Overall, XMind exceeded my expectations. It gave me a simple, intuitive way to organize testing activities, supported team adoption quickly, and made collaboration easier through exports. It was exactly the right tool for the job at that time.
Pros: XMind was very helpful when I needed a brainstorming tool before my company adopted Miro. I used it to plan exploratory testing and organize test plans by system features. The usability is excellent — keyboard shortcuts made brainstorming faster, and my QA team adopted it quickly. The export options are also strong, allowing me to easily share with colleagues who weren’t using XMind. I especially liked how you can compress or collapse parts of the map to keep things clear and manageable.
Cons: Honestly I don’t really have any negatives to mention. The tool fully met my needs and expectations.

I love it! I probably do not use it every single day but 5+ times per week I am actively using this. I have yearly, monthly, and weekly maps to capture ideas. Definitely my favorite piece of software.
Pros: I have used XMind for years. I used the free version but finally ended up paying the small yearly fee. I love it! The simplicity of creating mind maps and tracking all my thoughts for different projects is amazing. I can easily collapse any area I do not want to engage with at the moment so I do not see it.

Very simple to use product and if you need a very basic mind map, there is a free function to it.
Pros: Free basic and versatile option for those who need to use a mind map to organize and present complex ideas.
Cons: Some functions require a paid version in order to use.

My overall experience with XMind is awesome and I am still using it for creating mind maps for my career needs.
Pros: XMind is one of the best mind mapping software that I have used. The following are the features I like the most. 1. Easy to use: XMind is displaying inserting options on the top of the window, and easy to add topics, subtopics and relationships. 2. Many formatting options are available even in the free version. 3. It is possible to add screenshots, images, summaries, boundaries, attachments, etc. in the mind map. 4. Easy zoom in and zoom out. 5. Larger space to create the mind map 6. It is possible to add audio notes.
Cons: When formatting a topic or subtopic, ensure consistent formatting across all items at the same level. For example, if one subtopic is bolded, all other subtopics under the same topic should automatically be bolded as well.

If you are looking for a mind mapping tool you should check this out.
Pros: The UI is amazing very well designed so that you can quickly take ideas that are in your head and get them transferred to a mind map. The built in styles are great, amazing colours and fonts plus the ability to change the preset style with 1 click is great. Also like that they have an online version and a downloadable version for OSX.
Cons: Not much to dislike however it would be good if they made more preset layouts for each type of Map eg the Matrix and Tree table layouts only have 3 preset designs each.

O XMind uma ótima opção para quem procura uma solução completa e simples.
Pros: Eu gostei muito do XMind porque tem uma interface fácil de usar. Aprendi rapidamente como usar o software para fazer mapas mentais e diagramas. Também gostei das opções de personalização, como adicionar anotações, marcadores e ícones aos meus mapas.
Cons: Gostaria de poder fazer mais mapas na versão gratuita.

I'm very happy with the ability XMind has given me to look at my ideas from a different perspective than what most other task management tools allow. The mind map format works better for me, and XMind is definitely the most advanced one out there
Pros: I love how advanced the customization features are. You can very easily add elements, su-elements, labels, notes, etc. I find that being able to add all these different things goes a long way to prevent you from forgetting your thoughts
Cons: There are a lot of different uses for XMind, but you kinda have to explore everything on your own. I think it would be good if there were more advanced onboarding flows.

No geral atende super bem para montar mapas mentais e sintetizar pensamentos. O layout também deixa muito apresentável. Ótima ferramente para usar no trabalho e até para uso pessoal.
Pros: O que mais gostei foram as possibilidades de organização nos mapas mentais, me atendeu em tudo em que imaginei montar. O layout é bem bacana e clean também para quem procura opções sóbrias para apresentações e organização no trabalho.
Cons: O que não me agradou, apesar de não ser um fator excludente, foi algumas ferramentes no XMind que não se apresentam de uma forma "prática". Existe as ferramentes que precisamos, mas provavelmente vamos ter que procurar com mais afinco para encontrá-las.

Cons: Inizialmente non è così semplice da capire. Quando posizioni determinate caselle di testo cambiano automaticamente posizione a causa del mancato spazio, sarebbe preferibile lasciare all'utente la decisione

Xmind is gorgeous, relatively intuitive, and produces great results. If it existed in a vacuum I'd say it's a no-brainer to recommend. However, it's operating in a world of much cheaper, more polished alternatives, with much better data control. So it's hard to recommend.
Pros: Unlike other tools that I've tested, and ultimately chosen over Xmind, Xmind's biggest strength is in its cross platform support. This is great for people and teams who work across Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
Cons: Xmind really falls behind other vendors when it comes to data control; it has relatively weak support for file formats and doesn't appear to support OPML or Markdown export which is crucial for using mind maps as part of a sophisticated document authoring workflow.

Es ist ein einfacher Weg, um alle Ideen und Mindmaps festzuhalten. Wir können einfach planen und die Konzepte sehr leicht ordnen. Ich habe viele Prüfungen mit Mind Map bestanden.
Pros: Es ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und sehr einfach. Obwohl ich eine begrenzte kostenlose Version verwendet habe, hat es viele Funktionen. Wir können die ganze Mindmap leicht teilen und auch in der Cloud speichern. Es kommt mit allen Funktionen wie Auto-Arrangement, Hinzufügen von Kommentaren, Symbolen, und es kommt mit vielen Benutzervorlagen zu beginnen.
Cons: Die mobile Version und die Laptop-Version unterscheiden sich ein wenig, d.h. in der Benutzeroberfläche. Es ist eine komplett alte Version in schwarz-weiß, es gibt nicht viele Farben.aber für Mindmapping und Ideen ist es ein wunderbares Werkzeug.

I used to love using this program to help me come up with ideas and keep track of various strategic subjects in an easy to communicate way. They have since made the things they were best progressively worst to the point where I find the majority of designs distracting from a business presentation standpoint.
Pros: I have really come to enjoy the ability to present using the new Xmind. I find a lot of the new features have been useful: import/export, presentation, etc.
Cons: The new SaaS model is clunky compared to the last version I used (Xmind 6). Previously, if I wanted to make business presentations the process was streamlined and easy for me. Today, I get bombarded with useless options that are irrelevant to making a professional mind map presentation. What used to take me seconds to do in terms of setup now takes me minutes. Quality has really dropped.

MAXIMIZAÇÃO DO SEU TEMPO, REVISÃO RÁPIDA E SIMPÁTICA.O programa foi um dos responsáveis por minha aprovação num concurso público, tinha pouco tempo para estudar e com o edital aberto, enquanto a maioria dos candidatos perde horas escrevendo anotação e fazendo resumos, eu estava estudando pelo Xmind.
Pros: Apenas elogios aqui, simples de usar, leve, simpático ao usuário. Assim como no título: "Não existe melhor escolha quando se fala em mapas mentais".Aos estudantes, recomendo-o fortemente. De forma bonita e prática é possível esquematizar uma revisão em minutos, deixando de lado outras ferramentas de textos que em conteúdos mais complexos podem atrapalhar a experiencia(ex.: Orçamento público, Direito Administrativo).
Cons: A Apresentação é o ponto fraco do produto, enquanto outros aplicativos (ao meu ver inferiores ao Xmind) tem apresentações otimizadas e organizadas com imagens e até mesmo vídeos, o produto aqui destacado segue apenas com textos bem organizados.Além disso, os planos disponíveis apenas em dólar fazem o produto entregar a maioria dos cliente de outras moedas preferirem uma versão trial ou free, tendo uma experiencia limitada do produto.
