Multiview ERP

Pros: The reporting, very useful in fund accounting.

Cons: No Cons for Multiview ERP. The system is user friendly except for the AP and AR

Pros: The support, they are friendly and great help!

Cons: Software is slow and there could be some minor changes to make it flow better. With that being said, they are doing a major upgrade, and both of these issues are being addressed.

Pros: Multiview is very efficient and easy to use. There are many options to customize data analysis and reporting options.

Cons: The login time is quite long. The file upload portal logs users out too quickly and we have to log back in often.

Pros: Reporting flexibility and workflow capacity.

Cons: Creating reports is difficult to learn.

Pros: The ability to switch companies or departments on line and then drill into the number

Cons: Time lag to log in. challenge to build reports

Pros: It's reliability, being cloud-based, the ease in navigation throughout panels and modules once you've learned

Cons: The terminology is not intuitive, especially in report writing and mapping Viewpoint; you need to be a 'subject matter expert' in order to avoid getting lost.

Pros: Multiview helps me with reporting. So much data can be brought in from multiple systems and it makes reporting so much easier!

Cons: Learning curve is tricky, but once you figure it out it is amazing. We are learning more and more everyday!

Pros: The accounting software has everything we were looking for and then some. Training and implementation went smoothly. The software is highly customizable, it integrates well with Cerner and the customer service is exemplary.

Cons: It is very dependent on using a mouse, we would have liked it to be more keyboard friendly.

Pros: Ease of use and how much time it saves.

Cons: There are a few areas that are a bit clumsy when doing data entry.

Pros: This system is very robust and can accommodate a lot of different setups/workflows. We use the materials management side. We recently merged with three hospitals, and were able to work with MV to set up additional warehouses and workflows on how supplies transferred between the three companies. It is also helpful that the MM side links nicely with the AP side and the workflow is pretty automated and seamless. The most helpful feature for me is the reports side. They can be as detailed as needed. It is easy to pull an excel sheet or to do a pivot report table right in the system and can even add graphs.

Cons: Our biggest issue is that it is slow, especially since we have added more hospitals to the system. Certain tabs are barely able to load at all (PO Line Detail Inquiry). My concern is that it will only get slower as we add more data to the system. There are also a lot of bugs that pop up that just slow down the work process (i.e., sometimes you are not able to change certain tabs out of order and would need to restart the process).

Pros: Multiview is a flexible platform that allows us to have one chart of account across our three entities. You are able to upload AP vouchers, journal entries, and credit card transactions seamlessly.

Cons: The banking import integration is not as polished as Quicbooks

Pros: Exports, and ease to learn. Work flow in AP.

Cons: Budgeting module and overall set-up and Asset Management

Pros: I like being able to drill down to find exactly what I need at a detail level. From an accounting standpoint, Multiview is a great product. It has the capacity to streamline processes and is customizable.

Cons: You will only get out what you're willing to put into it. Implementation could be very smooth or very rough depending on how much time and effort you're willing to put into the process.

Pros: Consolidated report for various programs into one Division.

Cons: Reports limitation to the antiquated excel limit. We are in 2024 not in 1999.

Pros: Excellent customer support! Ability to customize set up to our organization. Love the ability to drill down information.

Cons: Would like to see more canned reports.

Pros: It has tons of potential to grow with my organization.

Cons: There are still some automations I would like to see implemented.

Pros: Invoicing and Approval process work very well for our facility

Cons: Some of the features in invoicing are not user friendly in my opinion and can be improved upon

Pros: Flexibility and customization allow for tracking of departmental info

Cons: Input screen layouts require a lot of movement to get to key filter fields. Key fields located too far down on screens Standard accounting reports not named what I would expect

Pros: I absolutely love the fact that I have so many different ways that I can look at the financials. The name itself speaks volumes, MULTIVIEW, you can slice and dice to get down to the level of detail that you want.

Cons: Cutting checks for Accounts Payable. We have so many different ways that we can pay an invoice, it would be beneficial for us to be able to select a group of invoices and then select the bank we want to pay them against. Instead, Multiview has a "home" bank that each vendor is tied to, so we have to manually go into the individual invoice and make the change.

Pros: I like the simplicity and ease of use.

Cons: I do not have any complaints on this product.

Pros: It's very customizable when it comes to setting up your data fields, running reports/queries, creating invoices, etc.

Cons: It is not the easiest to learn or navigate the site. It can feel very technical at times.

Pros: Ease of use; ease of customization; ability to write custom reports

Cons: If an error is made in an journal entry, you have to create a whole new entry. It would be nice to have a "reversing" option for that journal. Out system slows down in the afternoon so you spend time waiting for it to catch up and can easily make more mistakes as you don't realize it didn't take your entries completely as you entered them.
