Pros: Everything is so easy to manage and self explanatory, i was able to get updates from my mentor and it happened automatically.

Cons: I have no complains about chronus, everything is easy and have no had any problems while using it this pass days.

Pros: Simple to use in growing professional development and helps establish the implementation process. The program is an easy 5 stars making the mentorship program easy, simple almost no learning curve needed to get over. I would highly recommend this in any survey needed. Best Value for money on the market in my opinion.

Cons: No issues with the program in the several mentorships that I have had. The program needs no form of modification.

Pros: This platform has allowed me to stretch and strengthen my skills as a mentor. I've made meaningful connections, and I'm glad to continue sharing and learning skills.

Cons: I can't find any issues with the interface and options. I'm eager to see that my company adds more support material.

Pros: Chronus makes mentorship programs way easier to run. The dashboards are clean, mentors/mentees match smoothly, and the communications stay organized.

Cons: Reporting can feel a bit limited unless you export and slice the data yourself. A few workflows also take more clicks than they should.

Pros: Easy platform to navigate the essentials. Straightforward placement of inbox and outstanding tasks. Great layout.

Cons: Slightly outdated, no biggie. With Texting and email already existing, An app my make user more inclined although its a tough market to enter when communication is already available on so many platforms. Good for keeping organized and professional.

Pros: How it was easy to stay in contact with my mentor. I was able to connect and schedule meetings with him.

Cons: It looks outdated. The site and app feels like I am in 2008, maybe you software developers need to modernize it just a little bit

Pros: The messaging system Is pretty responsive and never gave me any issues. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to communicate with my mentor in a seamless and effective environment

Cons: I felt quite troubled with the notification system, maybe an option for it to notify you through a mobile app would be nice.

Pros: I loved how organized and well-planned out the structure and layout of the platform is. It's very easy and convenient to use.

Cons: Nothing! Maybe the meeting platform can be improved a bit, it felt too impersonal. It felt more like watching a youtube video :( however, it was convenient that I could pause the video, which prevents anyone from missing anything important.

Pros: Chronus makes mentorship effortless by pairing the right people at the right time through a clean, intuitive platform.

Cons: There is no auto note taking to ease the purpose for us while we attend to our Mentor/Mentee simultaneously.

Pros: I didn't start using Chronus from the start and I wish I did. Chronus helps me keep track of my progress and things that we need to review as a team.

Cons: I don't have any cons for Chronus, actually I wish that I started using it earlier in my progression path.

Pros: I like the ease of use for they system. Very self-explanatory when it comes to navigating the program. I have connected with two mentees successfully and I greatly appreciate the multiple ways to connect! It seems very secure.

Cons: It does kind of throw me for a loop when it sends me in circles when trying to get to a specific spot. However once you get the hang of it it's a breeze.

Pros: Gives an easy to navigate "Dashboard" view of tasks. Keeps information centralized and easy to access. Helps separate regular work tasks from mentorship tasks to minimize confusion.

Cons: Everything is great so far! I am fairly new to the platform, but setting up was easy, and so far has been easy to navigate.

Pros: Easy navigation, I enjoyed my experience especially the mentorship program, it was and still is a very rewarding experience. The experience has really facilitated my professional development and given me more professional clarity.The admin are quite efficient giving an overall great user experience. The site is also very secure, and the learning journey progresses in a upward trajectory. I highly recommend for anyone contemplating on how to fast track their professional development, it gives 101% value for your time and money.

Cons: It was a great experience overall but I believe the UI/UX can be made a little less unambiguous. Other than that, you're good to go

Pros: how easy it was to understand I really like all the information that was given during using the site

Cons: navigating through it was kind of difficult knowing were to press and click but all and all I got through it

Cons: What i like least about the program is that its kind of short, I wish it could be a year long program.

Pros: I love being able to connect both as a peer, mentee, and mentor with those all over the country! Networking is so important, and this is an amazing way to network regardless of distance.

Cons: I haven't used this long enough to have any particular cons to things I like least. I am still learning to navigate the platform, but so far it is pretty easy.

Pros: Easy to use, I was able to easily reach out to my mentees and vice versa. The email notifications was also a good initiative.

Cons: Video call issues sometimes. There were times that during the video meetings, even though you unmute yourself, others could not hear you.

Pros: Detailed suggestions to match mentor and mentees. Very desirable content is prompted during filling up the profile and forms.

Cons: Perhaps too much lengthy to fill in the details in one go, need lots of time to fill in all the information.

Pros: Great opportunity to meet up with a mentor or mentee, great foe development and learning, navigating as well

Cons: I dont have anything in mind that I least like about Chronus, Id have to say not applicable to me...

Pros: It is an easy-to-use matching system, which encourages you to be proactive with the notification system

Cons: The 'title' is confusing - is it for position description or name title. Lots of people doing one or the other

Pros: This has been a wonderful experience using Chronus for the mentoring program, to my knowledge one of the few sites where I do interact with Chronus, but has been a great tool and allowed for myself to grow and develop in using the mentor program. A lot of tools and resources.

Cons: With so many tools to be honest, if I weren't a tinker and a person that likes to click around, it seems like too many options potentially almost to the point where it could be overwhelming with how much can be done with the tool.

Pros: very good platform to interact with mentor and learn new things and upskill . I would asvise everyone to try this platofrm
