Overall if we get in a position where hiring is becoming a problem again i would use this service again.
Pros: The Platform was easy to use and provided a number of quality applicants. We were able to fill the positions needed
Cons: Their program worked as it was advertised to the only downside was the continued cost while not utilizing it for hiring.

The platform makes hiring faster, more organized, and more efficient. From posting jobs to screening candidates, and keeping communication seamless, everything is in one place. I’ve especially appreciated the time-saving features and the focus on creating a positive candidate experience. It’s made a noticeable difference in how smoothly we manage hiring as a small team.
Pros: How it streamlines the entire hiring process. From posting jobs across multiple boards in just a few clicks to AI-powered resume screening, it saves so much time and effort. The customer support is also quick to respond and very helpful. And we've saved so much money from how we were just posting on Indeed.
Cons: While the platform is powerful, there’s a small learning curve for teams who are new to it. That said, once you’re familiar, it really makes hiring much easier and more efficient.

We have been very satisfied! I have already recommended AvaHR to business associates, and plan to continue to do so!
Pros: It works! We have been able to hire much more quickly and for less money with AvaHR. We were spending hundreds of dollars doing this ourselves, so this saves us time and money.
Cons: It did take a little getting used to. But the AvaHR team is really responsive and was able to get us up and running without too much downtime.

Pros: I like how I have the option to post to multiple platforms using one platform. It's cost effective this way.
Cons: I don't like how I receive candidates from outside of the US. I wish there was a filter per job posting.

AvaHR has helped us tremendously with recruiting our new team members. We save on time and money finding the most qualified candidates with AVAHR!
Pros: Loved the ability to choose a pricing plan that works with our situation. The implementation was very easy and the portal is user friendly. I like that we can store candidate resumes.
Cons: There is not one thing that I dislike with AvaHR so far. We have been using it a little more than a year now.

Pros: Brought me some of my best candidates. I pay a fraction of the price that I pay other job sites. Yet Ava has provided the best results.
Cons: I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about AvaHr. Maybe because I’m super busy and I don’t really get a chance to look into it. I just know that my sharper candidates come from here.

It has been super easy to use. I appreciate all the customizable options for the postings. I appreciate the customer service and constant check ins with the company if the ads have low feedback etc.
Pros: I love the customizable job posts that are super easy to use. I love that you can send out the job ads to multiple places with one click.
Cons: Well, there is not a ton of things that I don't like about AvaHR. The only thing is that you are constantly being upsold or asked to upgrade with every use.

Great! We use it everytime we have a hiring need and it is so easy to post or re open a previous job posting.
Pros: Having one ad posted on multiple platforms and being able to organize and sort through applicants as they came in.
Cons: Once you pause or stop your ad, it takes a while to come down and applicants think you still have a job posted and call to apply.

I think its GREAT! It does what I need from a ATS (not HRIS) and the price is unbeatable!
Pros: This ATS has everything I need out of a ATS. I understand its limitations (not an HRIS) but our company is small and doesnt have a need for a robust system. I didnt want to pay for a robust system when we dont need it.
Cons: the message inbox isnt the most functional

I really like this ATS. It has made hiring for our organization so much easier, and much better.
Pros: I like that it was very easy to implement, and that there is a lot you can customize. The system is very easy to use, even my managers think so!
Cons: The integration to LinkedIn and Indeed sometimes gets a little lost, but my account manager is helpful.

It's been terrific! Site is super easy and the support provided is quick and straightforward.
Pros: Simple to use. Easy to get started. Invaluable that you can post to multiple boards at one time. Not overly complicated.
Cons: When editing settings on job postings, it needs to be re-reviewed by the VIVAHR team, regardless of the change made.

Pros: I work for a small organization as the sole recruiter, and in this case, VivaHR is simple and easy to use. It's easy to create job postings and have applicants populate in the ATS. It's easy to customize your own pipelines and disposition candidates. It was important that our ATS linked to BambooHR which we use for onboarding, and VivaHR has an easy integration for that. My Account Manager is easy to reach and is super helpful when I have questions about the product.
Cons: One thing that is difficult is the search feature. I often search a candidate's name and they don't populate because they have been dispositioned. I then have to change the filters to allow me to see dispositioned candidates but I wish they would always populate. VivaHR also doesn't seem to notice duplicate candidates, so I unfortunately have a lot of duplicate profiles in the system. I wish it would keep track of all applications within one candidate profile instead of creating a new profile for every time a candidate applies to a new role. This also makes it difficult to keep track of notes when I have to try to find my notes on a candidate but there's a profile for them for each role they've applied to. I also wish I had the ability to edit and/or delete a note.

So far it's been good and we've been able to hire a number of people.
Pros: I like the ease of the app. Whenever I've had questions, the staff is prompt in responding and helps get any issues resolved quickly. They are great to work with.

Excellent; Viva HR solved a problem we had at a low cost.
Pros: I have been using VivaHR for just over a week. I really like the product so far. It's easy to use and has resolved the problems/ issues we had with Indeed at a low cost. The best part of VivaHR so far, has been the support from the sales/ customer support team. They have been extremely helpful and are great at following up!
Cons: Some of the job posting fields could have more options. For example, I mention to the sales rep that manufacturing wasn't listed as an option in the industry field; they added it within a day.
