Pros: Zoho Recruit is a powerful and intuitive ATS that streamlines the entire hiring process. The candidate pipeline management, job posting automation, and integration with other Zoho apps make recruitment significantly more efficient. The user access portal is clean and easy to navigate, and the customizable workflows save a lot of time.
Cons: The initial setup and configuration can be a bit overwhelming for new users. Some advanced features require a learning curve, and customer support response times could be faster. Occasional performance lags when handling large volumes of candidate data.

Great. Various modules, settings and customizable reports are nice. It scans the resumes and adds data on its own which is nice.
Pros: Value for Money. The AI features are great. Its an Indian company understanding Indian and International Market.
Cons: Slightly complex to use. Overall its works perfect so nothing more to complain about. The flow can improve a bit.

Outstanding experience, especially the interface is amazing, learning curve is not so steep, intuitive !
Pros: Ease of use, User friendly, Intuitive interface, cost efficient! Also it has a wide spectrum ecosystem to connect with !
Cons: Nothing so far, all good! Once I explore more I may be in a position to write cons, provided I fine one !

Really enjoying the integrated ai and candidate portal. Through the website api you are able add assessments for candidates.
Pros: So far the experience has been positive. We connected the api to our website and it looks good providing the filters need for potential candidates.
Cons: The apps on the side gets confusing to understand what is included in your plan, it would be nice if greyed the ones that are not included.

Pros: Easy setup and start in the first place. I have not used it enough to give in detail descripions but it seems to meet my needs very well.
Cons: I have not used it enough to know. The setup is maybe not so easy to overview and it requires some time to understand but it seems to meet my needs well.

Really like it. Makes the recruitment cycle a lot easier. You should start a job board yourself with the software infrastructure you have.
Pros: I like how it connects to Job Boards and posts your jobs and brings all of those jobs into one place for review.
Cons: The setup process is long. Takes too many steps and you tend to stop and not complete. If the process can be simple it will be an improvement.

Pros: Great platform for recruiting! Easily manage Clients and Candidates with multiple contacts as needed.
Cons: Overall we've had a smooth experience with out startup. It can be a little overwhelming at first but easy once you start playing around.

The platform works particularly well when integrated with the Zoho ecosystem, allowing seamless data flow and better visibility across recruitment and sales processes
Pros: Its UI / UX expirience and nice reporting and dashboards. And high level of customization, allowing workflows, modules, and pipelines to be tailored to different industries. This makes it very practical for real business use cases.
Cons: Maybe too many options on 1 screen and limited native integrations with external job portals, especially compared to platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
Pooja S. · Manager · Building Materials · April 27, 2026
We want this to work. We are already using Zoho across most of our business and consolidating our ATS here made sense. But this one limitation is a dealbreaker for our hiring process, and it should have been clearly disclosed in the documentation from the start.
Pros: The platform is genuinely well built. The assessments module, pipeline features, and workflow customization are solid. The integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem is a real advantage for companies already using Zoho products.
Cons: Pre-screening assessments are not enforced for candidates applying through LinkedIn Easy Apply or Indeed Quick Apply. Candidates submit first, get redirected to the assessment after, and can skip it entirely. There is no hard block. Zoho's own marketing page states pre-screening is "handled without redirections" implying it's enforced before submission. It is not. We confirmed this in writing with Zoho support. This is a partial integration being marketed as a complete one.

I really appreciate how quick they are to follow up on a problem and continue to add new features. Solid performance and speed overall.
Pros: Incredible access to a variety of tools, easy to use and navigate. Best value for the money, great with note dictation and interviewing options.
Cons: Nothing now, took awhile to get integrations loaded. Other than that I haven't had any issues, things have been great.
Jared H. · Owner · Staffing and Recruiting · April 23, 2026
Whatever we set up in the blueprint works beautifully. We are convinced Zoho will make the life of our recruiters much more easy, help them to stay in the process and increase their efficiency by being able to spend more time with the applicants rather than on paperwork.
Pros: We are still in the process of setting it up to suit our recruitment process. What we like is the ability to integrate a large number of other softwares into Zoho. Setting up blueprints is quite intuitive, once you get used to the philosophy of the software. The customer support has been very helpful and guiding us through the process.
Cons: It is quite difficult to understand the different modules Application/Job Openings/Candidate and their interdependencies, which does not make it easy to use to start with, but customer support and their help center have supported us.

