Pros: The platform allows the easy creation of documents. My clients seem to have found it easy to use, and I have not had complaints about usability. I find the platform interface simple and intuitive.

Cons: It is a bit expensive. I also would love to be able to create surveys on the platform and/or for clients to be able to upload documents via the platform.

Pros: I like being able to store documents that are commonly used. It makes it easy to store and send the documents. It is also very user friendly and can be picked up easily and taught to new staff.

Cons: I wish is that it would fully integrate with the electronic health record that we use. Another issue that we run into is clients not fully submitting documents, It would be nice if there was a warning that said something along the lines of 'this is not fully completed.'

Pros: I love the customizability. I'm able to easily and quickly write up documents for my clients. It does not take much time to learn how everything works and to quickly make complicated documents which you can also turn into PDFs for clients to do by hand!

Cons: There is no automatic translation button. Each document I need translated into Spanish has to be hand translated. There is also not an option to upload documents that have been filled out by hand.

Pros: It is definitely a handy tool for the gps, custom forms tools helps to collect all the customer info that a GP needs upfront, without the back and forth emails.

Cons: The reporting feature is bit limited, it covers the basics but a need is felt to have more details.

Pros: It connects you with the right service provider

Cons: It doesn’t give you too many options to choose from

Pros: The ability to create your own forms and having so many question types to choose from; user friendly; responsive support team; easy to navigate

Cons: Needing to lock the previous note for things to apply to the next note

Pros: It is an incredibly efficient EHR that integrates client notes, billing, and scheduling.

Cons: It is a little pricey compared to a few other EHRs.

Pros: The form creation is very easy to use and straightforward. Sometimes I have to try a few times to get the boxes how I want them, but it is not too difficult.

Cons: Nothing that I can really think of. There might be some additional fields I would like, but overall it works how I would like!

Pros: It is a very simple to use platform. It is efficient and affective.

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like. I is very easy to use.

Pros: The ease of sending out an intake form and the creation of a client profile.

Cons: The lack of automations and the ability to share a document to sign as a docusign. I would like a parent portal.

Pros: Easy to use, secure, customizable - can create your own forms.

Cons: I had a problem understanding signature boxes. Clients were being forced to sign in an opt-out of research box. Was able to rectify with help from IntakeQ.

Pros: It's amazingly user friendly and customer service is always super prompt and helpful with their responses. Patients also seem to enjoy it and it interfaces really well with our EHR. Oh and the QR codes are GREAT! My office has genuinely enjoyed this program a ton.

Cons: I wish the intake form header was easier to customize. I had someone at IntakeQ create a header for me and didn't LOVE it (although the designer was super fast to create it, so that was nice). I also wish I had more freedom with my filters to look up patients. ALSO, I find we have to send multiple forms to patients sometimes and that can affect our reports and skew our stats. I wish there was a way to delete duplicate forms without going into each patient chart and deleting the duplicate forms so our reports were more accurate.

Pros: Pt records easily accessible and HIPPA compliant. I also like the ability to add notes to the different sections. I also really like the convenience of knowing when patient's have returned their completed forms to me.

Cons: Nothing thus far. I have no complaints to date

Pros: What I liked most about IntakeQ is how incredibly easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive. Navigating through the forms, customizing questionnaires, and managing appointments has been a breeze. It's saved us so much time and reduced administrative hassles significantly. I highly recommend it for any practice looking for a user-friendly solution to streamline patient intake and improve workflow efficiency! the cost of the service is reasonable.

Cons: The thing I liked least about IntakeQ is that it isn't fully integrated with our EHR. While it handles intake forms well by uploading them into the EHR, it lacks the capability to automatically update the demographic information in our EHR based on the results of the forms. Another company we know has this feature, which would make the workflow much more seamless and efficient if IntakeQ could offer similar functionality. This integration gap means we still have to manually enter some data, which takes extra time and effort.

Pros: This program is very useful for our charity to manage client documents and intake.

Cons: not being able to edit once we load the form

Pros: It's intuitive, simple, and easy to use for both myself and my clients.

Cons: Luckily, nothing yet to suggest for improving.

Pros: Being able to customize my forms, put my label on them.

Cons: Not sure him to take it’s utilization further past in taking clients

Pros: Ease of use and templates available to be used/modified easily

Cons: It allows multiple forms to be created for the same patient and there is no easy way for the patient to come back and finish their unfinished forms. The system does not recognize the returning users and let them start duplicate forms.

Pros: It is a very user friendly. You do not need to be a tech wiz to figure it out. The Team is also very helpful and quick to reply.

Cons: It is not integrated with our system so its a little slower to get the forms uploaded.

Pros: We love how easy it is for our patients to complete the forms we've created on IntakeQ and how easy it was for us to create the forms.

Cons: We wish that IntakeQ integrated with our EMR, Practice Fusion.

Pros: The ease of sending customized forms to patients and monitoring if they have been received and completed

Cons: The only thing I can think of that I like the least is the occasional formatting difficulties when creating a new form. It takes some practice but luckily the support videos and support team have been very helpful!

Pros: Easy to use. Helps keep my business organized.
