Pros: Booksteam class scheduling software makes running a dance studio so much easier! It lets students easily register for classes online and manage schedules. The Stripe integration is a big plus, payments are quick and automatic, so no more chasing after fees. Overall, it saves a ton of time for our studio.

Cons: Everything seems to be great so far. I especially like the memberships feature, it makes managing recurring students super easy.

Pros: This app makes my life way easier. No more back-and-forth messages or trying to remember appointments, everything’s in one place. In a beginning it's a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it saves a lot of time. Definitely handy if you’ve got a busy schedule or run a small business.

Cons: Don't like that I can't make multiple reminders, only one reminder is allowed, but that's ok, it doesn't really matter, one is good.

Pros: How easy and intuitive the system is. I use it to setup our classes with the membership feature, it all works well.

Cons: It was very hard to find a software that does both, service and class booking while having recurring memberships setup.

Pros: It’s a handy tool for booking appointments online. Saves time and keeps things organized for our Art school. Not perfect, but it does the job.

Cons: The app does not have a constant contact integration so I have to use Mailchimp since they have that. But that's not a deal breaker.

Pros: As a yoga business, we love the booksteam scheduling app! It simplifies booking classes and private sessions for our clients. The online payment feature is incredibly convenient, allowing seamless transactions. Plus, the ability to offer various yoga courses directly through the app enhances our services and keeps our clients engaged. Highly recommend for any wellness business!

Cons: I would like for the waitlist option to be added, but it's not a deal breaker.

Cons: Also really like the mailchimp integration, it's easy to communicate with our clients. Did not find anything bad about the app yet!

Pros: It's been a life saver for us, especially booking classes and accepting online deposits. Customers don't complain which means it's working well.

Cons: Small package only has 5 stuff members included, but it's fine.

Pros: I’ve been using it for the last few years and I absolutely love it! I find it very easy to navigate and my clients find it very easy to use. I recently had to use the support system and received amazing service within minutes!

Cons: Nothing! I love it. I’ve never had any difficulties that could not be resolved through a simple email!

Cons: If you need online scheduling for your business, look no further! Easy to setup, ton of features, online payments and invoices and they don't charge an arm and a leg. After trying about five different software, booksteam was the best value for us.

Cons: I know its not possible to have everything but I wish they made an api available for integration with other services.

Cons: Trial period to be longer than 14 days so we could test it out more.
