Cons: We have repeatedly requested the Zoho team to develop a simpler and more efficient Quote workflow—specifically enabling easy quotation creation and allowing customers to directly download PDFs—which is essential for businesses like ours where we handle a high volume of large, customized quotations. However, despite multiple follow-ups, this requirement has not yet been addressed by the development team, making the quoting process less streamlined than expected. Additionally, features like mandatory SKU creation with auto-generated sequential numbering are still missing, which creates challenges in maintaining proper product organization and inventory consistency.

Zoho commerce allows user to create customers dashboard.
Pros: Has all tools for building a well developed website for e-commerce website and allows integration with payment methods and making pricing carts for products.
Cons: Data analysis for online small business is easily done with this site hence few integrations are done in managing orders

I investigated this for a client. However, it became very evident that if you want anything that resembles a professional eCommerce site, you don't want to use this. The most simple feature of an ecommerce website is to be able to filter your products. To do this on Zoho Commerce, they will want €150 a month to have this.Their API is very restrictive also to prevent you from using a third party e-commerce platform with their inventory platform, i.e you can only import one image
Pros: Easy to Setup for a total beginner looking for a VERY basic ecommerce platform

Overall experience (tech system, features, security, integrations, support) has been quite good. Also, Zoho Commerce need to have a dedicated customer care toll free call facility as well as real time chat facility like their other products. Zoho Commerce is a customer facing software (unlike Books) hence it becomes critical to get support from Zoho team.
Pros: Zoho Commerce has a tight integration with corresponding backend systems like Books, Inventory, SalesIQ, CRM etc which means that it becomes very easy to manage the after sales actions like order & inventory management, accounts, customer relationship etc.
Cons: Most critical missing feature is bulk upload of product images and specifications. It takes a LOT of time to bulk upload products via excel and then map each variant manually to image in GUI.

Pros: I like the best that it contains various tools like building a website, managing orders, tracking the entire inventory, processing payments, and working to ship. Moreover, it has additional tools that help me build the brand of my e-commerce business like marketing, branding, and website management, and even generating reports to help me analyze my entire customer data, order data, and click statistics.
Cons: No cons identified so far. I like how it allows me to integrate with different sectors of tools like shipping carrier, payment gateway, marketing, analytics and much more.

Pros: The pricing looks okay to us and its compatibility with Zoho inventory and Zoho books is one of the best features.
Cons: Well, I still feel this feature is in its Beta phase. There is a lot to be done here. I have shared a detailed email with Mr Shabbir from Zoho commerce. There are not enough themes to support a medium size website like ours and the interface looks basic in comparison to Bigcommerce. A lot to be achieved. to make this a complete selling software on its own.

This is my first experience and my first project with zoho commerce. Even after using the trial, I had a lots of doubts while working on my real project. So every time I emailed my doubts, I got relevant solutions, which I sometimes missed in the tutorials.
Pros: Even the difficult features of ecommerce were made easy and simple to use like integrating with Razorpay, Google Analytics and setting the payment gateway
Cons: The call on action feature (floating whatsapp icon for quick access), live chat option. It would be better if Instagram and YouTube social shares are also available. For new users like me, we have doubts every day as and when we work on it. So it would be great if your support team works on Saturday and Sunday also. If not on Sunday, atleast on Saturday's The live chat option is available only for the trial version. Once the project is moved from the trial version, the live chat is not available. It will be fine if live chat is available even to the premium projects, so that we'll be able to find solutions immediately or we have to wait till we receive the reply in email.

We always had a traditional method of receiving orders and providing stock availability to our wholesale customers, via email and phone calls. This resulted in a very time-consuming and costly process for our company. With Zoho Commerce, our customers are now able to see the stock status of our products in real-time and place their orders without having to call us. Our cost and time savings have thus increased considerably.
Pros: The software is easy to use, has a variety of design templates to choose from, easily synchronizes with other Zoho and non-Zoho applications, and is as good as any top-of-the-line e-commerce application on the market today.
Cons: We found only a few features missing but it is also due to the fact that our business model requires features that are not common to most other e-commerce businesses. On this front, the Zoho design and engineering teams have been very cooperative and are working with us to incorporate these custom features for us.
