Pros: It’s quite good for hiring the right people. It has a clear structure and the process is logical most of the time

Cons: It can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are a alot of functions in the platform so you need to dive deep to understand all of it.

Pros: Easy to use and reliable. I'm using this often and I like it. Interface is easy to navigate. Great sourse.

Cons: "Upcoming Time Off" is too short. I would like to have an option to expand and see till end of the year.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate, good notification settings. We do not use the system for payroll. Job posting are good.

Cons: Different tiers of visibility and be frustrating when I am required to have an administrator go in and reset my clearances.

Pros: Bamboo provides easy access to personal information, it facilitates payroll documents in case the consumer needs to print or update any information. It also allows the company to list a companywide employee directory, with department information.

Cons: N/A - I haven't encountered issues with Bamboo that I can speak negatively about. The experience has been pleasant thus far.

Pros: Ease of use, the reminders for teams anniversaries and birthdays are awesome and well scheduled (ahead of time, the week of, etc). Having the insta and Linkedin links is a cool idea too! Love how you can see your team's calendar when approving vacations too, super helpful.

Cons: I think the level of profil personnalisation is cool , but we should do more a little bit! Color, emoji, pronounms, vue, dashboards even maybe?

Pros: The easy access to request off, easy to access files that I may have a question for. I can always go back and look at my hire date. Easy to update

Cons: Sometimes when logging in, it seems like I'm always putting in the info twice. Has if it can't recognize my info.

Pros: BambooHR is very easy to use. I especially like the holiday booking system and the organisation chart is great!

Cons: I don't have any cons to submit about using this system. It is a really nice, well rounded HR system.

Pros: I think that the GUI is quite simple and easy to use. As an employee, I find everything I need very fast.

Cons: I think that the main problem is how the company use the tool. Also, maybe some more graphical improvements in charts would be greate.

Cons: 1. Weak Native Payroll and Benefits Administration. 2. Rigidity and Lack of Deep Customization. 3. Limited and Clunky Reporting.

Pros: The application is designed for ease of navigation. I love how organized pertinent employee information is.

Cons: I really have no complaints or areas of improvement. From an employee perspective, I have been so impressed.

Pros: The ease of use, and ability to collect relevant information all in one place. It is very useful for employees to remember and track their vacation/leave time.

Cons: The cost is a little limiting, but the impact it has does justify some of the expense. Some of the report building can be a little troublesome to get the exact info pulled.

Pros: User friendly and easy to access. We used to have a different system before used to clock in and out and it was not the same.

Cons: Sometimes I'm unable to clock in, the system tends to go down sometimes, but its not a big deal, It only happens sometimes.

Pros: It is really simple to use and being able to see who was going to be off was really helpful. I also love seeing my total PTO

Cons: The only thing I haven't like is that there are days when it will take a long time to load. That makes it hard to clock in on time

Pros: Easy to use and find any information needed for payroll, time off and company correspondence. Nice to be able to find our different employees in all the states and birthdays with being remote.

Cons: I havent been able to find anything that was a con at this point. I would recommend to any of my colleagues.

Pros: It's a user-friendly platform. Very easy to use without prior knowledge, while providing every employee with all necessary tools and insights.

Cons: There wasn't something that I didn't like about BambooHR. Probably the way it organizes the company's documents but nothing serious in that.

Pros: Super easy to use and customer support has been fantastic! We are a small company and it's been perfect for us.

Cons: It would be awesome if the org chart view was more customizable and made so you can print it better.

Pros: How simple it is to use for the most part. Easy to explain to employees how to use it for their PTO.

Cons: The job posting isn't the best for us as it doesn't go out to all the ATS systems we'd like. Don't seem to get a lot of resumes through bamboo as we do from posting straight into indeed. Also, for new hire paperwork, it is difficult to parse the forms and then there are glitches when new hires fill out the forms (also it doesn't work right on the app, so they are forced to use a computer to fill out the forms)

Pros: BambooHR is incredibly easy to use. As a new hire, everything—from signing documents to setting up direct deposit—felt intuitive and well‑organized. The interface is clean, the onboarding tasks are clear, and payroll information is easy to access. It also streamlines communication and makes small‑business processes feel professional and efficient.

Cons: Some features feel a bit limited unless the company pays for add‑ons. The job‑posting and applicant‑tracking tools work well but aren’t as robust as dedicated ATS platforms. A few areas could benefit from deeper customization.
