Pros: User friendly & integration of multi services with EHR like fax, billing, messages, food log, goals.
Cons: No help for urgent matters like getting locked out of account & having to wait hrs. Food log feature

Does a good job of centralizing what would otherwise be scattered across multiple tools. Once the team is up to speed on it the day to day operations run smoother and less falls through the cracks.
Pros: Client management and scheduling work well together in one place. The payment processing is integrated cleanly and the portal gives clients a straightforward way to interact without needing to chase things down over email.
Cons: Learning curve is steeper than expected for some features and the interface takes some getting used to. Customization options for certain workflows are more limited than we'd like.

My overall experience with Healthie has been decent—it’s not bad, but it’s not the best either. The platform offers a wide range of features that are helpful for managing clients, scheduling, and communication, which makes it a solid all-in-one solution. However, it can feel a bit unintuitive at times, and certain tasks take more steps than expected. There’s also a noticeable learning curve when getting started. While it gets the job done and has strong functionality, improvements in ease of use and support would make the experience much smoother and more enjoyable overall.
Pros: What I liked most about Healthie is that it’s a comprehensive, all-in-one platform that brings together scheduling, client management, charting, and communication in one place. It clearly saves time compared to juggling multiple tools, and the client-facing experience is polished and professional. The telehealth and messaging features are especially convenient, making it easier to stay connected with clients. That said, while it’s powerful, it’s not as straightforward or intuitive as I would have hoped. Some workflows feel a bit clunky, and there’s a learning curve to navigating certain features efficiently.
Cons: One of the main downsides of Healthie is the lack of direct, real-time support. When issues come up, it can be frustrating to rely on email or help articles instead of being able to quickly speak with someone. This can slow down problem-solving, especially when something urgent affects client care or scheduling. Additionally, response times aren’t always as fast as you’d hope, which can disrupt workflow. For a platform that handles so many essential functions, having more accessible and immediate support options—like live chat or phone support—would make a big difference in overall user experience.

Great experience - Our whole team has a positive opinion about Healthie. I have never used the system until about 9 months ago. Its a great thought system that offers a lot of features
Pros: Healthie has ALOT of user friendly options for our care team to utilize. The ability to use more than one option on one screen is extremely helpful to navigate
Cons: I wish there was a way to add more time to a specific appointment - example: a hrt appointment takes 35 min. but for certains patients it may take longer. Adjusting appoinmtents on a client basis *Adjust manually when booking If your system allows it, extend that specific appointment time slot when scheduling (Some platforms allow dragging the time block longer)

It’s served it’s purpose for me as a healthcare professional and I haven’t had any major issues with it. It’s also fairly priced I think for the capabilities it possesses. But it is due for a major update and more rich features.
Pros: It is an all-in-one system which is great for healthcare practitioners like myself. You can assign and create forms, take notes, schedule appointments and more in this system. It keeps track of all of my clients and notes as well in one comprehensive place.
Cons: There are limitations on the app and some actions need to be taken on desktop only. Also, I haven’t experienced any significant updates to the platform over the past 8 years that I have been using it. And the video chat feature feels very dated. It could use a bit makeover, and some of the actions like saving a charting note are not the most intuitive.

Healthie is a solid practice management tool that works well once set up and is especially useful for healthcare providers running a private practice.
Pros: Easy to use platform for scheduling, charting, notes, telehealth, and payments. Customizable note templates and HIPAA-compliant documentation are very helpful.
Cons: There is a learning curve during setup, especially for templates and billing. Some features can feel overwhelming at first.

Overall great and very happy experience! I look forward to continue to use Healthie in my health practice as I transitioned from health coaching with it. It’s so versatile for a range of practices.
Pros: It’s a user friendly and easy to initiate platform. It’s professional but also patient -centered. The communication and integration capabilities are solid.
Cons: The form section is comprehensive, but the experience would be even better if you could make uploaded pdf’s capable of electronic signatures instead of rebuilding them.

My overall experience with Healthie has been overwhelmingly positive. I cannot wait to design, build out and implement new programs using the many patient education and engagement tools Healthie offers.
Pros: Healthie has equipped me with the tools I need to automate keeping my patients engaged and learning between visits. Coming from a more traditional, clinically oriented ERH platform, Healthie provides what I and my practice need to compete in the technology landscape.
Cons: The only complaint I have is the inability to access the calendar to schedule follow-up appointments while on a telehealth call.

overall all it is reliable; efficient of the information of the pt; easy to understand and to access for work purpose
Pros: You can see all the information of the patient You can see the previous visit does the pt had You can see the medications that was sent to the pt You can edit information of the pt if needed
Cons: There are some things you cannot edit especially on the chart of the pt once it has been locked. For example if you accidentally or the provider closed the chart without updating it; you need to create new chart to leave a note

My overall experience with Healthie has been great. They have very cost effective options for practices that are just starting out, and they have very advanced optioins for practices that have a lot of clients.
Pros: I enjoy using Healthie. It is very simple to navigate, create forms, and send information to clients securely. A subscription to Healthie also includes secure messaging, and secure calling with Fax (depending on the subscription level that you have. The value that Healthie provides is fantastic. It allows to to communicate with other practitioners/providers in the community and they have excellent client support as well. Payment processing is streamless and very effficient. Healthie makes it very easy to manage a practice. They also allow you customize the forms with your branding as well. It really is a fantastic platform and I love all of the integration options.
Cons: The only thing that I don't necessarily like is that, I have to copy customized forms and send them to clients individually. There may be an easier way to do it, but I haven't investigated it yet.

