This is a great booking system for our small operation in hotel booking management and I highly recommend it.
Pros: Sirvoy is relatively intuitive and not complicated to get up and running. The online support is fantastic and very quick to respond to questions asked.
Cons: Nothing - we have not had any issues with this system at the time. Customer support has always been supportive!

We are new to the industry. The support and assistance has been outstanding to date with [sensitive content hidden]. They have been so very helpful and patient. I would absolutely recommend Sirvoy for any company needing a hotel management software programme.
Pros: The ease and immediate assistance I needed. This is a huge learning curve for me and the support team made it a good experience. I am please my website designer suggested I use the company.
Cons: There was nothing to complain about about Sirvoy. No cons as far as I am concerned. I am happy to recommend.

We chose to work with Sirvoy because it was a very practical solution for our requirements and it offers great value for the money compared to other platforms. The team is really nice, always available and very solution oriented. They do not harass or pressure you to sign an annual contract.
Pros: Very helpful customer service, always available within seconds! It has all the features I need to sell my rooms online and connect my OTAs.
Cons: Haven't found anything so far. It would be great to have an app for the phone to use their services maybe.

Pros: direct chat with help 24-hours plus phonecalls. love the dashboard. the agents are english first language so understand well
Cons: the booking widget is so plain, and the price changed a few times, everyone told me the price was 20 or 71 for pro , and now im told 89 for pro

Very helpful in my hotel management. It would be stressful not to have a booking system and feel the risk if double bookings.
Pros: It's simplicity and helpfulness in avoiding double bookings. All our rooms are displayed well, and it's good that it can be integrated in our own website.
Cons: Nothing special negative to comment. A bit awkward that I have to put in description in all languages when editing a room.

Sirvoy has been a challenge at times but with help just a click away I know they can fix my mistakes.
Pros: Help is quick to respond and work with you to resolve issues. Techs are very patient and understand.
Cons: Credit is not as straight forward as you would like. I was trained differently than what actually works.

Everything has been running well. The price seems a bit high, but we are happy. It would be nice to have an App.
Pros: Easy of use, and simplicity. Also the tracking of who is doing what is invaluable when you are trying to troubleshoot issues.
Cons: The connection between channel managers and booking engines is a bit flawed. It would be nice if the engines and sirvoy communicated a bit more smoothly.

So far is the most complete system I have ever worked with. I the last couple of years is the one that much adapts to the needs of our business
Pros: Very easy to understand, very friendly user and easy to understand and the support is really helpful
Cons: you cannot export "Payments" you cannot personalize the accounting report that much you cannot select a different date for payments

Pros: I find it to be one of the easiest programs for managing an establishment like our motel and when I have any questions, the team is very helpful.
Cons: Anything I think I don't like, I speak with the team and they clear up my confusion....so nothing really!

Sirvoy is the very best company at getting a professional website up in an hour or two. It also has the best customer service! It's as fast as building a website with them.
Pros: Easy to use. Quickly publish your site. Get back to your business quickly. Have a question? Chat with customer service in less than a minute.
Cons: telling me I could get a gift card for taking this survey. I need a few more apps or add ons.

We are a Coliving space and recommending sirvoy to other colleagues in the industry too, because it has an easy to use and very logical interface and convenient features. Our business is very specific and I was worried that we will not be able to find a system that works, but sirvoy does the job. I can only imagine that it is even more conveniet for the traditional hotel businesses that it was initially built for
Pros: user friendly interface, easily integratable to websites. Some systems can be very complicated. We don't even use all the features that it has
Cons: it's very much classic hotel type of of business oriented and doesn't give too much flexibility for other types of accommodations. We are a coliving space for example and there are features we're missing

I’ve tested a few different systems, and Sirvoy feels like it’s built to handle both small and larger operations. I like that I can pick and choose the features that actually suit my needs.
Pros: I’ve been using Sirvoy for 18 months to manage my cottage bookings, ( 80-100% occupancy ) and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been totally reliable, no double bookings or problems at all. The customer support is amazing, fast & helpful, and it feels like having a personal tech team backing you up. I can highly recommend & welcome anyone to contact me to verify!
Cons: Setting it up takes a bit more time, but it’s totally worth it. It’s been rock-solid with no issues at all. The team was super friendly and guided me every step of the way, and the online videos made it even easier.

Sirvoy has been great for us for years, the customer service has been fantastic
Pros: Sirvoy has many features that are very helpful for a vacation rental, including the ability to offer different rates on different booking platforms, allowing hotels to offer better prices on their websites and save on commissions Sirvoy is very competitively priced and does not charge a percentage of sales.
Cons: So I could have better reporting it would be nice to easily be able to see how many future bookings there were on a specific date in the past to be able to compare the current room nights booked. It’s easy to look at year to date sales, but it is much better to know how many future bookings we currently have versus the same date last year

Pros: The whole system is so easy to use and it has everything we need to run our hotel. The customer service is excellent and so responsive.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich froh Sirvoy gefunden zu haben. Preis <-> Leistung stimmt da noch, und ist mit Abstand derzeit das günstigste Cloudtool für kleine Hotels etc. am Markt. (was benutzbar ist) Wenn Sivoy so weitermacht werden sie noch viele neue Kunden bekommen, denke ich.
Pros: Klein, Schlank und voller Leistung kurze Wege wenn man Support benötigt
Cons: Oberflächen / Templates / Exporte können verbessert werden. z.b. wäre ein eigenes Rechnungstemplate ganz cool.

Having been using Sirvoy for a few years now, I appreciate and value the company.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] seems to be the tech I communicate with the most and he always takes time to understand my question and solve it my issue.
Cons: What I least like about Sirvoy is that I (the customer) must always implement any corrective action. Tech support only gives instructions on how to do the task and sometimes it takes an extended period of time to get something accomplished. As a small business owner I am doing everything to keep my business operating and time is highly valuable.

Experience was well guided from an account perspective, but some more technical/setting specific guidance could have been great.
Pros: Reachable account reps. Breadth of settings and options.

I was in need of a system for my hotel to centralize my reservations and organize my business. Sirvoy is helping me achieve that goal and although many times I am trying to do something a little complicated or I don't know how to do something on Sirvoy, the Team has been so helpful and patient with me.
Pros: Their customer service really is five stars. They are knowledgeable, kind and fast. The platform itself offers a lot of helpful options and it is user friendly.
Cons: A bit more expensive than I expected but worth it.
