My overall experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. It provided a comprehensive set of powerful and reliable components that helped streamline our development process and improve productivity. The UI controls are well-designed, easy to integrate, and highly customizable to meet different project requirements.
Pros: What I liked most about Essential Studio is its wide range of high-quality UI components and the excellent level of customization it offers. The controls are feature-rich, modern, and helped speed up development significantly. The overall developer experience was smooth, and the components integrated well into our application requirements.
Cons: While my overall experience was positive, some components have a learning curve due to the large number of features and configuration options available. In certain advanced customization scenarios, it took additional time to fully understand the implementation approach. However, the documentation and support resources were helpful in resolving most issues effectively.

Been using Essential Studio for over 15 years and it's still my first pick when starting any browser-based project. There's something to be said for a toolkit that keeps earning its place year after year rather than just riding on legacy loyalty. The update cadence is solid — Syncfusion clearly puts real effort into staying current, and it shows. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed it, which isn't something you can take for granted with UI libraries. For mobile the Grid component alone has saved me countless hours on mobile, where building something like that from scratch would be a nightmare. Also, the pricing is genuinely fair.

Pros: The widget set is comprehensive, remote data source access is built in, and the same controls work across both browser and Flutter. AI components and AI infrastructure are built into the latest versions.
Cons: Major version upgrades occasionally come with small breaking changes that take real time to work through (they are documented). Custom SCSS theming isn't the most intuitive either. The documentation leaves some gaps.

Pros: I have not directly used Essential Studio, but I have used the community license to pull in the Nuget packages for SyncFusion.Maui.Core, SyncFusion.Maui.Maps, and SyncFusion.Maui.PdfViewer that I needed to convert my Xamarin apps to .net 10 Maui. The thing I liked most was a common interface that I could use with the Apple, Android, and Windows version of my apps. Once I completed the changes for one platform, those same changes worked for both of the other platforms I target with little or no extra tweaking.
Cons: Again, I did not directly use Essential Studio, but plan to do so in the future. I did initial have a learning curve to using the libraries, but that is to be expected and the online documentation was great.

Overall, my experience with Syncfusion Essential Studio has been very positive. The controls are reliable, performance is strong, and it integrates well into my development workflow.
Pros: Fast execution and very reliable controls in ASP.NET applications, with consistent behavior across different use cases. The components handle complex scenarios smoothly and maintain stable performance even under heavier workloads. Integration into existing projects is straightforward, and the overall quality of the controls helps reduce development time and minimizes unexpected issues in production environments.
Cons: Some components have a steeper learning curve, especially when working with more advanced features. It can take time to fully understand all configuration options and best practices, particularly for developers who are new to the library. However, once familiar with it, the controls become much easier to use.

Have been a long-term user with Syncfusion. The support team is prompt and provide valuable assistance when you run into issue(s).
Pros: the ease of installation and getting the respective updates, and the offline demo files made available for quick reference.
Cons: However, the demo files could take up quite a lot of local storage space, and with the availability of high speed broadband, it might not be necessary to download the demo files into local storage space anymore But good efforts, to make it for use cases like secured places with no internet access, or urban areas with lower bandwidth or lower speed internet access.

Overall, my experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. It provides many powerful UI components that help speed up development and improve the quality of applications. Once I became familiar with the tools, they were very useful and reliable.
Pros: I really like the wide range of components available in Essential Studio. The controls are well-designed, easy to integrate, and save a lot of development time. The documentation and examples are also very helpful.
Cons: Some components can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users. It may take some time to understand all the options and customization settings.

I’ve already created two applications: one is a Blazor application, like I mentioned before, and the second is a .NET MAUI app built on .NET 9 using the Community Toolkit. The experience has been great, but I’m now looking for a free license, especially to improve the MAUI app, because many of the features I want to experiment with aren’t included in the free, open‑source Syncfusion.Community.Toolkit.
Pros: The first time I used Essential Studio was because I needed to produce a dynamic map with highlighted areas for a city or district in a Blazor app. The integration was easy, and it allowed me to avoid the nightmare of writing JavaScript to handle GeoJSON data for specific geographic areas, since everything could be managed directly with C# objects
Cons: Essential Studio provides a wide range of ready‑to‑use, highly optimized controls, supported by a responsive and consistently reliable support team.

