly, so the breadth is not yet the same as compared to other players.

Pros: It has some specific connectors that no other app has (VK, GC, etc..) The new visual flow builder makes it awesome to build automation with multiple choices.

Cons: The Vk connection acts in a way that is not the most intuitive. Needs more clarification and requires discussion with the support team to solve it.

Pros: it works for me, and supports the connections I need, without shelling more money for zapier or other such apps

Cons: Not as many integrations, but more added regularly it seems. so I'm ok with the trust that more are on the way.

Pros: Albato offers a clean, intuitive interface and honest pricing. I love that their AI actually helps explain functions clearly before you even need to contact support. And if you do? Their human support is next-level—Pedro personally helped me build out a custom workflow when I got stuck.

Cons: The app ecosystem is growing, but still smaller than Zapier’s. That said, the team is responsive and constantly improving.

Pros: It does actually allow me to do what I need to most importantly. I knew it would, but I couldn't get it to work 100% as I wanted and after LOTS of trial and error I explored lots of the features and tools trying to achieve my ultimate automation goal, which wasn't all that complex really. Taking some booking details in a webhook and adding posts from the details in Facebook and Google calendar. That bit I worked out how to do pretty quickly as it does work in a logical way that makes sense so it's probably a lot more intuitive I'd say than some other automation software I've tried personally. However, stopping duplicates being created in Google Sheets I just couldn't get to work, tried lots of different Googled and ChatGPT experiments to get it working and failed. So I went back to the Albato support guys and they've sorted me out and it now works 100% and even better I understand why so now I'll have to have a think about what else I can automate :D Thank you

Cons: There was one thing I didn't know that if I had understood better it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I don't know if this is because of my age or that I don't have any coding background, I didn't understand the importance of formatting in Google Sheets, which also I understand isn't Albato's fault or issue really. However I think it'd be a really helpful hint or something to repeatedly mention for newbies/oldies or non code backgrounded people. It looks like Albato is capable of doing all sorts of things, so it would be great to have more examples and uses with videos etc showing what the different tools can do, as some of them I'm not 100% sure what I'd use them for even so more learning resources/use case examples would be great.

Pros: Albato's makes it easy to build simple or even complex automations. The library of applications exceeds other tools I've used in the past, so I'm able to connect, streamline and expand my workflows with more flexibility and less effort.

Cons: Albato took some time to get familiar with and may be challenging for a beginner to use. In the future, I hope the interface evolves like other automation systems, having a drag-and-drop/visual layout, such as Make or n8n.

Pros: +++ Setting up automations with Albato was incredibly smooth. And the best thing: the pricing is a fraction of what I’d spend on Zapier.

Cons: - - A bit more guidance for sales-specific workflows would be great.
