Pros: I liked the idea that I could have prospective clients schedule appointments with me. I thought this would work well for my business.

Cons: It did not synch easily with my personal Google calendar. Also, the fee was more than I wanted to pay.

Pros: Affordable alternative to Calendly. The UI is simple and easy to follow.

Cons: Integrations don't work quite well. Google Calendar integration is a hit or miss.

Pros: Love how easy to use, low and affordable prices, they also don’t delete your profile if you switch to another platform.

Cons: They unfortunately don’t generate financial reports and the POS integration is very limited

Pros: Setmore is easy to use and has a lot of options to make it your own. I especially like the ability to create many tailored services and provide individual links for each.

Cons: Not a huge concern but if someone cancels or moves a meeting themselves, it does not adjust on my end in zoom. It does grab a meeting link when they originally sign up and shows up at the appropriate time and day in zoom, it just won't move in zoom if adjusted. I would also like it to show the name in zoom instead of 30 minute meeting. It shows the name in the calendar which is definitely more important. Neither of these are deal breakers for me.

Pros: Setmore has made the process of scheduling appointments seamless.

Cons: I have not experienced any issues with Setmore.

Pros: It was very easy to set up. I used the free app for the first 10yrs of my business. I eventually set up a paid account so I could utilize the extra utilities. especially the text reminders and email reminders. I have researched other business and health App.s and I find this one is the easiest to set up. Also the help you get is very prompt and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers. I can use this anywhere around the world.

Cons: The con I have is only one so far. its the Text reminders are linked to another phone number connected to setmore. So if the customer texts back to that number instead of my personal number I don't get the messages. This is a big issue. I would love that to change. So please admin if you are reading this. Change your program to let the customer send the reply to the text message to our personal phone numbers not to the automated one. I have a message on the automated message to text or ring my number but people don't read all the message and just press reply.

Pros: There are lots of free options that help me a lot. Their service is great and fast.

Cons: There are some areas they need to improve to make their service better. I want to use only Venmo for my clients, but I can't display Venmo as the only payment option. I believe PayPal is part of Venmo, so I have to offer both PayPal and Venmo as payment options. Additionally, I requested the ability to apply discounts individually for my clients, like allowing them to use a coupon for discounts. Unfortunately, they don't offer this option, which is inconvenient for me.

Pros: I like how I can do all my essential business related - tasks in the 1 app.

Cons: The price can be a bit high forall of the features.

Pros: Easy to use and setup, features were convenient and helpful.

Cons: It's been a while since I used it, but at the time a place to write some notes would have been helpful. Also merchant fees could be lower.

Pros: With Setmore, managing appointments and appointment scheduling has been easy What I like most is the ease of booking online and the fact that it is affordable too.

Cons: Well, Setmore has been the best and no issues with booking

Pros: It is easy to access, simple and user friendly

Cons: Nothing much really it is really that great

Cons: Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. “Live” chats left me hanging for hours, promised responses never arrived by email, phone calls were fobbed off with “send us an email “.

Pros: With Setmore, appointment scheduling is easy I like that it is effortless to book online and that the calendar sync ensures no double or over booking

Cons: Well, this product really never fails and no hates.

Pros: I like that there was a representative that was patient when our team during the initial setup process. The software integrated seamlessly with our personal calendars and on our website, as well as other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. And all for a decent price.

Cons: I don't have any complaints. Our needs were simple, and Setmore did just what we needed it to do.

Pros: Cherchant un outil pour mieux gérer mes emplois du temps, j'ai pu essayer SETMORE. La prise est en main est assez facile. Possibilité de synchroniser avec d'autres outils et notamment les agendas Outlook. La version d'essai propose déjà de nombreuses fonctionnalités.

Cons: Je n'ai pas encore pu constater d'aspect négatif à part peut être quelques latences sur les synchronisations mais qui ne gène pas énormément.

Pros: Ce logiciel me permet d'avoir une vue sur mes projets et de planifier les ventes et les rendez vous

Cons: Ça fonctionne pas sans une connexion Internet.

Pros: Ce logiciel nous permet de faire les agendas, les calendriers.Ça permet également de planifier le temps des ouvriers et la réservation des places.

Cons: L'utilisation de ce logiciel est trop bon. Ça n'a aucun inconvénient pour l'usage et je recommande vivement à tous le monde d'utiliser.

Pros: I was able to use most features while paying a lower fee than with other solutions. The mobile app is quite good.

Cons: It was hard to onboard clients as they weren’t familiar with the platform.

Pros: Simple & easy to use, great features & value, much preferable over similar options like calendly

Cons: Happy with everything & been using it continuously for over 3 years

Cons: setmore has a Limited customization and some premium features require payment

Pros: O que mais gostei é que não tive dificuldades para agendar e gerenciar meus compromissos. Além disso, achei ótimo poder personalizar a minha página.

Cons: O que menos gostei foi a limitação imposta pela versão gratuita do software.
