Pros: I liked that the platform was easy to use, well-structured and allowed smooth communication with my coach.
Cons: Both my coach and I experienced some technical issues with video connection in Chrome, but it worked well in other browsers.

Very positive, both me and my mentee were quite satisfied. We did not feel that the platform was a bother at all (as happens with other sites/ softwares).
Pros: The ease of usage, the synchronization with Outlook and my calendar, the platform seemed organized...
Cons: Cannot think of one.

Overall, I love using Mentorink, it was easy to use and adaptate, I use it in a whole semester for my mentorship sessions and not had a problem since then. I get my certificate from this platfom as well so it was great and not complicated.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the all in one system where I can do the mentorship video meeting, take notes when the meeting ends, plan another one and all in one place.
Cons: Sometimes the system was a little slow for my computer but it can stem from my low internet connection as well.

Professionally prepared, extremely problem-free in making appointments and meeting, It was a great experience for someone like me who was doing online mentoring for the first time.
Pros: The stages of the mentor interview are very well defined. Ease of communication, a meeting program has been determined, result-oriented, well-designed
Cons: Nothing I didn't see any negative aspects of the program, so I can't comment on it. I will definitely continue using it.

The mentor I was paired with was also a coach. And our process with him was more coaching. For this reason, we were able to communicate my problems and concerns more clearly and constructively. I would like to thank everyone for providing this opportunity.
Pros: It was really important for me to be in touch with someone who guided me through her school and internship experiences through this platform.
Cons: I think the video conferencing system we used for the meeting. We had problems using it most of the time during the meeting.

That was very productive and efficient. I needed to complete certain series of meetings with my menti , the application was practical to follow this path.
Pros: Very friendly Dashboard to grasp whole program. It gives opportunity to organizer to classify meetings.
Cons: Chat box is not easy to use in some window setups. Whatsapp integrated chat box might be more usable and practical. Because I don't open web page everyday.

I was happy to be part of this program, learn the hesitations of youth they have for business life, share experiences, exchange ideas.. I definetely believe that it is a mutual experience!
Pros: It is a great opportunity to connect with young people and understand their interest and topics they wonder a lot.
Cons: Online platforms can make our life easier but at least some level of face to face experiences can boost the energy.

Während des Programms habe ich wertvolle Unterstützung und hilfreiche Ratschläge von meinem Mentor erhalten, die mir geholfen haben, in meiner Karriere spürbare Fortschritte zu erzielen.
Pros: “Bei Mentorink hat mir besonders gefallen, dass der Mentoring-Prozess individuell gestaltet wird und die Mentor-Mentee-Zuordnung mit einem professionellen Ansatz erfolgt.”
Cons: Es ist ärgerlich, dass das Videoanruf-Programm über Kiron nicht funktioniert.

Mentorink is a unique and unrivaled program. So I cannot compare it with other products. This means that you are the first person to do something that we really need.
Pros: Being paired with a mentee like myself and having a higher probability of contributing to their life. I was able to help her more. She had a successful few months
Cons: The frequency of the interview period was very close, we mentors are working people, so this program was challenging for us
