Workflow is very automated which always comes in handy and it provides an opportunity to grow in an expanding market.
Pros: Great for organizing inventory and order management. The customer support is always there with helpful advice.
Cons: I wish that there were more imaginative, dashboard, and self serve functions. There was also a bit of a learning curve for me.

I especially liked the order management program. The catalog inventory made the processing more streamlined.
Pros: I liked that it offered multiple options you could choose from as far as pricing. I also liked that it offered different options depending on exactly what you needed.
Cons: Any time you start working with a new program, it is slow and frustrating due to the learning curve.

Pros: I particularly like Linnworks because it offers exceptional customer service, is very fast, and answers all questions. It also connects with various software and shipping companies
Cons: Linnkworks, when it comes to dropshipping businesses, has a very low profit margin, apart from competition for advertising space, but I understand that Linkworks needs to make a profit too.

Pretty good although sadly we didn't deploy in anger as the company did not continue after a few months of subscriptions
Pros: The ease of integration and use for stock control was impressive. The software took a while to learn but was very powerful
Cons: Cost of the product to implement was high upfront but the ongoing cost per month was fine and for what it provided was worthwhile

My overall experience was great, I believe that this software helps out the company that I work for in a very positive manner and I will continue to use it to manage my inventory.
Pros: What I like most about Linnworks is that it makes my job easier when I am managing inventory, if I have a product that is overstocked by using Linnworks, I am able to manage my items seamlessly.
Cons: The only thing that I don't like is that this software is a bit expensive if you have a small business, it costs a bout 200 dollars a month.

Pros: Love the way it freed up my time and helped with my inventory management.
Cons: The interface is a little wonky but it gets the job done
Allen D. · Operations Manager · Food & Beverages · April 6, 2025
We used this to itemize and organize our inventory and ot connected with our fulfillment.
Pros: Makes product Management and fulfillment incredibly smooth.
Cons: None really. It's a robust platform and has a lot of versatility

Love it. It’s work great and easy to use.
Pros: The easy use of system. Would recon to anyone
Cons: Sometimes goes slow. Have no other issues

Order processing is quite efficient and helpfull. Several tools and section would need updates or improvement, unfortunately the only way of getting these improvements is to report them, and wait for other users to vote for them...So there are plainty of update suggestions, and nobody take the time to read them and vote for them
Pros: Easy to connect with CMS and WMS, good documentation and customer support service
Cons: Inventory management and Purchase management have a lot of glitches and would need several updates/improvements. Also the merging, rules engine and modification tools in open orders could be improved

We utilize Linnworks to manage the inventory of our Grocery Delivery Service. With the exception of managing random weight items, the application is adequate for tasks typically done from a desk at a computer. We find it to be very difficult, however, to execute tasks such as counting inventory, receiving/stock in, and scraps because we cannot have every employee carry laptops around the warehouse or in delivery vehicles.
Pros: The inventory interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Ability to filter and sort is sufficient. It is also easy to adjust quantities, process scraps, and view your balances on hand from a PC or Laptop.
Cons: The mobile application is in BETA and has been for a long time. There is no way to efficiently use a handheld with Linnworks, and the mobile interface lacks most basic functionality altogether. This is a dealbreaker for me as it is wildly impractical to walk around a warehouse carrying a laptop to execute simple functions. Lastly, it does not support random weight inventory making it impossible to properly track inventory or variable weight items such as Meat or Produce.

The people are so nice and always will be quick to answer a help message or phone call. They schedule meetings with me whenever I request one and we are able to work through problems together. They are always so nice and helpful
Pros: The simplicity of skuvault makes it easy for anyone to use without much training. This is a huge time saver when on boarding new people. Anyone from front office to warehouse workers will be comfortable with skuvault in a short time.
Cons: The users being more to add on was a major annoyance but they have recently done away with that and now I have plenty users!

