Pros: For the price it is a good designable site. Easy to work with. Simple design and clear instructions on how to set up.

Cons: Not as pretty as the expensive apps, need to do everything yourself. It is easier to have someone else design, but that costs more.

Pros: Easy to set up and manage! Great product for the price. It really helped our conference run so much better.

Cons: It is so great for event management. The only thing was the limited access on the app to make changes.

Pros: Overall, Yapp is an easy-to-use app. I like that it is user-friendly and doesn't require a big learning curve. It has the tools needed to promote our event, which is exactly what we need. I like how we can showcase our agenda and let attendees know in advance what to expect at our conference.

Cons: I had trouble loading logos to our agenda page. I wanted to add sponsor logos under the description and had trouble on a few. It would help to indicate what format they should be in and have a way to edit the logo size. I also noticed that when I wanted to edit a few pages, there were banners across the wording I needed (for example, the date of my event was always over the word "edit") Some of the information we added didn't always save. We started hitting "publish" after each save to ensure the info was saved.

Pros: With a limited budget for a small symposium, the app was exactly what we were looking for! It really helped provide our attendees with the most up-to-date information about vendors, speakers, and activities.

Cons: While most of our attendees had no issue downloading and setting up the app, some had trouble, such as being asked for payment or being asked for unnecessary information. Once we figured out to send them directly to the app store, we did not have those issues. I'm not sure if it was from our QR code or just a few hiccups during the rollout of new technology.

Pros: I still love that I can schedule announcements and that once the time zone is set, they can be scheduled for the event's time zone. I love the scheduling tool too!

Cons: I wish as an admin I could create the scheduled announcement posts within the desktop instead of on a mobile device.

Pros: I love the fact that I can upload documents so everyone can access with group emails. This app makes accountability a thing since everyone has to access document using their emails they use on the app by themselves.

Cons: I like the fact that I can upload a photo. However, it does not allow multiple photos upload at a time which makes it time consuming to upload many picture one at a time.

Pros: It was easy to use both from a abackedn setup perspective and from the end user's point of view. Everyone loved it and felt that it added to the overall conference.

Cons: I would like to be able to do a bit more customization of colors, graphics etc. Some of this may have been on me with not having the time to really explore the app, but a bit more customizing would be great.

Pros: I like that yapp is user friendly. An app for all ages with easy access to upload material. We are currently using the app for our spring conference and people have discussed the ease of it. I also like that the map is integrated. This allowed us to place addresses in real time.

Cons: I haven’t used the app outside of our conference to be able to give a fair con. If I had to choose something - I would say overall aesthetic could be better. More themed features maybe.

Pros: Price point is good. Easy to create and use. For the most part, user friendly. For what we needed, it was just right

Cons: Need to have the ability to mass upload attendees without going to the much more expensive version. Also, the ability to assign a person to the sponsor so they can update info on their organization would be great

Pros: If you want to quickly set an app with resources, and schedules this is PERFECT. The conference attendees were happy to have a maps and locations as the event location had a confusing layout. There was a little onboarding curve but they will be set for next year and I can also include the links created by Yapp to send to attendees in advance so they can download and peruse before the conference.

Cons: The design is a little outdated and the spreadsheet to upload information was a bit confusing with all the added columns. The process of adding attendee's photos seems arduous - but I am hoping that there is a good workaround that I just didn't have time to explore based on how quickly I had to set up.

Pros: The simplicity of creating pages is quite intuitive. With a basic explanation, it's easy to use. Good interface.

Cons: Because it doesn't connect to the GPS at the conference venue and doesn't allow live streaming. The issue of staff accreditation should also be addressed. It would be good to confirm attendance through the app. In other words, the registration process should also be done through the app.

Pros: Super easy to use! Loved the clean design that made it great on the back end to create as well as on the front end for all of our attendees.

Cons: There were a few limited capabilities. We would have loved to have a feature where attendees could message each other through the app as well as having the resort map be able to be viewed as a photo right away instead of having to click through the file/document options.

Pros: Makes our conference run so much more smoothly. We used to have such difficulty organizing all the information.

Cons: that sessions can't be labeled as A2 for example. That is just the way we've always labeled our sessions, so taking that out is a little trickier..

Pros: Yapp has a very user friendly interface. It was easier than I thought it would be to dive right in and create the app for our conference.

Cons: The carry-over of attendees from a previous year's version of the app to the current one caused some issues. Customer service confirmed that, for our purposes, asking them to delete the prior year's attendee list when setting up a new year's conference app would solve the issues I was having. I also didn't like that the only way you could see, add, or schedule announcements was through the app. I would have liked to be able to schedule those at my computer instead.

Pros: It is super easy to setup and use. The attendees liked how it doesn't email them a bunch of junk emails. The features are great for a smaller size conference or meeting. Great value for your money.

Cons: Attendees claim their profile, so anyone could go in and claim someone. We had someone claim someone on accident and it was a pain to figure out how to remove that permission.

Pros: Was easy to navigate and use. The fact that it was very easy to populate the app. The participants of the conference loved the app and was happy whilst using it. The app was also very cost effective. To date no one has complained about the security of the app. As a judicial organisation we value our privacy and the app seems to offer this.

Cons: The fact that it did not have a menu page. The Yapp app has to consider offering the virtual option for events. The fact that it can only be used for one time use. The only bugs I experienced was the one where I was unable to type an annoucement, however that was quickly addressed by the support staff.

Pros: Very user friendly. It has helped immensely with conference management. Highly recommend, even for a novice like me!

Cons: No cons. I have enjoyed building the app that is uniquely tailored for our conference. It allows you the opportunity to upload local resources.

Pros: Yapp gives you all the essential event app features (custom schedules, speaker bios, social feed and photo collection, push notifications/announcements) for an extremely affordable price. With a tight nonprofit event budget, every dollar we spend on technology like this is a dollar we aren't spending on other important event aspects that add value to our participating and at-need community members. Yapp helped us add and create value at our event.

Cons: I wish that attendees had the ability to communicate directly with each other. The social feed was fun and valuable but our events would really benefit from people being able to send direct messages or create chat groups. If we use a different app in the future, it will likely be in order to leverage this feature.

Pros: My user journey as the event organiser was smooth. I could navigate and upload content easily which is good as often attendees do not necessarily contribute content expeditiously.

Cons: It will be great if my attendees to be able to message each other (an app based event messaging process) and to develop their own schedule (or bookmark their choices).

Cons: There are specific buttons that I would use for my conference however, was just told to use the other button.
