Overall it has been a good experience. I like that they notify you when you're getting close to the amount of posts allowed on the free account.
Pros: I have had to use the customer support and they were very helpful. It's easy to learn how to use Metricool. I haven't had any security concerns with it. I am able to manage accounts successfully. 95 percent of the time my posts go through when scheduled.
Cons: Cons are the free version you can only have two accounts and engagement insights are limited with the free plan. I really don't have anything else negative to say.

Pros: Metricool has helped us level up our social media management capability by merging the data/analytics with planning, content management, scheduling, and a multi-step approval process.
Cons: While some facets of it are less intuitive to the end user than I would prefer, overall it is not hard to learn.

Overall, I am happy with Metricool. It's been a great tool for me to use to batch create social media content when I have time.
Pros: I like the ability to easily schedule content, along with the ability to schedule the first comment too.
Cons: I dislike that you need to pay if you wish to connect your LinkedIn page. It would be nice to have this included.

Customer service is robotic and unhelpful, software is ok, but content becomes very generic. Manipulative Payment Terms.
Pros: Multiple Auto Scheduling maps and heat map by day and time for best posting times, although I am not convinced of the accuracy.
Cons: This software is ok, pretty similar to others however their terms and conditions are a trap. They allow refund for initial subscription, however annual renewals have no access to a refund, so you can not cancel even if not using. They are a heartless organisation that doesn't care for small business owners. I would not recommend.

Bien para la herramienta pero esconden en sus terminos y condiciones que no avisan para las renovaciones y si no vas a utilizar más no te devuelven el importe. Vi el cargo a los 15 minutos, les avisé y rechazaron el reembolso.
Pros: La herramienta es útil claro. Tienes funciones buenas y puede servir para la gestión de redes sociales.
Cons: Que me cobraron sin avisar una renovación anual. Perdi 638€ y no utilizo la APP. Les avisé a los 15 minutos pero me dijeron que estaba escrito en los terminos y condiciones. No contrates un servicio anual con ellos, y con el mensual cuidado.

Mi experiencia en general fue excelente hasta que empezó a obligar tener la versión de pago de X. Actualmente, a pesar de utilizar la versión de pago no puedo volver a acostumbrarme a utilizar la herramienta de Metricool.
Pros: - Permite ver analíticas únicas que con Twitter o X no las puedes ver. - Puedes armar un calendario de publicaciones para X. - Puedes dejar de seguir o seguir fácilmente a cuentas que pueden resultar de tu interés.
Cons: - Necesitas tener la versión de pago de X para que puedas utilizarla. - A veces el calendario de publicaciones es difícil de programar y tiene fallos.

Pros: We chose Metricool to manage Instagram posts collaboratively across a team, but discovered — far too late — that manual push notifications for Stories, Reels, or videos only go to the account owner, no matter how many team members are added or how thoroughly they configure their devices.
Cons: Misleading Team Functionality — Manual Post Notifications Only Go to Account Owner.This is a critical limitation for any business or agency working with multiple stakeholders.

It's been great! Metricool works well with a ton of platforms and they are constantly making updates to the app.
Pros: The flexibility and ease of use is unmatched in a free/reasonably priced social media scheduling app. I just discovered Autolist, which could make it even more convenient to continuously schedule social posts without spending a huge amount of time.
Cons: None! I wish I could afford the paid features like send for review and a couple of the others, but overall, I can't think of a better social media scheduling app.

I love this platform! I’ve tried so many other scheduling tools and they were not as good as Metricool. If you want to use a platform that gives you wholistic knowledge about your brand(s) Metricool is for you.
Pros: I love the approval and analytics w feature of this software! Metricool provides the most in depth information about my progress on social media and ads. Absolutely LOVE!
Cons: No complaints! I love everything about this platform. It would be great if music could be added to the reels/tiktoks from the platform but I understand there are rules against doing so. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints!!

Me parece una plataforma ideal para analizar y gestionar las redes sociales, pues permite monitorizar métricas, programar publicaciones y optimizar estrategias de contenido en un solo lugar. Tiene una interfaz muy intuitiva y permite conectar no sólo las redes sociales, sino páginas web, y plataformas como YouTube o Twitc. Y lo mejor es que la mayoría de funciones importantes son gratuitas.
Pros: La cantidad de datos que puedes ver y analizar es espectacular. Si bien es cierto que hoy en día casi todas las redes sociales tienen sus propias métricas, desde metricool puedes echar un vistazo a todas de forma rápida y clara.
Cons: Si tuviera que señalar un aspecto negativo, diría que los planes de pago me parecen algo caros en relación a lo que me ofrecen. Y digo "me", porque es mi caso particular, ya que todo lo que necesito me lo ofrecen gratis.

