Pros: With CEIPAL ATS, we've finally found an applicant tracking system that allows us to define our own processes, easily manage our applicants and design our own job postings. Furthermore, I've rarely experienced such excellent service. No long waiting times, consistently friendly and competent contact. That's what makes for a true partnership.
Cons: I can't comment on that: if there were any issues, they were addressed and resolved immediately. First-class customer service.

Ceipal will keep the resumes from being lost in the mess of my email box when the boss is yelling. I can view what the rest of the team is doing on the dashboard without needing to call everyone. The dashboard also allows the job boards and the harvesting tools to run in the background. At least Ceipal keeps my database somewhat organized so I do not lose my mind.
Pros: At least the candidate hotlist is now actually being loaded into Ceipal. And the java developer candidates the AI was able to find were unexpected and nice. I've finally got all of the candidate data and sales notes on one screen so I do not have to click through a thousand different screens on my old monitor.

All good, especially for startups, if they don't want to invest money in famous tools like Workday teleo, SAP SF. its very cheap and easy to start work at least for first 2-3 years.
Pros: Easy to use, user-friendly, can keep data a single platform to check the visibility for future prospects
Cons: Updating process,, We will not get the dashboard real time, the parsing of profiles needs some customisation.

Overall i find Ceipal ATS a good software, even the fresher with basic knowledge can easily work with it there is internal job positing inmail, mail merge which are all most helpful for the recruiters like me
Pros: user friendly dashboard and interface, once logged in there you can see the dashboard with pie chart for the submissions of profiles you make and list of interviewed candidates placed candidates and so on, then you can find the integrated search where you can use job boards like carrier builder, monster and dice apply the boolean and start searching profiles all the profiles are shown in algorithm with ranking system helps me to find the qualified candidate easily and can send inmail via ceipal and mail merge upto 999 which is very helpful when there a common requirement like java, python with mail merge and through responses getting the profile is very easy they'll check the JD and respond back submitting the qualified candidates to the client and getting interviews and placements through ceipal qualified candidates
Cons: there is an lot of empty profiles from dice, carrier builder and monster like there won't be any contact number or email, the resume would look good but won't able to find contact details which sometimes frustrating
