Excellent! We’re very pleased with the product and the support that we received during the implementation.
Pros: Pinpoint is extremely user friendly, both for candidates and the hiring teams. It’s really easy to review and compare candidates as you move them through the hiring process.
Cons: It can be difficult to identify candidates that have been declined and emailed against those that haven’t when moved in to the ‘rejected’ stage.

The overall experience with Pinpoint has been really positive. The transition was smooth, well-organised and completed at pace. Implementation was handled clearly and efficiently, and the ongoing support, both from our account manager, [sensitive content hidden], and the wider support team, has been consistently helpful. It’s a great product, supported by a knowledgeable and approachable team.
Pros: Easy and intuitive to use for recruitment teams, hiring managers and candidates alike. The interface is clear and flexible, allowing you to tailor it to your needs. It’s backed by a strong product roadmap with exciting updates ahead, and supported by excellent sales and aftercare teams. Pinpoint feels purpose-built for in-house recruitment, helping teams manage workloads efficiently. It sits at a mid-market price point but offers the functionality of a high-end ATS, making it great value for money.

My overall experience with Pinpoint has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to create, manage, and monitor campaigns. I particularly appreciated the ability to segment audiences effectively and access real-time performance insights, which helped improve targeting and decision-making. While there is always room for enhancing certain advanced features, Pinpoint has been reliable and efficient in supporting day-to-day marketing activities.
Pros: I liked Pinpoint’s ease of use and intuitive interface the most. It allowed me to quickly create and manage campaigns without needing extensive training. The platform’s targeting capabilities and data insights were also very helpful in reaching the right audience and optimising performance.
Cons: A limitation is that full DocuSign integration requires the onboarding module, which can add complexity and dependency on additional setup and cost.

Our overall experience with Pinpoint has been amazing. It has fundamentally changed the way we approach recruitment - moving us from a more reactive, admin-heavy process to a structured, data-led and candidate-focused function. The implementation was smooth, and the support from the Pinpoint team has been excellent throughout. They are responsive, collaborative, and clearly understand the challenges in modern talent acquisition. Since introducing Pinpoint, we’ve improved candidate engagement, increased hiring manager buy-in, using the pre-onboarding portal our sign-to-start ration has been 100% over the past 3yrs! We have gained much better visibility over our recruitment activity. It's enabled us to scale our hiring in a much more controlled, data-backed and efficient way. Hiring managers LOVE how easy it is to use, it literally takes 5 minutes to show new hiring managers the strongest way to use it and the available queuing CV's and using AI fields.
Pros: Pinpoint has genuinely transformed how we run recruitment. The platform is incredibly intuitive, which made adoption across hiring managers seamless, and it’s allowed us to streamline our entire recruitment process, and beyond! The candidate experience is a standout - the application journey is clean and user-friendly, and the communication tools (email templates, status updates, interview scheduling) have significantly improved engagement and responsiveness. We’ve seen a noticeable reduction in time-to-hire and a much more organised pipeline as a result. From an internal perspective, the visibility and reporting are excellent. Being able to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions has elevated recruitment from an admin function to something much more strategic. The automation features also save us a huge amount of manual effort, which in itself has reduced our time-to-hire.
Cons: There are very few real drawbacks. As with any system, it's important that you set the ATS up properly to get the best from it - it can seem quite a learning curve when you start exploring the more advanced features (particularly around reporting and automation), but Pinpoint Customer Service Chat is literally on hand to help whenever you need - but once set up, it becomes incredibly powerful.

5 stars! Account Managers, Implementation Managers, Support function are all fantastic, and so quick!
Pros: From the moment I reached out for a demo of Pinpoint to the implementation and continuous account support, the service really has been second to none. The system ticked all the boxes we wanted in an ATS system, onboarding portal, user friendly and the ability to amend your own templates, excellent reporting capabilities and dashboards making data easy to understand, security conscious, a talent pipeline and a streamlined recruitment process. The system is excellent value for money as I honestly do not believe there is a better system out there for us.
Cons: Nothing, the system is exactly what we wanted and got. If I had to be picky, It would be nice to have a chat function on our careers site where candidates can ask live questions.

Pros: Easy to use and setup, streamlined user experience, good AI features. Vacancies are easy to find and check on progress.
Cons: The link to docusign can be over complicated to complete, multi tenant platforms can be difficult to sort out.