As mentioned above, I love it. Great features, very easy to use and I love how many job slots that you get.
Pros: I've been using Zoho Recruit for several years and I think it's fantastic. I've found and placed many candidates using their platform. Customer service is VERY responsive and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Zoho, especially for the price!!
Cons: Nothing that I can think of. There's so much to Zoho recruit to learn and they are always adding new features.
Mike M. · Owner · Telecommunications · April 20, 2026
One of the main drawbacks is the occasional lag in performance, especially when dealing with large volumes of candidate data. The user interface can feel slightly outdated and inconsistent across different modules. Some workflows, like authentication or integration setups, require manual steps that could be more automated. Additionally, certain features require deeper configuration, which may not be very intuitive for first-time users.
Pros: Zoho Recruit is a solid and reliable recruitment platform, especially for small to mid-sized teams. It offers a good balance between functionality and affordability. The system covers most stages of the hiring lifecycle, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and collaboration. While there are some areas that can be improved (especially performance and UI consistency), overall it delivers good value for money. Customer support is generally responsive, though resolution times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue. The platform is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it, but the initial learning curve can be slightly steep for new users. The candidate interview and hiring workflows are well-structured, and the user access portal provides decent role-based controls. Performance is acceptable but can occasionally feel slow when handling large datasets.
Cons: Zoho Recruit provides excellent value for money compared to many other ATS platforms. It offers a wide range of features including automation, integrations, and customizable workflows at a competitive price point. The flexibility in configuring modules, pipelines, and fields is a major advantage. Integration with other Zoho products is seamless, making it a strong choice for teams already in the Zoho ecosystem. The interview scheduling and candidate tracking features are particularly useful and help streamline the hiring process.

Good. The support has been great, reasonably priced and easy to use. The systen provides the required services to drive recruitment and integrates with other systems too.
Pros: I was looking for a reasonably priced recruitment solution that can collaborate with other system platforms and I came across Zoho. I have been on the free plan for sometime and like the support provided and that different solutions integrate with each other. I also find the recruitment solution easy to work with, therefore I'm ready to upgrade in order to enjoy additional systtem benefits.
Cons: It can be difficult to know which Zoho partner to work with, or whether to choose working with a partner at all, or directly with Zoho.
Julie M. · Owner · Staffing and Recruiting · April 17, 2026
My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been positive. It helped streamline the recruitment process by keeping candidate data organized and improving follow-ups. While there is a slight learning curve for some features, once understood, it becomes a very efficient tool for managing hiring workflows.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its user-friendly interface and smooth workflow management. It makes it easy to track candidates, manage pipelines, and collaborate with the team without much complexity. The customization options for pipelines and automated emails also help save time and improve efficiency in the hiring process.
Cons: One thing I liked least about Zoho Recruit is that some advanced features can feel a bit complex initially and take time to understand. Also, the UI in certain sections could be more modern and intuitive.

I wanted a simple tool that would allow me to grow my business - whilst growing my team. Zoho Recruit ticks the box and offers a lot more than I initially wanted - at a great price.
Pros: Simple to use and easy to navigate. The process from candidate registration to "placed" flows well and offers a nice visual dashboard throughout.
Cons: As a new user, I am yet to find the thing I like least about Zoho Recruit. I wanted a cost effective, easy to use tool - and it's doing the job!
Alun L. · Director · Management Consulting · April 13, 2026
So far the setup ease, the candidate screens need some training. I hope there is a startup package that can give 1+1 accounts instead of just one.
Pros: Good for startups. Value for money. I have not experienced the full enterprise features yet. So far I like the ease of setups.
Cons: The process of how the interview flows are setup is something you need to get used to. It is not that straight forward. Also the templates are very few and calls for better customisation.

