My overall experience with Daxko is positive! I learned pretty quickly and it is very easy to navigate. I haven't had any trouble so far.
Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to navigate the site and that there's a training site provided to help you learn more about Daxko! I also like that you get notified when it's someone's birthday because you can greet them hello & a happy birthday!
Cons: I would like there to be a "similar matches" result page in case I misspell a name. It was also be easier if we were able to also search by address along with the other methods!

I Love it! It works so much better than our previous platform and makes my job easier. It cuts down on all the paperwork I had to do on my end.
Pros: Forms are easier to submit and show up immediately. It has all our forms that we need to run our programs easier. Easy to navigate and cuts down on our work load so we can concentrate on the families we serve.
Cons: I wish their could be a portal for both mom and dad since it is difficult for families who are separated and are not allowed to contact each other to add people to the pick up list due to the primary parent refusing to add pick up people for the other parent. They both share custody 50/50 so I feel like both parent should be able to add people to their pick up list without conflict.

Pros: Very convenient having all the families in one space and you are able to run reports. I love that there is added security with the 2 time authenticator.
Cons: No cons. I enjoy Daxco for my daily usage and it makes things easier for the staff and the families

Great! I have had an easy time learning all of the systems that are already in place with the YMCA. I also have had an easy time learning the registration part on our school's behalf.
Pros: All of the programs that are available to my families are easy to register for. Once a family has a balance - they also have to consolidate their fees before registering for more, which I think is wonderful.
Cons: Creating new systems once a system is in place seems difficult. I would also like to enroll my families in summer camp whilst some stay in regular classes.

Mostly positive, the switch to GroupExPro has been beneficial and is a nice option to have that links our overall check in and class check in. This makes the day easier for our front desk associates.
Pros: Ease of access to member information and ability for staff to leave notes. This allows for smoother operations and communication between departments. Processing payments is reliable and works well for our organization, we have never had a problem with automatic drafts.
Cons: There are many ways for a new staff member to click the wrong button and mess something up in a way that can fly under the radar and create problems down the line. While it is great that there are many ways to manage members, I believe that operations could be more streamlined.

My overall experience with Daxko is good. I hope to improve some of the web design when it comes to the program lists.
Pros: able to complete complex tasks, the wide variety of customizability allows the needs of each person to be met in specifics, and the security on Daxco gives peace of mind with all the authentication process. The payment processes are also very easy
Cons: It can sometimes be overwhelming with the complexity if it isn't imported right when creating it. The roster list for all the classes in the manage programs tab can also miss things, and can be confusing when switching back and forth.

my overall experience with daxko is great, it so easy to use and so easy to keep track with everything, it has so many uses for it.
Pros: Daxko is so helpful and so easy to use. It can be used for so many different things for all needs. it is great for managing all of our programs. you can trust it to secure all information. It has been a game-changer for work. it is super intuitive and makes work so much easier. i love how it helps us stay on track. highly recommend!!!
Cons: we don't have a lot of issues out of it, i would say a con is having to change your passwords so often.

Pros: The simplicity and ease of use. I also very much appreciate the reliability. I have yet to have an issue.
Cons: I honestly have not found a con so far. If I had to be extra picky, I would say that when I type a last names first few letters, the system will start me at the "A"'s

I do have a great experience with Daxko Operations, been using it for a while now, 4 years and love to navigate it, perform a variety of functions as I work and can help another learn to use it as well.
Pros: Being able to successfully log in and use it for my job/during my work period. I can perform my job duties with it to good use and expert with the features.
Cons: Easily logs out when you are not using it. Makes me have to log back in again which can be a pet peeve.

It's been good, no big issues or problems with it. I've had a good experience so far. Easy to go from one branch of our company to another.
Pros: Easy scheduling on my end and on the clients end. I like that we can leave notes about a client that everyone in the company can see.
Cons: I wish I could link it with my group exercise classes, so I don't have to go back and forth between programs. Also wish I could easily see clients past appointments.

Daxko staff has been very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. Been very happy with the overall experience.
Pros: Ease of navigation. Support from Daxko staff. Any issues that have arose I have been impressed with the quickness of the staff to resolve.
Cons: Don't have any cons. The system is easy to navigate and anytime an issue did arise, the staff was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve.

Pros: Daxko makes it easier for program directors to quickly make changes if needed. The use of links makes it easy for us to create quick QR codes and connect parents with our website.
Cons: Reports are a little hard to find sometimes depending on what you are looking for. And signatures for camp care. Since we don't use it often when we have to go in we have to relearn it and it takes a while to figure it out.

I am brand new to the non-profit sector and to this role. I've used similar operating systems for managing a large volume of profiles/accounts and I have to say Daxko has impressed me. I've learned a lot already in my first few weeks. There is ample security for both staff and customer, payment processing is clean and simple, it provides a way for staff to easily manage profiles and accounts and promote more engagement from our community and prompt follow ups for necessary member retention. I have not experienced a need for customer support, which by itself means the system is operating as expected.
Pros: Daxko is very integrative and efficient. The system is perfectly suited for a membership based operation. I've been very impressed with the ease of use and system interface.
Cons: I have not encountered anything in the system so far that I have not found satisfactory. The few pieces of frustration have been about my particular permissions from my administrator, not from the system itself.

