Pros: I really like its Kudos feature allowing for a positive work environments within the office. I find the design easy to use.

Cons: Initially when we started using this application it was difficult for me to navigate across different sections.

Pros: Feedback requests and giving feedback. The flow is really intuitive and easy to complete.

Cons: PTO/Holidays section. The top section for some reason is not clear enough. Too many cards with numbers and they are not clear from the first glance. I still need to read each one of them to get to " how many days do I have left in this year"

Pros: Infos about colleagues and vacation days administration

Cons: I find the login flow pretty weird, in my opinion.

Pros: Easy to use, I have all my employee information in one place, I don't have to ask someone how many vacation days I have or which team does a person belong to.

Cons: not very straightforward approach to OKRs and team goals setup.

Pros: Friendly platform, got easier to use throughout time and it is continuously growing/improving its features. Love the Kudos system.

Cons: Nothing specific; maybe regarding the "Dark mode" option, which when applied does not seem to be that user friendly considering the platform's font (all that is not bold gets harder to read/follow).

Pros: Using it to see anyversaries and to manage days off

Cons: Haven’t use it for performance tracking yet or social - not necessary not good, just didn’t gave the oportunity

Pros: The user interface, the access granted for users, the exports, database, attendance records, employee management, feedback area, OKRs.

Cons: The latest changes on uploading docs (as HR) for employees. Please bring back the old bulk upload!

Pros: It is easy to use and has a nice interface

Cons: At first, i was kinda confused when I used it

Pros: I like that I can see my new colleagues and info concerning me. I can easily make a vacation request and see celebrations.

Cons: I don't like that I cannot find easily this page https://app.mirro.io/users/{id}/employee.

Pros: I love the simple interface and how intuitive everything is. I didn’t need an onboarding to start using it. It gives a holistic overview on what’s happening in the company and it’s a fun way to know your colleagues when you’re new, to give and receive recognition. Small things like social media type of interactions makes Mirro a tool that incentivizes employees to perform tasks that otherwise would be considered “chores”. I like the ease of use and clear way of displaying information, clean design and logical flows from an UX perspective.

Cons: The fact that upon logging in, even if i tick the “Remember me” check box, I always have to type my email. Seems like a bug, so it’s not that bad, but slightly frustrating to have a feature that doesn’t work.

Pros: The ability to put 'sticky' notes on the calendar.

Cons: There were issues initially setting up meeting leaders.

Pros: Mirro allows you to track your performance. Review and edits objectives. Receive supervisor feedback and also input feedback. It really helps me keep my goals on track. I love you can give feedback on other employees.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about it.

Pros: The user interface, the team, the OKRs functionality

Cons: The time they did not have a native mobile app

Pros: The user interface is top notch - very easy to use!

Cons: Nothing to complain about yet - seems great

Pros: ease of use and flexibility of changes in application design

Cons: I use integrations less because they are not intuitive

Pros: Performance management and reports, and also I love the relationship with the supplier

Cons: Rigidity for vacay types, and I don't like that it doesn't have recruitment support. Also Mirro didn't cover ITM mandatory stuff like attendance sheet.

Pros: Easy program to use with non computer savvy employees

Cons: Explaining how to use it, to older employees

Pros: Information export (employee data and leave centralization)

Cons: If a colleague substitutes a substitute for one or more days of leave, that colleague cannot take leave during the same period.

Cons: Acho que poderia ser um pouco mais intuitivo

Pros: - easy to use, intuitive- very supportive and well - prepared staff, open to the development suggestions of the software

Cons: - it does not have a payroll feature, only pre-payroll

Pros: Software was easy to implement and use. Team was supportive during and after implementation

Cons: The team is very proactive with any changes, updates and customization

Pros: The product is intuitive, user-friendly, it brings a positive impact to the idea of congratulating your colleagues for their contribution & efforts. I like the 'Give Kudos' feature the most.

Cons: Nothing I could think of - I really enjoy using the tool.
