AvaHR

Pros: It works! We have been able to hire much more quickly and for less money with AvaHR. We were spending hundreds of dollars doing this ourselves, so this saves us time and money.

Cons: It did take a little getting used to. But the AvaHR team is really responsive and was able to get us up and running without too much downtime.

Pros: I like how I have the option to post to multiple platforms using one platform. It's cost effective this way.

Cons: I don't like how I receive candidates from outside of the US. I wish there was a filter per job posting.

Pros: Loved the ability to choose a pricing plan that works with our situation. The implementation was very easy and the portal is user friendly. I like that we can store candidate resumes.

Cons: There is not one thing that I dislike with AvaHR so far. We have been using it a little more than a year now.

Pros: AvaHR delivers great value for money — easy to use, fast performance, and smooth recruitment process!

Cons: The only drawback we’ve experienced with AvaHR is that it currently can’t upload fillable PDF forms.

Pros: Brought me some of my best candidates. I pay a fraction of the price that I pay other job sites. Yet Ava has provided the best results.

Cons: I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about AvaHr. Maybe because I’m super busy and I don’t really get a chance to look into it. I just know that my sharper candidates come from here.

Pros: I love the customizable job posts that are super easy to use. I love that you can send out the job ads to multiple places with one click.

Cons: Well, there is not a ton of things that I don't like about AvaHR. The only thing is that you are constantly being upsold or asked to upgrade with every use.

Pros: Having one ad posted on multiple platforms and being able to organize and sort through applicants as they came in.

Cons: Once you pause or stop your ad, it takes a while to come down and applicants think you still have a job posted and call to apply.

Pros: User friendliness and the ability to customize the hiring pipeline, including adding a prescreen questionnaire

Cons: Not knowing how each applicant found us or what platform they used. Applicants are still finding ways to bypass looking at the job ad when applying

Pros: This ATS has everything I need out of a ATS. I understand its limitations (not an HRIS) but our company is small and doesnt have a need for a robust system. I didnt want to pay for a robust system when we dont need it.

Cons: the message inbox isnt the most functional

Pros: I like that it was very easy to implement, and that there is a lot you can customize. The system is very easy to use, even my managers think so!

Cons: The integration to LinkedIn and Indeed sometimes gets a little lost, but my account manager is helpful.

Pros: Lots of candidates to choose from for hiring

Cons: Lots of candidates to call but some under qualified as well

Pros: Simple to use. Easy to get started. Invaluable that you can post to multiple boards at one time. Not overly complicated.

Cons: When editing settings on job postings, it needs to be re-reviewed by the VIVAHR team, regardless of the change made.

Pros: I work for a small organization as the sole recruiter, and in this case, VivaHR is simple and easy to use. It's easy to create job postings and have applicants populate in the ATS. It's easy to customize your own pipelines and disposition candidates. It was important that our ATS linked to BambooHR which we use for onboarding, and VivaHR has an easy integration for that. My Account Manager is easy to reach and is super helpful when I have questions about the product.

Cons: One thing that is difficult is the search feature. I often search a candidate's name and they don't populate because they have been dispositioned. I then have to change the filters to allow me to see dispositioned candidates but I wish they would always populate. VivaHR also doesn't seem to notice duplicate candidates, so I unfortunately have a lot of duplicate profiles in the system. I wish it would keep track of all applications within one candidate profile instead of creating a new profile for every time a candidate applies to a new role. This also makes it difficult to keep track of notes when I have to try to find my notes on a candidate but there's a profile for them for each role they've applied to. I also wish I had the ability to edit and/or delete a note.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to set up and have a constant flow of applicants

Cons: Haven't found anything I don't like yet about it

Pros: I love that we can track multiple job postings at once!

Cons: Nothing, everything has been amazing with VIVAHR!

Pros: Easy to post jobs and view applicants. I have hod good experiences with customer services as well.

Cons: Could use more features and ways to stop applicants for applying over and over again.

Pros: Ease of use and how user friendly it is to post for our team seamlessly.

Cons: Customization and ammount of features can be overwhelming at times.

Pros: VIVAHR is an user friendly application, i work as an HR and it is very useful for me.

Cons: it's east to use and works nice when we give training to other employees.

Pros: I like the ease of the app. Whenever I've had questions, the staff is prompt in responding and helps get any issues resolved quickly. They are great to work with.

Cons: No email notification when applicants apply.

Pros: I have been using VivaHR for just over a week. I really like the product so far. It's easy to use and has resolved the problems/ issues we had with Indeed at a low cost. The best part of VivaHR so far, has been the support from the sales/ customer support team. They have been extremely helpful and are great at following up!

Cons: Some of the job posting fields could have more options. For example, I mention to the sales rep that manufacturing wasn't listed as an option in the industry field; they added it within a day.

Pros: The support. Always there, always friendly and professional.

Cons: Getting started with another HR program.

Pros: Wonderful customer service and guides along the way to ensure the post is as effective as possible.

Cons: It's great, just wish you could more easily sponsor posts on some integrated platforms.

Pros: The website is extremely easy to use and there’s many options to set up positions.

Cons: Because there is a lot of options to customize the job postings, it can get tedious and time consuming quickly.