Absolutely wonderful....Zoho Recruit helps me keep job openings and candidates in one place, so I don’t have to manage things on paper or in separate files.I work as a Clinic Manager, Dietician & Nutritionist and I also handle basic hiring for our clinic when we need new staff. Creating a job opening is simple, and I can clearly see which stage each candidate is in.
Pros: Zoho Recruit seems well organized and makes it easier to manage candidate information in one place. Even during the trial period, it looks like a useful tool to keep resumes structured and searchable. I also like that the interface is quite clear and that it offers many features to manage the recruitment process
Cons: Since I am still testing the platform, some parts take a bit of time to fully understand. There are many features available, so the first setup can feel a little complex at the beginning. I believe it becomes easier once you start using it regularly

Positive thus far it has allowed me to be more productive and also my organizational skills have improved.
Pros: I like how user friendly it is, no nonsense functionality. Everything is conveniently in the same place.
Cons: Still improving its functionality. Still not a lot of resource tools. Need to get better versed with the newest changes and additions to AI
Lee M. · Sr Managing Director · Staffing and Recruiting · April 8, 2026
Overall, while it’s a solid tool, there is room for improvement in usability, scalability, and advanced reporting.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Recruit is its simplicity combined with flexibility. It offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for recruiters to manage candidates, job postings, and the hiring pipeline without a steep learning curve. From a business perspective, the ability to customize workflows, fields, and automation is very useful, especially when handling diverse hiring requirements across multiple clients. The integration with other Zoho tools and email systems also helps streamline communication and keeps everything in one place. Another strong point is how it supports end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—while still being cost-effective compared to many enterprise ATS platforms. Overall, it’s a practical solution for growing recruitment teams looking for structure, visibility, and efficiency without overcomplicating the process.
Cons: Lastly, for high-volume recruitment or staffing agencies, scaling workflows and managing large datasets can sometimes feel less seamless compared to more specialized enterprise ATS solutions.

Overall, my experience with Zoho Recruit has been quite positive so far. It has helped me organize my recruitment process better and made it easier to track candidates. I’m still exploring some of the features, but it’s been a good experience till now.
Pros: I really liked how simple and clean Zoho Recruit feels. It’s not overwhelming, and I was able to start using it pretty quickly. The way it organizes candidates and the hiring stages makes my day-to-day work much easier.
Cons: At times, I felt that I haven’t explored all the features yet, and some parts of the system take a bit of time to fully understand. I think with more time, it would become much smoother.
Nitha D. · Placement Head · Staffing and Recruiting · April 7, 2026
Pros: Customer support is great , they have very good training sessions which help you get onboarded easily.
Cons: pricing , for smaller organization the pricing seems very high to sustain. would like to see more economical plans for smaller org.
divya p. · Director · Human Resources · April 6, 2026
Once it’s set up, it does a great job of keeping candidates, roles, and client activity organized in one place. The customization is a big win because it allows us to tailor the system to how we actually work instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all process.
Pros: We’ve been using Zoho Recruit as part of our recruiting workflow, and it’s been a solid, practical tool for managing both candidates and client activity without overcomplicating things. What I like most is the flexibility. Whether you’re running contingent searches, working on project-based roles, or juggling multiple clients, Zoho Recruit lets you set things up in a way that actually matches how you work. You can customize pipelines, fields, and workflows without needing to fight the system.
Cons: There’s a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, especially if you’re customizing workflows and fields. It’s flexible, which is great, but that also means it takes some time to set it up the right way.
Yolie C. · Founder · Staffing and Recruiting · March 28, 2026
Overall, Zoho Recruit has been a dependable and cost-effective ATS for our business over the last decade. It covers all the core functions needed to run a recruitment agency and has the flexibility to grow alongside you. While there are areas that could be more modern or streamlined, the system delivers where it matters most — managing candidates, jobs, and workflows efficiently. For agencies looking for a stable, adaptable, and good-value recruitment platform, Zoho Recruit remains a strong choice.
Pros: Reliable and proven – We’ve used Zoho Recruit for nearly 10 years, and it has consistently supported our day-to-day recruitment operations without major issues. Strong CV parsing & database management – Makes it easy to build and maintain a large candidate pool, which is essential for a specialist agency. Good search functionality – Quickly find suitable candidates from a large database, saving time on resourcing. Customisable – Flexible enough to adapt to different workflows as the business has evolved over time. Integration with Zoho ecosystem – Email and other integrations help keep everything in one place and improve efficiency. Cost-effective – Offers strong functionality compared to many more expensive ATS platforms.
Cons: User interface can feel dated in places – Some areas are not as modern or intuitive as newer platforms. Learning curve for full functionality – To get the most out of it, you need to spend time setting it up properly. Automation could be more advanced – While functional, some automation features aren’t as slick as higher-end systems. Occasional limitations in reporting – Advanced reporting sometimes requires workarounds or additional setup.