Bastante buena mi experiencia, tanto en la version free como en la vestion paga que obviamente es mucho mas provechosa
Pros: Me encanta poder tener la posibilidad de asociar la mayoria de las redes sociales mas populares en un mismo lugar, y tener los informes en el momento que desee
Cons: Solo me esta faltando poder tener metricas de seguimiento a las principales posiciones dentro de google ads

Pros: A good service should value its customers and be willing to rectify issues promptly, especially when it comes to unauthorised charges. Unfortunately, Metricool fell short in both billing integrity and customer support. I’m left frustrated and regretful for ever signing up. I would not recommend this service based on my experience, as it seems they lack the responsiveness and transparency that customers deserve.
Cons: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Metricool. Despite cancelling my subscription well in advance, I was still charged to my credit card. I reached out to their customer support multiple times to resolve the issue, but the responses were slow, unhelpful, and didn’t address my concern. It felt like I was going in circles with no real assistance or resolution.

Over all Metricool has been great to work with. I'm really excited to see how much time I can save by not having to visit each social media platform to respond to comments.
Pros: The thing I like most about Metricool is that I can respond and interact with comments and the commenters from the app. I don't have to go out to Instagram to respond to comments.
Cons: We are still new to using Metricool. It all seems super shiny and nice right now.

Es una excelente herramienta de planeación de contenido. Los horarios óptimos permiten generar contenido con mayor alcance.
Pros: Te brinda cuando tienes mas de 100 seguidores los mejores horarios y días para publicar. Tiene una sección en donde puedes revisar el comportamiento de tus competidores y así obtener info sobre el mejor contenido y formato.
Cons: La planeacion de campañas de paga en las diferentes plataformas es muy básico. No contiene la segmentación detallada que generalmente se puede hacer en las ads de cada plataforma.

Pros: Je me sers de la version gratuite, surtout pour les stats des réseaux sociaux. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de réseaux sociaux à gérer dans l'entreprise, la version gratuite me convient pour l'instant parfaitement. Le design est simple et efficace, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un logiciel comme cela.
Cons: Les stats pour les vidéos et réels ne sont pas très développées je trouve.

Pros: Cuando tu empresa tiene varias redes sociales, es mejor tenerlas todas en algún agregador para obtener información o incluso poder responder desde allí o programar publicaciones, Metricool es de lo mejor. Puedes meter prácticamente todas las redes sociales en la cuenta y gestionar al menos la mitad de funciones sin moverte de una pestaña.
Cons: Al principio conectarte con Facebook (e Instagram) a nivel completo puede ser algo complicado si tienes tu cuenta personal abierta, por lo que recomiendo cerrar en ese navegador todas las sesiones de redes sociales excepto la de la cuenta que quieres conectar, es algo que creo que debería explicar Metricool por el tema de cuentas conectadas en el media center de Facebook. Y la programación de publicaciones podría ser algo más completa, pero son los dos únicos fallos que le he visto en muchos meses.

Pros: It's the cheapest social media tool and I don't miss anything on it: support team answers in a few minutes, it's very easy to post on social media with it and I'm able to manage multiple accounts
Cons: If I want to post something manually, the app doesn't work well because I don't receive notifications (Android)

Lo utilizo para medir el interés de los lectores de redes sociales en los artículos que se escriben de una manera rápida.
Pros: Lo mejor de Metricool es la facilidad para incluir las métricas y datos de tus RRSS en un solo lugar, literalmente en Resumen tienes en una página todas tus redes sociales con las diferentes métricas que te pueden ser de interés, como seguidores, entradas con más visualizaciones, más interacciones... Y eso me encanta.
Cons: Quizás las métricas no sean las más adecuadas para un análisis avanzado, por lo que si solo necesitas datos básicos y los análisis no son muy complejos te puede venir bien, si necesitas algo más, ya no te vale, incluso en el mejor plan hay carencias.

En general mi experiencia con metricool a sido grata. Esta herramienta me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo de trabajo en la gestion de mis campañas en las redes sociales, ademas de que su capacidad para monitorear las interacciones y rendimientos que obtengo de las mismas a sido increible
Pros: Lo que mas me gusto de metricool es la gran cantidad de funciones que posee de entrada en todos sus apartados , desde elamplio abanico de redes sociales que puedes integrar hasta las funciones de analisis de metricas de todas cada una de estas redes, incluso funciones que en software de la competencia son de pago, aqui las tienes en el paquete gratuito
Cons: Debo decir que no he encontrado fallos relevantes en metricool que me disgusten, salvo que en algunas ocaciones cuando programo algunos posts falla y no los ha publicado, sin embargo son pocas las veces que me ha ocurrido.

In general a good tool to use for social media management.
Pros: I have used Metricool for a long time even when the tool was not as good as it was now. It is easy to use and now have a lot of good features that I have to pay much more for in other solutions.
Cons: I dislike the overall design of the tool. Even if it does not really matter I really prefer to work in a tool that feel new and fresh which Metricool does not.
