I am quite satisfied from my overall experience with Simple Texting and especially with the service of them
Pros: The friendly environment the easily process the quicker as it is possible resolve of the main problems
Cons: Sometimes despite the really good terms of the Simple Texting exist feew delays accordingly the operation

Our $295 refund request (submitted12 days after purchase) was denied based upon their small print "out" clause. As a compromise, Simple Texting did offer "extra credits" beyond the 6000 useless ones we had pre-purchased. When I went to post this review on their website I found only 5 star reviews and could not find posting access.
Pros: clear implementation process. fast chat response time
Cons: Questionable Advertising/Refund Practices 1. Website unclear about timing of texting. It infers instantaneous sending (as needed in my practice). After purchase and installation, my tech discovered that the soonest send was 30 minutes after send command (although 1st Simple Texting rep insisted instantaneous was possible. 2nd one admitted it was not. 2. On their website, "FREE TRIAL" and "14 DAY REFUND" are displayed in large text. Those courtesies are denied when pre-purchasing an annual plan. That disclaimer is listed in very small print elsewhere in contract.

Overall, SimpleTexting is a very straightforward and easy to use SMS Marketing platform. I especially liked how they made sure our messages were in compliance with local laws and regulations, and how simple it is to get started!
Pros: SimpleTexting offers a robust suite of features and a great value for the price!
Cons: Didn't have integration with my email marketing platform, which is desirable for a comprehensive review of our marketing efforts.

Have only used it twice so far. Once as a test to make sure everyone received it and the next was used to report a late start due to weather.
Pros: Intuitive design, it is super easy to use
Cons: Nothing negative to report have used this twice already without issue.

Pretty decent experience, wouldve stayed with them except we moved to an all in one phone/fax/text provider.
Pros: Being able to text with people from our landline made communication with clients way way easier. We could log in from anywhere, phone or computer, and be connected to our business landline. Being able to send mass texts to our contact list was super helpful as well.
Cons: There were some lags in receiving texts sometimes. It was more often than my current provider but not a massive issue.

The experience was great. Customer support was helpful, trainings were easy, and the product hit the nail on the head!
Pros: SimpleTexting is an easy and effective tool to communicate with my clients. It has plenty of automations to make communication less cumbersome.
Cons: Not being able to buy add on credits is smaller packages.

It helps communicate and it is really easy to send messages, and create campaign that are scheduled to be sent on specific dates/times.
Pros: Its easy to use and send messages, even campaigns are easy to schedule and set up.
Cons: It lags, sometimes stops working and takes forever to load which makes it super hard to work with since its one of the main tools we use.

Terrible experience, my number was down for weeks so I decided to cancel the service order, they could not sport a simple local number. On top of that they are denying a full refund claiming they incurred in costs associated with my order, What about my loss after weeks of being unable to text? They said the processed was going to take 7-10 Bus days, its been three times that time now.
Pros: The staff is always there, at least to tell you they can't do anything.
Cons: Inept service, unable to port a single local number in a month.

Overall the app is great to use and easy to navigate. I would recommend to look up the app so you know exactly what you will use it for since it is only free for 14 days and then you have to pay for it.
Pros: This software is only free for 14 days. The app can be used for marketing your business and to communicate with others. The app will send you a new number or code every time you need it. If you do not want to give away your personal phone this is a good software to protect yourself as you grow your business.
Cons: The only problem I had was not receiving my code on time, but you can always get a new one if it does not work.

The customer service is excellent! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has done a great job working with our nonprofit, and our guests love easy communication and relationship building.
Pros: I like how intuitive the software is. A wide variety of our staff can have an easy time using it.

Before subscription, I contacted support as usual, with "pre-order" questions. At first, I felt they were trying to rush me out our something weird, a little rude to be honest. I was informed our business number was able to be port-in, later I was informed that was not able to port in by a different person, then I decided to buy a new number from a company that sells business numbers "headache-free to port out", then I checked with support again they said it seems to be able but only after my purchase it was possible to say. I bought it $400, the company a bought from gave me the ownership, all the data required to start portability.. still simplestexting support saying it was able to port-in and they offered me to buy another number from their pool. I'm not sad because of the number not being able to be ported-in, I'm sad for the wasting of time and the lack of interest by their support team. I moved to heymarket, great tool and awesome support.
Pros: The interface is very friendly and the tools/features are pretty much standard and very helpful. basically, anybody can become a pro and if you have access to a developer the API is also a great plus to integrate your current CRM system and keep customers well notified throughout the entire journey.
Cons: As I said, the tools and features are pretty much standard and straight forward I can't see any negative point

it's so simple to the extent that we to give it a credit of not switching to another product.

Cons: But some of our messages where delayed to the point that most of the apprentice started complaining of not seeing there massages on time which cost them their marks of being late.

Cons: BUYER BEWARE: When inquiring about the services SimpleTexting provides their communication skills were excellent; timely phone calls and texts, even a Zoom call, but after I gave them money and it came time for me to inquire about a challenge all my calls and texts are being ignored. I was assured that providing me locals numbers to text from wouldn't be a challenge but after I paid them $97 CDN I then found out that local numbers are not available, something I could only apply for AFTER giving them my money. My contact, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], unconventionally suggested I go to ANOTHER site to source local numbers and that they could 'port' them over (whatever that means), which I did and since then my calls and texts have not been answered.

This has been a helpful tool for all our marketing uses!
Pros: The ability to create keyboards and build follow from those keywords was crucial fo us.
Cons: The biggest problem is having to get creative with keywords bc so many are taken.

Our business is the manufacturing of horticultural labels. We were using the shared short code program to take consumers from a plant tag to a gardening-related website that we own. This allowed consumers to find expanded information on plants and their care, as well as drive traffic to our website.
Pros: Easy to use and set up messaging tailored to each keyword.
Cons: There were times when our auto-response messaging didn't send. Not sure why this happened on occasion.