Our overall experience with Linnworks and Skuvault Core is that it has allowed us to continue to run an efficient team, but I am a little disappointed in the lack of customization that is allowed.
Pros: The parts of Skuvault Core that are necessary for our operations are fairly simple to learn. Scanning orders for Quality Control is simple enough that I can have a first time employee scanning in a matter of minutes.
Cons: Skuvault Core is not very customizable. As a 3PL we have lots of different clients who request specific things, and we are unable to do some of them as efficiently as we would like because of how rigid Skuvault Core is.
Ryan M. · Operations Manager · Warehousing · February 25, 2025
It's been a great experience so far. 10/10 would recommend
Pros: I loved how user friendly it is. I came into my role with hardly any experience in Linnworks, and have been able to execute my job with excellence. Additionally, I love the convenience of being able to set up Kits and easily manage them as well as edit the kits. Our other software we use for order management isn't as easy to use so that makes me specially grateful for skuvault/linnworks.
Cons: I noticed a couple times that when doing a transaction import "remove" it signified the import was successful but I later found out the hard way it was not. Although it could definitely be a user error rather than a system error.
Kristin B. · Fulfillment Supervisor · Cosmetics · February 25, 2025
Communication when there is an issue is lacking. Takes many followups to be told that the issue is still being worked on.
Pros: That I am able to keep my inventory managed.
Cons: The Walmart portion of the account doesn't work properly. Orders are unable to be QC'ed and the product changes around every 10 mins by the system.
Christie P. · Director of Operations · Retail · February 25, 2025
Pros: They truly get our business and our needs and execute!
Cons: The fact they didn't exist sooner very pleased with their platform.
Will M. · Vice President · Warehousing · February 13, 2025
Pros: what I like most about linnworks works would be how easy the API integration into marketplace and shipping partners are. The software allows me to save time and expenses because it allows my marketplace to run in one place
Cons: what I like least about linnworks would be it can be a time consuming setting up your software up as well as on the expensive side
Miracle C. · Owner · Consumer Goods · December 31, 2024
Pros: It's able to cope with any volume whatsoever. Any spike or high volume and this software can deal with it.
Cons: The pricing is high, can be difficult to tweak for some less technical-minded people. Much preferred the desktop version to the cloud.
Nicolas J. · Operations Director · Consumer Electronics · January 3, 2024
Pros: Linnworks has truly transformed the way I manage my e-commerce business. As an online seller with shops on eBay, Amazon, and Shopify, I needed a solution that could streamline my operations, and Linnworks was there.
Cons: Over the last 2 years I think they have been bought out and the prices are changing alot.
Richard P. · Owner · Retail · October 27, 2023
Terrible. I wish I never agreed to a 12 month contract with them.
Pros: At first, I liked the look and functionality of it. However, they could care less about having a good working relationship with you. They will continue to charge you if the software is not a good fit for you. I could not be more frustrated with poor service and responses. This has been the WORST experience thus far working with a software company.
Cons: Customer service is a joke. I have no clue who is in charge. The [sensitive content hidden] jumps in when I have an issue rather than the account rep who was assigned to me. They are slimy and have lied multiple times. They say they offer demand forecast but they do NOT. They said you can track sales per sku same day but they do not. There are so many bugs in this software. Not useful at all. You are much better off using your own spreadsheets to track inventory.
DeAndrew B. · Inventory Controller · Consumer Goods · June 1, 2023
Pros: it gives you so much visibility into inventory
Cons: takes some learning time but I think it all depends on how you have it set up.
Krystal B. · Accounting Associate · Wine and Spirits · January 12, 2023
If I could go back, I would find a different order management system. At this point, it's far too late to stop deployment, but nothing about setting this up is easy. This experience has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Pros: If I had a small company and only a few orders to process a day, this would be fine.
Cons: This product makes scalability difficult an is not intuitive to set up. The Warehouse Management System is buggy as well as expensive. The customer support is very weak. Our rep doesn't seem to know anything. We had training sessions set up for weeks now, but no one has managed to learn anything. No one over there can seem to answer any questions let alone even reply to an email.

I was in the pioneers of using this product but as the time passed it goes very expensive.
Pros: It has most features and integrations which Sellbrite, Stockkonnect and Selics dont have.
Cons: Its server is slow and Support takes a lot time, its also goes expensive after certain order limits.
