Wix empowers small businesses to build and manage websites quickly. Most users rely on it for designing, blogging, and marketing. Its drag-and-drop editor and mobile access stand out for ease of use, while limitations in SEO and advanced customization are common drawbacks. Recent updates, such as semantic sections and customizable checkout flows, show Wix is evolving to support more complex site needs.

Very happy with Wix. Have not been inclined to shop around since it does what I want and they have been able to help me when I need it.
Pros: I was able to quickly get my website up and running. I continually tweak it to make it better. Customer support has always been accessible and responsive.
Cons: While it is friendly for a low level user it can be difficult to find how to use higher level functions and implement changes beyond the basic.

I am able to update my website with minimal issues. Everything is straightforward and user friendly.
Pros: Wix has awesome templates that helps users ease the task of building their website. Everyone thinks that I hired a "professional". Thanks to Wix, I am the professional.
Cons: Unfortunately, the price of the software did increase. However, so did the prices of nearly everything else in today's reality.

Domain confidence 100%

Their customer service has always been exceptional. My personal experience using WIX has only been confirmed by the similar feedback I have received from others who either use or have used it, or have heard good things about it.
Pros: Today [sensitive content hidden] was prompt and thorough in resolving all my issues. In addition to this I was able to learn some new problem-solving skills and understand further how to improve my business.
Cons: Nothing I dislike about WIX. It is a delight to create with their programs and unlike the lack of accessibility and approachability of other companies, WIX delivers in a timely and responsive manner.

Wix is an excellent tool for getting online fast without a big budget or technical team. It delivers on its promise for simple websites and landing pages. However, businesses with long-term growth plans or specific technical requirements will eventually outgrow it and find the lack of flexibility frustrating. A solid 4 out of 5 for what it's designed to do.
Pros: Wix makes it incredibly easy to launch a professional-looking website without any coding knowledge. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, the template library is extensive, and features like Wix Stores, booking systems, and forms are ready to use out of the box. For small businesses and freelancers looking to establish an online presence quickly, it's one of the best options available.
Cons: Once your site grows in complexity, Wix starts to show its limitations. Migrating your site away from Wix is practically impossible since everything is locked into their ecosystem. The editor, while easy to use, doesn't always produce clean or optimized code, which can affect page speed and SEO performance. Advanced customization requires workarounds that feel unnatural for developers.

Overall, my experience with Wix has been positive. It is a good platform for creating websites quickly and without technical knowledge. The design tools are easy to understand, and there are many features for business and marketing. It is not perfect for advanced coding or very large websites, but for personal projects or small businesses it works really well.
Pros: What I liked most about Six is how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop editor is simple, so even beginners can create a good-looking website without coding. I also liked the large number of templates and marketing tools for small businesses.
Cons: What I liked least is that some advanced features are limited unless you pay for a more expensive plan. Sometimes the editor can also be a bit slow or buggy. Customer support is okay, but not always fast.

I love Wix to be honest. They even provide templates that look appealing and professional. You're doing all the work populating the site but you're in great hands.
Pros: What I absolutely love about Wix is the ease of use to create incredibly fast and professional website presence.
Cons: Price is a big deal for a small business like mine. But I'm able to customize modules that at one point I can turn on.

Pros: Customer service and the team that built my website. Each time I called in to wix, with a problem there was always someone to provide help. The website that resulted from our hardwork remains an enduring proof of what can be achieved when individuals decide to work together as a cohesive unit.
Cons: The initial period of getting to know the team. Although it took some time for chemistry among us to form, we eventually found a way to work together and that has been a transformative experience for me personnally and professionally.

I'm totally happy with wix, my overall experience is it's a great product that i would recommend to anyone seeking a do it yourself approach. Small business owners seeking to save a bit as they start out, this is for you.
Pros: What i like most about wix is it's ease of use. For someone new to website design it is straight forward without unnecessary complicated actions. Wix regularly updates with new features keeping your site fresh and current with new a.i options.
Cons: Personally my only dislike is the branded head liners for their free subscription, but other than that great product.