Pinpoint is a very user-friendly and intuitive system. The system was fun to learn and explore all the possibilities that were possible within both the recruitment and onboarding applications. I focused more in my role on the onboarding side of the application did 99% of what we wanted to do and anything it couldn't do we could easily work around. It has provided a real improvement for the businesses new starter process making it more streamlined and saving lots of time for various departments. It also helped us improve the security of new starter data.
Pros: The system is great value for money, it has a variety of features to help in both recruiting and on-boarding. The candidate interview process is easy to operate and navigate with the candidate profile storing all the relevant information from their application and previous stages. Another positive point of Pinpoint is the reporting capability within the system. The dashboard offer a brilliant insight into both recruitment and onboarding.
Cons: The only con that we as a business found was that the API was difficult to work with when building the integration with our system. This issue could have been exclusive to us but is worth noting.

It's been a satisfying and progressive experience thus far, and we have much more functionality to unlock, which is exciting for the future.
Pros: It's got an easy to use interface that is very intuitive and visual; for example, my team use it to track new starters' paperwork progress and right to work checks pre-employment, and this allows us to get a clear visual summary before we even need to drill down into any detail.
Cons: I would have liked more customisation/freedom around how contracts of employment are utilised in the system. We have very organic templates with a number of varying fields/paragraphs depending on the details of the starters' new job. Pinpoint however requires lots of variations of templates to be uploaded, rather than vastly customisable ones.

Pros: The platform offers exceptional ease of use, with intuitive navigation and efficient access to key functions. Online support is immediate, relevant, and highly knowledgeable. The Account Manager demonstrates consistent professionalism, providing timely and helpful guidance at every stage.
Cons: There is very little to dislike about Pinpoint. The platform performs consistently well, and any minor issues are resolved quickly through excellent support.

We love it - it's really given us a new way of working and has allowed us to spend greater time in interacting with candidates.
Pros: We love Pinpoint! The system has provided us with such a great platform for team, leaders and our future candidates. The system is so amazingly configurable for our needs and means we can adapt to changes as they come. It also gives us data that we have never had before, giving us scope to act more strategically in the recruitment space. We also love the automatic features which help remove administration and allow our team to spend time with candidates. The team at Pinpoint are also really responsive and helpful when we have feedback or require changes. It has really added so much value to our business.
Cons: There really isn't anything that springs to mind. There are a few features we would like to see some improvements in, but we're confident these will come based on our feedback and work with the team.

Generally pretty good but think the customer success support could be much better, like I said I wasn't sure if we even had an account manager, which is quite different to others experience I see online - perhaps we were too small to get this level of service.
Pros: Seamless integration with the job boards made it very easy to advertise jobs and review CVs from applications.
Cons: It changed quite a lot making it difficult to keep a consistent process. At time of use, it lacked AI features in the same way that other providers did. We also didn't get really any attention from the account manager - I'm not sure we had one, but they did respond to any issues quickly.

Pros: I liked that the platform was user friendly. Everyone within our organization was able to figure it out fairly quickly.
Cons: Pinpoint lacked the ability to easily customize features. Everything worked from a template that would have to be changed in order to customize.

Pros: Very easy to use, customer service is great. Online support is very helpful.
Cons: Sometimes had to add or take away items from prepopulated questions. Had a problem with interviewer seeing emails between recruiter and applicant and could not figure out how to fix.

Not only has Pinpoint made our recruitment process more efficient, saving us valuable time and money, but it's enhanced the candidate experience meaning we can build a talent pipeline for the future.
Pros: Pinpoint is incredibly user-friendly. The user interface is intuitive, and both hiring managers and candidates find it easy to navigate. Communicating well with our candidates through the ATS has enabled us to get ahead and snap up key talent.
Cons: I'd like to be able to move from one candidate to another more quickly, perhaps a forward arrow to jump to the next candidate in the pile?

Excellent customizable ATS with detailed insights and straightforward implementation. Support team is great.
Pros: Easy to learn and implement all the steps required to review, interview and hire as well as on boarding within the system.
Cons: Sometimes the process a bit slow, but that's not something we want to complain.

Pros: It suits our unique needs! We're able to keep track of all of our portfolio company hiring in one place.
Cons: There are still a lot of manual aspects to pinpoint, particularly in the sourcing and scheduling functions. There have also been some issues integrating with LinkedIn properly.

Not very good but i'm willing to give it one more year. I would like to see Pinpoint succeed but they have to make improvements a lot quicker than they are.
Pros: Aesthetically pleasing look. That's all for now.
Cons: Missing A LOT of basic functions. Improvements take a very long time to be made. Poor customer service chat with Emilia. (Doesn't respond) Nearly been with Pinpoint for 1 year, didn't even know we had an account manager, didn't bother to introduce himself until recently.