Overall I have had a good experience with Healthie. I appreciate that I can have up to 9 clients on the platform without paying for the service as my practice is still very small and far from profit producing.
Pros: This is a very user friendly platform for the technically challenged and those who simply do not have time to create forms from scratch. That being said, for the most part it is also relatively easy to customize and personalize most forms. I really don't have a lot of time to create my own so it's been helpful to navigate with the preloaded ones then tweak for my needs as a health coach
Cons: Honestly I dislike the inability to pare down the multiple gender options to just simply male or female. There are only possible chromosome options for gender - xx or xy....everything else is simply political correctness...

Overall, the experience has been positive. I think I will be a customer for some time.
Pros: This Platform offers many features to help keep my clinic operating in an organized manner. The lab add-on to a package was seamless and I received payment via the portal without difficulty.
Cons: I wish there had been a tour of the platform provided to me when I elected to buy this EMR. I have been finding my way through trial and error.

Very positive. I tried a couple of other platforms that were so confusing and difficult to navigate and with Healthie it all just clicked.
Pros: Easy to get started and then use, with a great help section for any questions you may have plus clients have commented on how easy it is to use as well.
Cons: No option between the free version and next available paid option- would like a middle ground option available!

I use Healthie everyday for my private practice and I love how it has allowed me to provide excellent customer service to my clients.
Pros: Healthie has been a very intuitive platform for my private practice.
Cons: Nothing in particular, though I am excited about more AI integration for note taking.

Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend it to others. I am hoping that more and more enhancements will come to make it easier to navigate and make it more customizable.
Pros: It is fairly easy to use and customizable to a point.
Cons: I would like to see more flexibility with the preset intake form options, ability to remove certain working or options. For example, the question that asks how they heard about us, it would be nice to be able to customize those options and still get reporting. The way it is currently set up is not great. Would also love to have the ability to customize what info they person has to put in when booking an appointment as birthday and gender would be great to have right at the start. I would also love the ability to customize the appointment confirmation screen with a personal message. Many don't realize they will get an email and that they need to set up an account to complete their paperwork. Last, navigation is a little clunky. I would like to be able to get to patient info a little easier.

Overall, this is a fabulous platform, whether just starting out or a seasoned pro. Customer service and tutorial walk-throughs are excellent.
Pros: I like the extensive templates and ease of use. The ability to (un)archive clients is appreciated. Being able to test the platform as you build your business and client stream supports not only practitioner growth but practitioner loyalty.
Cons: I wish I could fill out forms fullscreen instead of within the platform window, which can be small at times for adequate navigation.

Enjoying the interaction with clients as I look to scale more programs in the platform coming out of my beta testing with a small cohort of clients I'd like the way healthy is constantly adding more features. As a PT using Healthie, I'd also like to see more remote measuring outcome tools like 2D pose estimation for monitoring mobility and joint range of motion improvements.
Pros: Ease of onboarding, ability to communicate with clients between sessions with secure messaging and gamified interactions through task completions. 'Healthie' habit stacking with accountability nudges in the platform work!
Cons: Would like to see more affordable ways to host and offer courses in the platform for micro practices looking to expand their programs. The current pricing model could be adjusted to try to assist smaller practices. This is why I give 4/5 stars, I'd like to see this course feature available for all package levels.

Overall good, however my understanding of everything when it was first presented was not that I would have to purchase the $199 per month option plus an additional $50 per month for each practitioner. It feels like a bait and switch…

I have had a positive experience with Healthie. I do really enjoy it and it can be very refreshing. I like it.
Pros: It is affordable. I enjoy the options for keeping documentation and creating your own. I really like it.
Cons: Sometimes it can be challenging to navigate because there are a lot of menus. It takes some time navigating.

Pros: Aestically pleasing and easy to track and navigate. Easy to connect to video platform.
Cons: Sometimes it seems like you have to take an extra step/click to get to patient's profile.

I don't have a paid account yet. So my experience for what I have been able to do has been fine. Again, I would like the form making process to be more streamlined and have more options to make that faster. Other than that, I like it.
Pros: Communication between me and my clients. I like that I can answer questions in real time and not make my clients have to wait long for inquiries.
Cons: I have been on putting my intake form into the system. It is taking me a VERY long time. The Healthie system is not easy to make forms. I would like to see more options to make that process go a little faster.

Pros: Easy to use and has templates so you don't feel like you're starting from scratch when creating forms.
Cons: The help section is a bit overwhelming because there are so many responses to sort through to actually find what you need.

I love the fact that they allow you to get started with a free tier, something a lot of similar platforms don’t offer.
Pros: Ease of use, streamlines all my intake and billing needs all in one place.
