Overall my experience , I could say improvement is better. To remote people they response as soon as they can.
Pros: For me, it is much easier to navigate, can update my schedule for the whole month. It's friendly user
Cons: The least I like about Remote People is sometimes I am getting an error or no option to update works

Easy to access my documents, payroll, leave application, and claims submissions. Currencies are auto converted, and reporting is simple.
Pros: Easy to use when onboarding to new employment. The setup was easy to follow, and support was given swiftly for any questions.
Cons: It's not mobile phone-friendly. I hope they can release a version that supports those on the move and who usually access it through mobile.

The platform is very straightforward; there's not much science behind it. You get a place where all your information as an employee is at your disposal, every time you want. With small guides in case you get lost or don't know how to find some info, or you can ask for support when needed, they usually solve things in less time than expected.

Pros: The thing I like the most about Horizons is the employee management. I truly feel like I'm in control of my personal info, paycheck information, vacation days, and employment benefits, and that not all this information is kept only by the HR department, but I, as an employee, have the chance to get everything at my disposal in a friendly platform.
Cons: I've had problems updating documents. I'm unsure if there's a size limit for certain documents or if I'm doing something incorrectly.

Very intuitive, user-friendly platform! As stated above, Horizons made the onboarding process very easy. Everyone was able to use it with very few issues.
Pros: Horizons made onboarding so easy, and it was significantly easier to keep track of all of my payments in one place.
Cons: I didn't have any issues with Horizons; everything ran pretty smoothly and the platform was very easy to use.

Pros: Horizons is helpful in providing all our administrative needs and help with our transition to the company smoothly. The people in the team are very responsive and provides all the requirements and clarifications I need.
Cons: I could have used a quick meeting or document or video to be officially onboarded into the company and what we can reach out to them for, how to use the website, all HMO related matters, payroll matters, and etc. rather than reaching out to them to ask about these one by one as I go.

Having used Horizons for my EOR in Portugal, I can tell you it's been a smooth experience. They handle all the complicated stuff—like payroll and taxes—so I don't have to worry about a thing. My paycheck always arrives on time, and my employment contract is fully compliant with Portuguese law. It feels great knowing a team of experts is taking care of the legal side of things, allowing me to focus on my work.

Cons: The leave application form could use an update. I faced an issue when applying for a half-day leave because the color used to indicate half days was unclear.

Of all the companies and HR I've dealt with, Horizons are the best. From onboarding until now with my company. They are so helpful and all ways. Kudos!
Pros: What I like the most about Horizons is that their support team response so quickly even if its just an acknowledgement! It makes you feel genuinely cared for about your request and questions!
Cons: So far, I can't see anything to dislike them. Will edit the review if ever I found one, hopefully not.

I would recommend it to others. They have a good , customer centric team who are focused on customer experience.
Pros: Onboarding was very easy. In general, they are fast and helpful. I like the web interface which is very simple and user friendly.
Cons: They are a bit late in answering a question which is related with a kind of unique setup for my country.

I have been using Horizons for about a year, and it has been a great tool that has helped me manage payroll issues related to extra-national agreements. It is a very user-friendly solution with which I have had no problems.

I am overall satisfied with the product and would appreciate if the feedback provided would be used to improve the product.
Pros: It's ease of use. It is a convenient platform for me to coordinate my HR needs and view my payslips. I am also able to reach out to support in case I have any questions.
Cons: Having to fill out a timesheet every week. If I didn't fill out a leave request, it should be interpreted as having worked a full work week.

Invoices always issued on time, easy to use website and good communication overall an excellent service.
Pros: The ease of Horizons managing your payroll without having to worry about it the calculations side of things.
Cons: Had a minor issue about the new invoices changes missing a PO number but this was very quickly resolved by Horizons.

Pros: NewHorizons has been a solid partner for handling our payroll needs. Their email support is always responsive, and the portal makes it easy to manage everything—from reimbursements to tax deductions and payroll documents. Pros: Their platform and their employees on my country, they notify us about everything, even legal or mandatory matters we were unaware of and need to take care of, preventing any unpleasant surprises.
Cons: As an employee of a company that uses Horizons services what I like the least is that my employer and Horizons don’t seem to have constant communication. There doesn’t appear to be a strong connection between the two which makes it unclear who to reach out to when problems arise, whether I should contact Horizons or my company, the good thing is Horizons solves the issues they can solve really fast and they will always try to help you.

Horizons has made remote work smooth and stable. While I work remotely with a US client, Horizons is considered my official employer here in the Philippines. The onboarding process was easy, payroll is always on time, and the local benefits provided are similar to what I’d expect if I were employed directly by a Philippine-based company. Communication and support have also been consistently reliable.
Cons: Conversion rate is fixed for the entire year. Would be fair for both sides if conversion is just set monthly (even if the conversion is rounded to a whole number).
