Pros: It's easy to use, even for a hired VA. We've been able to easily navigate the platform ourselves. We like that we can change our plan monthly based on our needs to send out a few more many texts a month.

Cons: That it uses so many points to insert an image, when we all know it's about image and video these days.

Pros: I liked the ease of use the most. The layout of the website was very easy to navigate and I was able to learn very quickly how to use it.

Cons: The only thing that I dislike is the limited characters. I just wish you were able to add a little more.

Pros: We run a couple of Radio Stations and SlickText is an important facet in keeping in touch with listeners and advertising clients. Two thumbs up!

Cons: So far, nothing comes to mind. I can't just make up any negatives to fill out the 100 word minimum on this review.

Pros: Easy to use. Provide good customer support! Adding and removing contacts are quick and easy!

Cons: No complaints about this platform!! We have been using this for a few years now and it has never failed us!!!

Pros: I like that it’s easy to use. I am able to stay connected via mobile through the app with my clients.

Cons: Overall there isn’t anything I least like about SlickText as of yet.

Pros: I like how user-friendly the tool is. It is easy to import contacts when needed and reach our constituents.

Cons: I dislike that we must create or import new contact(s) when adding another textword. Ideally, we should not have duplicates, and the contact could be added to any textword.

Pros: The processes of the set up was manageable. The ease of signing up for the services .

Cons: That I can only have 2 groups and customer service. The length of time for my phone number to register.

Pros: It's mostly intuitive and support is always quick to respond.

Cons: Sometimes the available marketing tools need a little explaining. It's not always clear how to use these tools.

Pros: SlickText is easy to deploy. I like that in a couple minutes I can alert my customers to schedule changes.

Cons: I really don't have any real complaints!

Pros: Very user friendly and makes communicating with clients so easy. Being able to reply and have real conversations is great

Cons: The limited number of Textgroups can be hard. wanting to text one person or a subgroup info but not being able to can be tricky

Cons: The terms area little confusing until you get accustomed to them.