Syncfusion's Community License let a one-developer hydroponic gardening site ship features (admin grids, polished PDFs, a real chat-style Q&A interface, a proper newsletter composer) that would otherwise have taken months of bespoke work or a paid component subscription I couldn't justify. The components are mature, the documentation is solid, and the licensing terms are written in a way that genuinely supports small businesses rather than dangling a free tier as bait. I'm grateful Syncfusion makes this available, and I'd recommend Essential Studio without hesitation to any small team building a serious .NET or web application.
Pros: The Community License is the most honest "free for small businesses" offering I've encountered from a major component vendor. There are no crippled features, no nag screens, and no artificial limits on the components themselves: I get the same DataGrid, RichTextEditor, PDF library, and Chat UI that enterprise customers pay for. For a bootstrapped site like mine, that's the difference between shipping great features and not shipping them at all.
Cons: The sheer breadth of the suite means discoverability suffers. I sometimes find three different ways to do the same thing across different component families and have to read carefully to pick the right one. The bundle size for the JavaScript components is non-trivial. On a content-heavy public site I have to be deliberate about which modules I import so I don't bloat my pages. The Community License eligibility rules (revenue and team size thresholds) are reasonable but easy to forget; a clearer in-product reminder would help small companies stay compliant as they grow. At this point, it's not a concern of mine, but it's important to me to honor my commitment to SyncFusion and I need to remember to do it when an email reminder would be both helpful and welcome.

Overall, my experience with Syncfusion Essential Studio has been very positive. It has helped me build applications faster and with better UI quality. The wide range of components and cross-platform support makes it a reliable choice for developers working on different types of projects. With continuous improvements and good customer support, it stands out as a solid development toolkit.
Pros: Syncfusion Essential Studio offers a very comprehensive set of UI components and tools that significantly speed up development. The controls are high quality, well-documented, and work smoothly across multiple platforms including web, desktop, and mobile. I especially like the wide variety of components available out of the box, which reduces the need for third-party libraries. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to competitors, making it great value for money. Their frequent updates and active support team are also big advantages.
Cons: While the library is powerful, the learning curve can be slightly steep for beginners due to the large number of components and features. Some documentation sections could be more beginner-friendly with clearer examples. Occasionally, certain components may require extra customization to fit specific design needs.

Por ahora los estoy usando en desarrollos de mis sitios web y estoy muy conforme. Estoy reemplazando los IG
Pros: Controles modernos, vistosos y eficientes. Controles de todo tipo. Muy buena la grilla y los gráficos
Cons: No encontré desventajas. Estoy reemplazando a IG y no encontré nada que falte. Tenía dudas sobre el control grilla pero no tuve problemas

We submitted a question in the past before actually taking the step to get a Community License. My general feeling is that the representatives that we talked to seemed overly keen to sell the product when we were well withing the "Community License" limits. I think we posed questions not clearly and the pushy sales team almost pushed us away. Our [sensitive content hidden] had to reach out separately to get clear answers as we were unable to understand clearly what the sale rep was telling us.
Pros: We are using it in .Net Maui app for it's PDF viewer. Everything we've seen online says they're the best option. After using it for a short period I can see why. The documentation is great and the service runs as expected.
Cons: As with many services, finding the "developer documentation" always is tricky. It's possible that I just missed it but I just ended up googling the documentation location and bookmarked it.

My overall experience with Essential Studio has been very positive. It has helped streamline development processes, especially when working with Vue, by providing a robust set of ready-to-use components. This has allowed me to focus more on business logic rather than building UI elements from scratch. The flexibility, performance, and breadth of features make it a reliable solution for building scalable and professional applications.
Pros: Essential Studio provides a comprehensive and high-quality set of UI components that greatly accelerates development, especially when working with modern frameworks like Vue. The Vue integration is smooth and flexible, allowing for rapid implementation of complex interfaces with minimal effort. The components are feature-rich, highly customizable, and perform reliably even in demanding applications. The documentation is extensive and helpful, making it easier to get started and explore advanced features. Overall, it offers excellent value for money considering the wide range of tools and components included in a single package. It has been a very solid choice for building scalable and professional web applications.
Cons: Overall, the experience has been very positive. As with any powerful toolkit, some advanced features may require a bit of time to fully understand, but this is expected given the flexibility and capabilities provided.

Great experience overall. They gave me a community license where I can play and explore more of their options
Pros: I like Syncfusion now compared to other competitor. Integration is easy and fast. I am using Blazor and it’s just a perfect tandem!
Cons: None so far. Integration is easy and fast. Lots of community support online too. Just a great UI tool for development.

In overal my experience is positive, the document is great and the functions needed are mostly available.
Pros: The package delivers almost every userinterface and document generation you need. Constant quality updates and new features.
Cons: Wizards in WPF en windows forms could be better. Would also be nice that there is interaction with populair open source packages.

The tool was very easy to integrate into our solution, an insurance quotation portal. With the excellent documentation, we were able to implement digital signatures for the PDF documents generated in our solution, strictly following all Brazilian legal regulations. The documents were validated on the official government portal without any issues!
Pros: The ease of integration of the tool, with packages added easily without any conflict with other packages already in use, the super simple configurations required to start operation, and extensive documentation, allowed us to carry out our implementation in a short amount of time.
Cons: We haven't identified any negative points so far; all our needs have been successfully met, and we are expanding the use of the tool to other system functionalities with complete success so far!

