Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been positive. It helps streamline payroll, time tracking, employee management, and reporting. Once you become familiar with the system, it is reliable and helps keep HR and payroll information organized. It is a good platform for businesses that want to manage workforce-related tasks more efficiently.
Pros: ADP Workforce Now is very useful for managing payroll, employee information, time tracking, and HR tasks in one place. The system is organized, easy to access, and helps save time compared to handling everything manually. I also like that reports can be generated when needed, which makes it easier to review payroll and employee records.
Cons: Some features can take time to learn at the beginning, especially during setup or when trying to customize reports. The system can sometimes feel a bit complicated for new users, and customer support response times could be improved.

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now could be better. I feel if they implemented some sort of unified/universal log in it would solve a lot of problems and save much more time.
Pros: What I like most about ADP Workforce Now is how easy it is to have all my employment information, pay stubs, tax documents into one single place.
Cons: What I least like about ADP Workforce Now is how tedious it can be to log in, specially if more than one workplace uses ADP.

Pros: As a user, it's simple to use without too much training requirements. ADP does have a good sales rep to assist.
Cons: Customization options are kind of insufficient for specific business needs from an admin perspective.

My overall experience with [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.adp.com/what-we-offer/products/adp-workforce-now.aspx?utm_source=chatgpt.com) was positive. The platform provided a reliable and efficient way to manage payroll, HR, benefits, and employee data in one place. While there was a learning curve with some advanced features, the system helped streamline daily workforce management tasks and improved overall operational efficiency.
Pros: What I liked most about [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.adp.com/what-we-offer/products/adp-workforce-now.aspx?utm_source=chatgpt.com) was its all-in-one HR and payroll functionality, which streamlined administrative tasks and improved overall efficiency. One of the strongest aspects of ADP Workforce is its payroll accuracy and reporting tools, which save time and improve efficiency for organizations. The employee self-service features are also convenient and reduce the need for manual follow-ups.

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now was positive. I found it to be a reliable and comprehensive platform for managing payroll, HR tasks, benefits, and employee information all in one place. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, the system became much easier to navigate over time, and the automation features helped streamline many day-to-day processes.
Pros: What I liked most about ADP Workforce Now was how it brought payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking into one platform. It made managing employee information much more efficient and helped streamline everyday HR tasks. I also appreciated the employee self-service features and the reliability of the payroll system.
Cons: While ADP Workforce Now has a lot of robust features, there can be a learning curve at first because the platform is so comprehensive. However, once users become familiar with the system, it can be very effective for managing payroll, HR, and employee information in one place. Some processes may take additional setup or training initially, but that also allows for greater customization to fit a company’s needs.

Overall it is a good value for the money and has great customer support when any problems arise and need to be handled.
Pros: ADP Workforce is an easy to use efficient time tracking software! Set-up is simple and straightforward.
Cons: It is not super flexible, but works for basic reporting. We have learned to use some work arounds to make it work for us.

I have been using ADP with a handful of companies now and while some of the companies use it differently and add-ons the ease of knowing what you are getting and how to navigate the website is so comforting.
Pros: I am very pleased with the ease of using the website. Super easy to navigate and the customer support is very helpful. Communication between employer and employee is a breeze. Once given username it's a breeze to set up.
Cons: The initial sign in can be confusing but after that it's a breeze. Resetting passwords and changing passwords is easy.

The value for money is fair for the size of our company - it's based on the number of employees. It's easy to use and we are able to find work arounds for our specific needs. The set up menu allows us to limit access to specific menus depending on the department or manager level.
Pros: Time Tracking and Reporting - we are able to create custom reports to match our contract reporting. We can download timecard reports with notes and approvals.
Cons: Customer support. The do not appear to have knowledge for unique company needs. As an example some of our employees disappeared from our reports and our payroll register for no reason. We found out they were archived, customer support told us we were too large of a company and we were filling up our storage. We have 1200 employees, I do not think for a company that is too large for ADP to handle, they've been around for many years and I have to believe there are other companies with a lot more employees.

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now was positive. It provided a reliable all-in-one solution for payroll and HR management, helped streamline administrative tasks, and improved efficiency, although some areas of the platform had a learning curve.
Pros: What I liked most about ADP Workforce Now was having payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking all integrated into one platform. It made employee management more efficient and reduced a lot of manual work.
Cons: The biggest downside was that the interface could sometimes feel outdated and not always intuitive. Certain tasks and reports also required multiple steps, which could make the system feel more complex than necessary.

