Pros: Great value for small to medium size business. Great functionality covering most needs. Great tech support and training.
Cons: Penny rounding. The setup of penny rounding just doesn't go with the way our organization calculates.

Very good! Support personnel are always very quick to respond and extremely helpful.
Pros: When taking over a resort that had no PMS, I looked at quite a few different options. RoomKey fit us perfectly and I really liked the 'user-pay' model which helps a smaller operation with their cash flows. It is relatively easy to set up, quite intuitive and easy to learn by my new employees. Like most systems, it has far more options than we would ever use, but they are there if you need them.
Cons: I find the reports portion quite cumbersome.

We have had RoomKey for over 4 years and my experience has been wonderful. There is so much to learn and when I have a problem, customer service is there to help.

This was my first experience using RoomKey and it was generally very easy to learn and anytime I encounter a question or problem the support team, especially [sensitive content hidden] have gone out of their way to be super helpful.
Pros: Their support team is absolutely outstanding!
Cons: Some of the reporting could be improved.

EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn't recommend it more!
Pros: The seamless reservation integration, easy to use interface, and the magnificent support staff makes Roomkey the best PMS around. I take advantage of all the features and excited to see what new features and updates will roll out soon. The constant patches to the program is something I really appreciate as well, knowing that Roomkey is constantly improving is invaluable to me.
Cons: Nothing, I utilize every feature it has and have found no downside to any of it.

As a small hotel owner I need an affordable system that is cloud based. The platform provides me with all the services and features I need. I have recommended it to every hotel manager and owner who is evaluating options. Cannot recommend RoomKey more highly.
Pros: Cost effective. Fantastic customer support. Ease of use. Connects with channel managers.
Cons: I cannot think of any features or issues that I do not like about RoomKey.

Excellent. Great support and very friendly user.
Pros: This system is very easy to use. Its interface is very user friendly. Also the tech support is awesome.
Cons: It's online only. So, if the internet goes off, you don't have PMS. I also thing that the activity log should be more detailed and easier to read.

Pros: The system is user friendly, very easy to set-up and navigate throughout the different options. The booking engine is seamless and they make it easy when working with our other vendors. In the four years that I've been working with their sales support staff, I've developed a level of trust to just turn them loose when I have another vendor that needs their help, no need for me to be the middleman. The support system is literally the best I've ever been around in my 33 years in the hospitality business. I can't give them enough kudos for how they respond to issues and get the problem solved and frankly, most of the time it has been user error on our part.
Cons: I have not encountered any that we haven't been able to solve.

I have compared products over the last 3-4 years. While there are some enticing features offered by competitors, I have not been able to find another company which can deliver everything RoomKeyPMS can offer, nor can they do so at the same price point.
Pros: Fully integrated with OTA's and our website Ease of use Excellent support staff Integrated Housekeeping scheduler
Cons: I'd like the capability to schedule housekeeping the day before. Minor frustrations with glitches which require front desk agent to log out and log back in

roomkey is a very simple system in the way it functions is great for staff to learn on , as its uncomplicated. As a manager there could be upgrades done to their rate wizard on how rates are entered and the functionality of it, as well as some reports that are not available and some functions that are also not available.
Pros: Customer support is where i give the highest pro! very easy to learn and very easy to find your way around the system. can be integrated with some extranets. credit card processor also can be integrated
Cons: is lacking in some areas such as reports, group reports and conformations. also unable to send travel agents conformations with total present if set to hide rate on registration card from guest. sometimes there is glitches which results in credit cards being pre authorized at check in but does not show in roomkey that it has been done.

Great PMS to use every day.
Pros: Roomkey is user-friendly, and if you ever get in a jam there is always support online with step-by-step instructions or contact live support, the techs are so knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all patient. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] for all your help, you guys are the best!
Cons: Entering rates on groups can get a little tricky.

Pros: We are an independent boutique hotel that has been using Roomkey PMS since 2014. This cloud based system is very easy to use and for new Front Desk Agents easy to learn. The customer service is top notch, especially Adam who is always very patient and responsive.
Cons: Would be nice if the system can work on Apple computers and Ipads

I recommand this software if you want a user friendly option eith great customer's support
Pros: Being a director of operations of a small hotel and having to cope with a pms sytem, integration, mapping and many other tasks, having a person that is so patient as well as competent to help us with any questions is a big +.[sensitive content hidden] is that person. Alway so nice, patient and he knows this software so well!
Cons: Nothing, we sincerely would like to have a pace report otherwise we appreciate te pms

Overall very satisfied, and pleased that they seem to be getting better!
Pros: The support has gotten much better recently and seam to be much more responsive and knowledgeable. The instant feedback feature is also greatly appreciated The online platform is great for working GM and regional directors on the move!
Cons: Some user features can be improved, ie rate wizard, and multiple group reservations.

My overall experience with RoomkeyPMS had been very positive. Very few Glitches and when there are, the customer support team is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are always concerned about getting Everything up and running ASAP. I have used many different software packages in my career and this is by far the best Hotel program to use for ease of use and customer support.
Pros: This program is very user friendly for Hotel Reservations. The program is easy to use and adaptable.
Cons: Too many Clicks. Every time you make a change you have to click a certain box. Make another change, click again.
