Pros: Data-Driven Insights, Resourceful Learning Materials, User Friendly

Cons: I can not remember anything that I particularly did not like to be honest.

Pros: Integration with my calendar, tracker and easiness of access

Cons: I'm still exploring the platform, I'm a fresh user.

Cons: NONE SO FAR SINCE I HAD A LOT OF POSITIVE EXPERIENCES USING GUIDER

Pros: Very easy and seamless to use. Matched with mentee and allowed easy scheduling.

Cons: Some early teething problems with my ability to remove myself to be viewed as a mentor, but this was corrected.

Pros: It is easy to use without any complicated instructions that any person with the most basic of IT skills can deal with.

Cons: The video platform has moments of instability or simply will not work, resulting in having to use TEAMS to do the video calls

Pros: It was really easy to fill out my profile and then select a mentor – and then arranging an appointment also was smooth within the Guider app. It has been very fulfilling to have my mentoring sessions.

Cons: Sometimes there were bugs with the scheduling part of the app, where it was hard to edit or cancel an appointment (and so we had to use alternative methods to arrange things). This seems to have been fixed now.

Pros: It helps in making most of my learning and career development easier.

Cons: Simplicity and precise in how it has been designed

Pros: great tool for helping mentoring people.

Cons: not synced with my calendar/tracking progress. probably a feature i just didnt use

Pros: As a mentee, it was great to setup my profile and be matched as a suitable starting point using this tool

Cons: A few glitches and sync issues to navigate round with scheduling and setting up appointments

Pros: Great functionaility and easy to navigate

Cons: The graphics/design seems a bit outdated and could do with some sprucing up

Pros: I love the interface with the ability to scroll through potential mentors - seeing their pictures and the bios are super helpful!

Cons: I don't think that all the mentors use the scheduling feature and the other features the platform has available.

Pros: It is very easy to navigate and use from a user prespective

Cons: Some technical issues that took some investigating to resolve.

Pros: Detailing out the process, AI based matching, continuous support and evolution.

Cons: Initial hiccups in understanding the way it works.

Pros: - Finding a mentor that was right for me - Easy to use UX - Developing on the skills that matter in my career - Gained confidence

Cons: There's nothing that I particularly disliked about using Guider, personally.

Pros: AI matching is speedy and accurate Easily match mentors and mentees Gets you up and running super quickly

Cons: Some calendar syncing issues to start with but these seem to have been resolved well

Pros: Guider is good for pairing participants from different hospitals - you can then utilise your skills across wider teams.

Cons: Guider is not always easy to use and will sometimes lag with messages which leaves it difficult to communicate with long distance pairings.

Pros: the ability to connect globally with mentors form the same business

Cons: i would have liked more email reminders/suggestions from Guider

Pros: This is a really easy to use system, that helps pair you with an ideal mentor, based on your career goals

Cons: Everything I have needed to use has been easy, no negatives so far

Pros: Being able to create my profile, find someone who I share interests with and schedule mentoring sessions

Cons: I dont have anything to point out, for me it works fine.

Pros: I find Guider to be user friendly and I like how it integrates with your Outlook and Teams calendars so you don't forget meetings or double-book. I think it is a useful feature that you can add a photo as it makes it easier to connect with mentors/mentees. There is a vast amount of resources and guides available in the Learning Hub to help your development journey.

Cons: I haven't used all aspects of Guider yet to understand every part of it however the parts I have seen I have liked. When I change roles internally, I had to manually update my job title so it might be useful if the integration part could in the opposite direction too so that it updates your information and perhaps syncs your profile picture from your Outlook app too.

Pros: Easy to use and keep up with my relationship

Cons: Time of meetings is sometimes an hour out

Pros: Fast, intuitive, and well laid out platform enabling colleagues to connect and collaborate.

Cons: Nothing in specific but the matching of mentor and mentee can be improved.