My experience with the customer support agent was fantastic! You know, like a customer support hero but without the cape!
Pros: Value for the money, definitely customer support, especially their customer support. He took the time needed to bring about a resolution.
Cons: They were unable to help with the 3rd party involved in setting up my Wix account. Which was no reflection on Wix.

Pros: Great tool for small businesses to build and grow their digital and online brand and presence, starting with their website building products.
Cons: The pricing increases makes it difficult for smaller businesses to justify continued usage, or if they are using more basic use cases.

I am very satisfied with the ease that I can work with the site. It is easy even for me as a very non techy person to update my site when I have puppies.
Pros: customer support and the non techy way to handle the website. It is so easy just to drag and drop or simply upload.
Cons: That I couldn´t find a simple email to use for support, I didn´t like that the chat bot simply brushed me of and did´nt let me speak to a human first. The ai bot just closed down the chat.

I used Wix to build a website for a friend / client. It did everything I needed and left them with a usable website that they can make simple edits to without paying for further design work. They're very happy.
Pros: Wix is a user friendly website builder that can take you from zero to fa ully fledged website or even ecommerce online presence.
Cons: While Wix is amazing for its beginner friendly interface and workflow, it is generally limited for more advanced users. That being said, there are ways for even the most advanced user to get what they need using Wix.

super easy to use, just my boss, nMy overall experience with Wix has been positive, especially because it makes building a website feel simple and creative. The drag‑and‑drop editor gives a lot of freedom, and the templates help you start with something polished. I found it easy to add features like bookings and forms without technical skills. At times the editor felt a bit cluttered, and the template lock‑in was limiting, but overall it’s a smooth, beginner‑friendly platform that lets you create a professional site quickly.o investing me to keep this any longer
Pros: Wix’s biggest strengths are its easy drag‑and‑drop editor, which lets anyone build a site quickly, and its design flexibility that allows precise control without coding. Users also love its 900+ templates, strong built‑in business tools like bookings and e‑commerce, and the wide App Market for adding features. Wix’s AI website builder helps beginners launch a site fast, and the free plan makes it easy to experiment before upgrading.
Cons: Wix’s biggest drawbacks are its template limitations — once your site is published, you can’t switch to a new design without rebuilding. Its editor can feel overwhelming because total design freedom sometimes leads to messy layouts. Wix sites may also have slower load speeds compared to more structured builders. Pricing can climb quickly when adding apps and advanced features. Finally, migrating your site away from Wix is difficult due to limited export options, which can lock you into the platform.

Fantastic support from [sensitive content hidden] at Wix to find the solution to our issue. He was determined all the way through to find the issue and correct it for us
Pros: Fantastic real person customer support when needed, continued to search for the solution even when we though we had hit a dead end.
Cons: AI assist was not as good as we would have hoped and kept going round in circles before passing us over to a real expert.

Overall is good, easy to use. Not expensive. You even can do your online shop and sell your product.
Pros: I used it for own website. It’s very easy to use and built your own website without knowing any coding. There is a lot of features. It’s not expensive for beginners. For my business it was really helpful and useful. Videos and images uploads are very easy.
Cons: I had a few issues with the website when wanted to adopt it for mobile version. Asked for cusotmer service for help and its only gives you option to chat with AI robot.

Relatively easy and fluid. Customer service has been exceptional. The deals and discounts can be fantastic.
Pros: Customer service was astonishing. Once I got familiar with the UX/UI, it was a breeze building out my site. So many integrations and customization, I actually felt freer rather than more limited by having pre-built tools and solutions.
Cons: It was initially a bit confusing to get acquainted with everything. It appeared as if much of what I wanted wasn't present or available, but that was resolved once I dug deeper. It also doesn't seem to play well with one of my browsers.

