ClickSend

Pros: Fairly easy to use. It didn't take me too long to learn how to use this service. I can send a quick SMS text to 1 number or i can create a campaign to send out a mass text to my subscribers.

Cons: The cons i found out so far is the new Texas regulations on sending out text messages but i understand.

Pros: Calling for help results in a person speaking to you and not AI! Very helpful in getting started to setup everything correctly so that the texts actually send!

Cons: Although the "opt-in" is inconvenient, ClickSend has been great for our communications. I really appreciate that they require an opt-in for compliance—but, it does help with peace of mind knowing my messages only reach people who truly want to hear from us

Pros: Sehr einfache Einrichtung und zuverlässiger SMS Versand. Die Preise sind fair. Die Nachrichten kommen zügig beim Empfänger an. Es gab bisher keine Fehler oder Probleme. Der Support hat beim Einrichten schnell geholfen und war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für die sichere und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit meinen Gästen.

Cons: Manchmal hakt die Übersetzung. Das ist aber nicht schlimm, dann einfach auf Englisch benutzen und es ist wieder klar.

Pros: Support is great , pricing model is perfect if you are exploring options and just starting out your sms strategy.

Cons: May be dashboards and reports can be better, limited dashboards but i got around those by building in house reports

Pros: Once setup, it's been very easy and straight forward to use. The ability to only pay for what you use can be nice. I'm able to do some customization with email-to-text. It's been great for what I needed. Customer service has been helpful when I wasn't able to find the information I needed in the help section.

Cons: There was a little trouble getting things setup and how email-to-text worked. It took a bit of time to get a toll-free number approved. How-to articles could be expanded and written a bit better.

Pros: Great value for your messaging needs, they have excellent customer service, super easy to use. Highly satisfied so far!

Cons: No cons, seriously! We have no complaints about ClickSend whatsoever. If you're on the fence about a messaging service, give them a try.

Pros: It just works. It's easy to set-up, everything is pretty much clear. And if not, there's always someone at the support team available to help you out.

Cons: There's no possibility to limit the quantity of SMS you send, it would be awesome to add this feature in the future.

Pros: I use clicksend with mgr, my gadget repair software to update customers on their jobs, it's good value per text

Cons: Took a while to learn how to use it with my existing mobile number, not their fault though, the software has a lot of great options to go through

Pros: good services, the print driver installed on the macbook to integrate with clicksend is a good feature. the pricing is also competitive

Cons: nothing negative to say about click send yet. their support has been good as well even when i msged on weekend

Pros: It's cheaper compared to other similar software.

Pros: This product is cloud-based, so it's easy for businesses to integrate it with thousands of apps. It's also compatible with most network providers out there.

Cons: ClickSend is a solid SMS platform that’s on the lower side of things cost-wise and offers all of the basic SMS and MMS necessities. That being said, it’s not our absolute favorite SMS service.

Pros: Its easy to send messages to current and potiental clients

Cons: It likes the extra applications that other softwares come with

Pros: Most of all, I appreciated ClickSend's simplicity in sending alerts and reminders. Organizing study sessions, group meetings, or tracking vital deadlines became much less difficult. By the way, I am a medical student once again. Relatively speaking, it has proved to be quite dependable in sending useful reminders to classmates or bulk messages, which helped me keep up with my tight schedule. Even for someone with limited experience with messaging systems, the simplicity of the platform makes it user-friendly, really. It kept me so much organized all through my studies and saved me quite some time overall (time that I can't buy...).

Cons: Alright, I found the interface a little difficult at first as an MBBS student, which is one disadvantage of ClickSend. Particularly... I mean since I lack much knowledge with bulk messaging systems, understandably, it took me a bit to learn how to make best use of all of its features. Furthermore the times of customer service replies might be really really improved. Sometimes it took more than I thought to get a response to questions or problems, which can be taxing when trying to remain ahead of classes or coordinate with peers. Particularly for someone not a technology specialist, these elements could add to the irritability of the encounter.

Pros: I love it, haven't had any issues so far!

Cons: Sometimes it lags, i think thats normal though

Pros: ClickSend is refreshingly easy to get started with. I mostly used it for SMS campaigns, and the platform made it simple to schedule and send messages without a lot of technical setup.Plus, Zapier integration is a great bonus!

Cons: There were also moments where I wished there were clearer alerts if a message might violate any content policies.

Pros: It is definitely a nice tool for sending bulk sms, the web dashboard is easy and clean and will not take much time to learn.

Cons: They should have a better quality mobile app, as sms feels better on the app. It also does not refresh automatically.

Pros: Easy way to assist in sms messages. As well as organizational software that benefits most from the end user.

Cons: Sometimes you need to log out and back in to correct some issues.

Pros: It makes official messaging easier especially when you are the type with very busy schedule, it reminds you always when it's time for that text.

Cons: Might be too complicated if you're not an official person

Pros: Everything was nothing short of amazing !

Cons: Nothing to complain about so far! Great choice