As you can tell from my previous statements, I am a BIG fan. I know this system backwards and forwards. I love it and the entire Daxko team is great at listening and implementing new features when needed.
Pros: Honestly, I love everything but I would say the best part of Operations within the program side. Running multiple rosters for different sessions within a program make everything so much easier and quicker. I have worked with Daxko since 2004 with 5 different YMCAs and it has never disappointed me one time.
Cons: In my humble opinion, I cant think of one Con about Operations. If more people would take the time to play around in the Training site and learn to use all of the modules and features, I would be willing to bet my life that no one would be able to come up with any downsides to Operations.

Overall, Daxko Operations has been a easy to use, provides the ability to create and manage a variety of programs as well as our memberships, tracking and reporting.
Pros: I like the large variety of functions, program creation and management that can be done from one product, as well as the ability to easily use the product features.
Cons: I dislike the system glitches that are encountered during the use of this product and the limitations of customized reporting features.

I have used DAXKO Operations on and off for over 10 years. I highly recommend utilizing this software for your company. It has so many features and is easily usable. The reports that you can run within the system, are super helpful and let you "drill down" into someone's account and get answers for customers. Invest in it; it's worth it!
Pros: DAXKO Operations has lots to offer a business: Ability for great customer support- reports, transaction history, event log, etc. Features within the system are helpful and gives proof to customers. Ease of use is probably the best Pro!
Cons: Overall, DAXKO Operations, is a really good program. The only things I would say is that sometimes the reports, that can be ran within the system, are very lengthy and have too much information. I always have to export and then delete lots of items I do not need.

My overall experience with Daxko Operation, when I became a Membership Director with very little knowledge and very little training I rely on Daxko Operation help center alot, they always help me with all my questions, I have never gotten a (I Don't Know from the team!)
Pros: It holds alot of great information, but everything is very useful. and if you ever need help the Daxko Operation tteam is amazing.
Cons: Unable to save some information, and easy way to delete account when it multiple account. Getting to the point when everything can come together.

Overall, Daxko is great, especially for large organizations with multiple types of membership and varius activities acros the year.
Pros: The more I have learned and used Daxko, the more I enjoy the system! I have found it to be pretty straightforward to use and have witnessed first hand the short learning curve of new staff. The community engagement, support response, security, customer support features, and payment processing are quite flawless and have made my position a joy to be at.
Cons: I have found that any cons I thought I had with the system have all been only because a particular feature isn't granted to the level of access I have access too, so I honestly cannot think of any cons off the tope of my head. I honestly find this software to be exactly what my company needs.

Overall I really enjoy the Daxko Operations I was trained on it and I really have learned a lot while using this program. I am glad that Daxko is who my employer uses for their business. I love it. And it make's my job run smoother and more efficient in helping our members.
Pros: I like the layout and how it keeps all your recent looked up members on display. I also like how it has the different categories and short cuts on how to find and look up transactions. I really like the alert system that comes in 3 colors when we need to prioritize the alert.
Cons: Not being able to save info that you have entered if you get distracted with a customer you have to loose your place and start over went entering a new unit

My experience has been overall good with Daxko Operations. I started working for my current company in January, with that being said I caught on fairly quick. With us having so many different programs to offer within our corporation the different tabs and screens that you guys have at our disposal is very nice. The way we have worked with you to get our website and mobile app integrated with Daxko has made things all the more convenient when signing up new members and getting them set up to see all the programs and events we offer!
Pros: I love the customer support punctuality, the fact that they alert you as early as they can when there is going to be maintenance coming up. I like the swiftness in which you can update your customers/members information in the system. Also, I like the notation and alert feature. Then there are very good analytical features where you are able to run a various number of reports in real-time.
Cons: The fact that Daxko Engage has different log in information. I would have liked to had both log in systems to be on one accord as far as when it's time to change your password for one, you should have to do the same for the other. Also, the way the payments and fees are set up visually could be better to not confuse both members and employees.

Overall it has made my work week much easier, especially starting as a new employee who has never used this particular programming. I have found it better than other organizational platforms such as jackrabbit and dance studio pro. I am easily able to organize schedules and classes, find clients, and add clients.
Pros: As a new hire at my organization I have found that Daxko Operations is easy to navigate. I am easily able to organize data and find clients. I have found it easy to add classes for my organization.
Cons: Sometimes the calendar layout can be tricky or misleading, sometimes Sunday is not the beginning of the week but rather Monday, this has made it easier to make mistakes.

Pros: It makes my job easier when checking in people up at the front when I work at the YMCA. I can find people easy for the most part. There are also different ways to find people on here.
Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find things like if you type one letter wrong it will not find the person, but for the most part it is a great browser to use.