Overall, Wix is a solid choice for building a website quickly and without stress. It gives you tons of creative freedom, works well for both simple and more detailed projects, and makes the whole process feel approachable. Even with a few quirks, it’s still one of the easiest and most user‑friendly ways to get a good‑looking site up and running.
Pros: Wix is awesome if you want to build a website without feeling like you need a tech degree. The drag‑and‑drop editor is super simple, the templates look clean and modern, and you can customize pretty much everything without breaking anything. It’s great for beginners, small businesses, or anyone who just wants a site that looks good without spending hours learning how to code.
Cons: Wix can get a little overwhelming once you start digging into all the features, and sometimes the editor feels a bit slow or clunky. Some advanced tools are locked behind paid plans, and switching templates after you’ve already built your site isn’t as easy as it should be. It’s flexible, but that flexibility can make things confusing if you’re not sure what you’re doing.

Awesome! Contacted Live Chat as my domain and wix plan had expired but Marcela fixed that in under 10 minutes!
Pros: Marcela in Customer Support was awesome and helped my website and domain up and running again in no time!
Cons: Receiving too many spam/fake emails asking me to renew. I gave the names of these spam emails to Marcela.

Overall, Wix provides a smooth and intuitive website‑building experience, especially for small businesses and users who want creative control without technical complexity. It offers strong design flexibility, reliable hosting, and a robust app ecosystem, making it easy to build and maintain a polished online presence.
Pros: Wix is extremely user‑friendly, with a drag‑and‑drop builder that makes it easy to design a professional‑looking site without coding. The templates are modern, customizable, and flexible, and the platform offers a wide range of built‑in apps and features that simplify setup and ongoing management.
Cons: Some advanced customization options are limited unless you use Velo or upgrade to higher‑tier plans. The editor can feel slow or cluttered at times, and once you choose a template, you can’t switch to a new one without rebuilding the site.

Wix overall has been a great assess for our small company. Wix allows us to showcase our clinic online without needing any coding or website building knowledge.
Pros: Wix is a great value for the money. Wix saves you so much time and headache as well! Wix allows you to customize a website without needing any coding knowledge. Wix's portal makes it easy to upload photos and documents to your website. Wix also lets you revert back to a previous version of the website if your edits come out different than what you had planned!
Cons: The portal in which you upload your website documents and photos can get full, and that can slow down your editing process.

My Wix website is visually engaging and easy to use as a small business owner. However, cost still add up.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was very knowledgeable and aware of the issue that I was having. When [sensitive content hidden] asked if there was anything else, the answer was yeap....there were several more things to address. He was super patient. I will request [sensitive content hidden] again.
Cons: The add on cost for each product adds up quickly. That is my least favorite thing about Wix. Lower your cost.

So far my experience with Wix has been veery positive. Any issue I've had were resolved in a timely manner, and the platform has made it easy to manage my website, blogs, and online presence. Overall, it's ben a reliable and beginner-friendly experience.
Pros: I like all the options it provides and how easy it is to use, even for someone without a web design background. It gives me that flexibility to customize my website, add blogs, photos and business tools all in one place while still keeping things user friendly.
Cons: It's a bit costly and seems to keep getting more expensive over time, especially once you start adding premium feature and apps. Some features that are important for growing a business feel like they should already be included in th base pricing (emails?)

Excellent customer service, easy to create and edit my site. I recommend WIX to anyone getting started creating a website. Thanks
Pros: Wix support h as always been able to solve my problems, usually in one chat. They are patient and don't make me feel stupid.
Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to get to a place where I can chat with a real person although sometimes the chatbot gives me what I need to know.

I hate going through AI to get to Support Staff and I loathe that WIX makes i so difficult to manually update DNS records on their site. I could have resolved my problem weeks ago had this not been the case.
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] from the Support Staff quickly resolved an site connection issue I'd had for over a month. After having previously contacted support, I got no resolution after multiple failed attempts at connect the site.
Cons: It took too many AI Customer Service chats and unkept promises to elevate the problem before finally getting a resolution.