I started using Rich Text UI component in a new Blazor project. Worked from the beginning, including image support.
Pros: UI components for .NET Blazor. Very mature and broad coverage of all UI needs. If you developing with Blazor you are very restricted with the built-in components. With Synfusion's UI component you can deliver from the beginning your Blazor app with comprehensive state-of-the-art UI.
Cons: You have a bit of a learning curve. But that is to be expected if starting to work with a big library. But it's no problem to master this with the help of GenAI tools ...
Robert B. · Freelance IT Consultant · Computer Software · April 15, 2026
My experience has been limited to the .NET MAUI library rather than the full Essential Studio suite, but within that scope it has been positive. It saved me significant development time, the controls work reliably, and support resources are generally helpful. I'd recommend it to other MAUI developers looking for a mature component library.
Pros: I've used Syncfusion's .NET MAUI controls and they've been a solid addition to my project. The components are well-documented, easy to integrate, and cover a wide range of UI needs that would otherwise take a lot of time to build from scratch. Performance has been good across platforms, and the API feels consistent and predictable. The community license also makes it very accessible for individual developers and small teams to get started.
Cons: Some of the controls have a steeper learning curve than expected, and certain advanced customization scenarios required digging deeper into the documentation or sample projects than I would have liked. Occasionally the styling defaults don't match modern design expectations out of the box, so some extra work is needed to get a polished look.

Overall my experience with the Rich Text Editor and Syncfusion in general has been very positive. I am looking forward to incorporating more of the components available for Blazor into my project.
Pros: So far I have only worked with the Rich Text Editor for Blazor. I found the editor very easy to understand and start working with. The customizability of the tool bar is great and allows you to tailor this editor to your specific needs with ease. I also really appreciated the ability to add a 'SaveUrl', 'RemoveUrl' and 'Path' to the RichTextEditorImageSettings because this made adding images that persist across different users, computers, browsers etc. much easier.
Cons: I feel that customizing the appearance of the editor required some digging through documentation which was not as straightforward as some other features.

I’ve been doing software development for over 20 years now, and hands down, Syncfusion is the BEST company I’ve ever worked with. They are not just another vendor to me, they really feel like a true partner on every project. Their components save me a ton of time, they just work reliably, and I can move forward without second-guessing everything. What actually sets them apart is the support. It’s genuinely excellent. Anytime I run into something, I know there’s a team ready to jump in and help, Having Syncfusion on a project gives me real peace of mind that it’s going to get done right. I recommend them all the time to other developers and companies who want great tools and support that actually delivers.
Pros: What I liked most about Essential Studio is how easy everything is to use right out of the box. The components just work, and the samples they provide are useful On top of that, their support is excellent.
Cons: Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like about Essential Studio. I’ve got zero complaints

Does everything we need. I only needed to contact sync fusion for the licensing. Quick responses, very helpful. Integrating their controls was a breeze. Works flawlessly.
Pros: We Primarily use the calendar for our ReactJs frontend. Works extremely well. Its responsive, extremely flexible, well designed schedule.
Cons: Again, I only used the Calendar so far, there is nothing I dislike about it. I can't praise it enough.

My experience with Studio has been an immense help in our goal of modernizing all of our software and for future developments
Pros: For those of us who design and write software, having tools and components is a great help to maximize development.
Cons: to many tools. It is very easy to lose ourselves among so many options, which require some learning.
Carlos B. · cto · Computer Software · April 9, 2026
I’ve been using Syncfusion’s Angular components for a while now across my startup projects. I'm loving the diversity and flexibility.
Pros: Syncfusion offers a lot of native Angular components. From standard grids, charts, and schedulers to advanced tools like PDF viewers, document editors
Cons: It is rather slow during development, adds up to the size of the shipped bundle and the documentations need to be better.
Amjad Y. · Software Development Manager · Computer Software · April 8, 2026
Overall experience is very positive. Great products, great support, great people at a reasonable price.
Pros: We have been using Syncfusion for a few years now in our development environment. Since the tools cover both desktop and mobile, we can utilize the same coding base to accelerate our development process. In addition to the tool set, Syncfusion provides Metro Studio (at not cost) for icons, which helps on the GUI side of the effort. Their customer support is outstanding and responsive. Great group of people.
Cons: We have not found anything specific that would be a con. They seem to keep up with the various releases and offer bug fixes as they are identified by the community.
Steve S. · Chief Operating Officer · Civil Engineering · April 4, 2026
The Support Team does a great job. We've used Syncfusion controls in a number of different applications and tech stacks.
Pros: Lots of different controls with many options. The PDF libraries have been great. Winform controls have also been veery good with few bugs or hurdles.
Cons: Nothing I can think of. I really can't think of anything too negative. I suppose it could always be cheaper.
Mark A. · VP RD · Government Administration · March 30, 2026
Pros: It's has useful components that are easy to integrate into projects and dploy them in an quick and easy manner
Cons: Some components may be heavy and can increase the size of your app especially when it comes to flutter based components