It is an easy transition to learn how to use this. Ultimately gets everything done that I need. It just isn’t visually the easiest to read
Pros: I could schedule all my employees through this and add vacation, sick days, and personal days off. Got the job done
Cons: Sometimes it ran slow and it didn’t make it visually pleasing to my eye to edit schedules. But overall still got the job done
Elissa M. · Assistant Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 3, 2026
Overall is a great way to keep track of you time, and reporting your hours to HR. You just clock in, and HR receives the report without the need of you doing anything else.
Pros: very good app, it is very easy to use and intuitive. The customer support is great and very fast. There is little to no setup, you basically log in and are ready to go, you can clock in, and clock out with one click; very useful for works that are on the road.
Cons: It can be slow at times, I had some issues with it not loading right away, and missing a clock in due to that.

ADP performance is average overall, with both strengths and areas needing improvement. it has some better feature then other system but also some that could be improved.
Pros: The Document uploading process was unclear at times and could be more intuitive and streamlined. we were still able to manage.
Cons: Scheduling was complex, not very user-friendly, and frequently experienced bugs or issues. not very convenient for our usage

ADP has been successful allowing me to stay up to date. It allows me to ensure that my workplace is distributing and reporting my work hours
Pros: I have been using ADP as part as my workforce payroll system and has been really effective to be able to go on and see my pay stubs, my hours and my benefit time. It was really easy to set up on my mobile phone since I'm always on the go. The app is free to use and updates effectively.
Cons: The only time I had an issue with ADP when when I was trying to learn how to navigate my different jobs using ADP.

Overall, my experience has been positive, especially for managing HR and payroll in one place. It does a great job of centralizing employee data, payroll, benefits, and time tracking, which helps keep everything organized and efficient.
Pros: Its all-in-one HR and payroll management—it brings payroll, time tracking, benefits, and employee data into one centralized system, making it easier to manage everything efficiently.
Cons: The biggest downside is the complexity and user interface—it can feel outdated and not very intuitive. Tasks like reporting or navigating between features can take extra time to learn, and customer support can sometimes be slow or inconsistent, which adds to the frustration.

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been very positive. It’s a comprehensive platform that brings payroll, HR, benefits, and reporting together in one system, which makes managing employees much more efficient. Once you become familiar with the features, it’s a reliable and powerful tool that helps keep processes organized and compliant. While there is a learning curve in some areas, the time savings and accuracy it provides make it a valuable system for day-to-day operations.
Pros: What I like most about ADP Workforce Now is how streamlined and user-friendly the platform is for managing payroll and HR in one place. It makes processing payroll efficient and accurate, and the reporting tools are extremely helpful for tracking employee data, benefits, and time off. I also appreciate how organized the dashboard is—it’s easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it saves time, reduces errors, and helps keep everything compliant and running smoothly.
Cons: What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that some features can feel a bit complex or not as intuitive as they could be, especially when navigating more detailed reports or advanced settings. There can be a learning curve for new users, and certain processes require multiple steps to complete simple tasks. Additionally, occasional system updates can slightly change layouts, which takes time to adjust to. While it’s a powerful platform overall, simplifying some workflows would make the experience even better.

Pros: Reliable payroll management system with online access to pay stubs. Secure system for both employers and employees.
Cons: User interface is not intuitive and it is difficult to integrate the employee logins with the company single-sign-on (SSO) system. Many employees report it is a hassle to login to their accounts.
Lance C. · Solution Architect · Information Technology and Services · April 27, 2026
I loved ADP Workforce Now. It was amazing to track hours, view PTO banks, as well as clock in and our directly on the app.
Pros: ADP Workforce now has the best looking interface. It was super easy to clock in/out and see available PTO as well as other HR material and even paystubs.

overall, its the best workforce software that ive ever used. all the links are easy to find and everything is extremely descriptive
Pros: easy to use dashboard helps you find what youre looking for quickly without needing to figure out a complex portal.

Not great overall, I think the customer service could have been more helpful when it came to resolving issues.
Pros: I liked the onboarding process, the steps were all very straight forward and easy to navigate for the most part.
Cons: The workflow capabilities and the I-9 processing. I did not always have the easiest time getting these things done.
Anonymous User · People Operations Coordinator · Renewables & Environment · April 23, 2026
