Pros: Aims360 has improved efficiency in all aspects of our business. The ability to accurately manage inventory and orders has drastically helped. Sarah has been instrumental and has provided great customer support throughout the whole process, she is the best!!
Cons: We do not really have any cons with Aims360 or our experience. The only slight negative was integrating with some of our exsiting platforms who did not have direct API integrations with Aims360 but we figured out solutions!

Good. It has improved over time and really helped with shipping/invoicing efficiently. Reporting is key areas is good and I recently learned of a new reporting process I feel will help with inventory management. Biggest challenges are some frontend challenges in creating/managing style.
Pros: customer support shipping integration ability to create a canned email (but additional ones for receipt emails would be great)
Cons: inventory and style management - short sightedness in inability to delete parameters if you are using aims for multiple years - size scale challenges recent slowness with current integrations online support difficult to navigate unless you know the "key" word or phrase Aims uses - very hard to find answers, but live support very helpful

The AIMS team is truly like family. From The start they have supported us, partnered with us and have answered any question, anytime we’ve had one. From the early mornings to late nights. We switched over from a very manual software and since integrating with AIMS our processes have been much smoother. We have utilized a lot of AIMS great features and continue to dig into what we could use in the future. Overall we’ve had such an incredible experience and are so grateful for the team we get to work so closely with.
Pros: This software is super user friendly and has a very modern design. It’s very easy to navigate and makes integrating to simply looking up a style a seamless process. I love the ability to have everything at my fingertips. I’ve worked a lot in EDI and having 1 section for EDI alone keeps everything organized for training purposes to doing everyday tasks.
Cons: The only thing I will say is due to the amount of data we have sometimes our connection lags BUT it’s not very often.

Pros: AIMs is easy to use. I am able to keep accurate count of my inventory, can run orders and ship through their website.
Cons: Do not really have anything to complain about, I have nothing but good things to say about aims. Would recommend it to other people

A+++, Seamless with other software, got the training available as we wanted, price was great value and we saved Millions by being able to predict trends and manage inventory and be ahead of where we were from years past.
Pros: The simplicity of the software, it was a bespoke version of what we had with quickbooks, felt centered and focused on the apparel business. I actually was introduced to Aims by my professor of Finance at FIDM and she recommended the brand. Thankfully!
Cons: No complains, I wish we would have delved into more reports, taken more time with the team at AIMS always ready to train us.

Pros: The amazing support team! They were so helpful and responsive!
Cons: Waiting times were occasionally poor, but with as many records as we kept, we understood.

Pros: We are so appreciative of AIMS support and of all the staff that has guided us over our 10 years using AIMS. My warehouse quickly learned all the features. It was one stop shopping for order entry/ picking/packing/invoicing , sending data to our factor and then commissions to the sales teams. Data can be looked at in various ways. Custom programs can be created- we used one for packing in the China factory.
Cons: My warehouse had very few complaints: We do wish we could enter a specific reason for a return on the RA form instead of using generic reasons. Updating or changing an Invoice was not possible- they had to void and create an new Invoice #.

Not my favorite ERP as an ecommerce professional. I need systems to integrate to grow the digital business, and this system did not have what it took to do so.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive ERP for growing fashion brands. Does a decent job in housing wholesale sales info and inventory data.
Cons: I attempted two separate times to integrate the company website to AIMS, and both times we had to abort the project because we ran into issues. When we decided to migrate to Shopify Plus, I was told that the integration would be no problem. Come to find out, it had only been tested on Shopify - NOT Shopify Plus. So eventually, the company moved away from AIMS to Full Circle.

Great!
Pros: The support is swift and very helpful. If used well this can be very helpful for the business.
Cons: Need more Training available with the package.

Cost of goods sold was made clearer using this program allowing us to set our MSRP accordingly.
Pros: being able to get actual cost of items made using the bill of materials. Order picking and invoicing is very simple to use. The program appears to have a ton of functions which could really help if you were a large manufacturer selling to department stores.
Cons: The software is too complicated to use and support is slow to respond and when they do it never completely resolves your issue. Not good for a small manufacturer.

its a pretty simple to use ERP. Unfortunately, tech support is rather poor. they take days and days to get back to you.
Pros: navigation is very simple and can be easily learned. the steps for style input are very basic. its not very intuitive and relies on the fact that there is already a tech pack already done.
Cons: works good for a smaller company. once the company grows bigger, the system starts to have its limitations.

I like the way it's upload function works and it is easy to create an excel file to upload.
Pros: I like some of it's function where it allows you to upload and download from an excel and to an excel. It also has a function where you can email the reports to yourself or someone else directly from the AIMS system.
Cons: I do not like the way it works with the multi-warehousing environment, especially with the OTS report where it does not properly show the orders for the warehouse you have selected.
Tausif K. · Customer Service/EDI · Apparel & Fashion · June 5, 2018
Pros: AIMS360 is a fairly easy system to use. I really enjoy most how self-explanatory the tabs are and there is not much questioning. Understanding what one needs is simple, clear and useful.
Cons: I think the thing I like the least is trying to find what I need. While the system is clear and useful I find it difficult to search for the button I may need if hidden in another section. Also no update notice.
Emily M. · Shipping · June 5, 2018
Pros: I enjoy the ease to work around the software, it is very user friendly. I like that we have various options to search the same thing, say orders...we can search through the orders module and the customer master module.
Cons: i dislike the occasional lag/shut down toward the end of the month. I also wished there was more variety with reports...
CYNDY M. · CUSTOMER SERVICE/EDI COORDINATOR · April 9, 2018
Pros: pro: AIMS360 is easy to understand and use. You're allowed to have multiple tabs open so its easier when navigating.
Cons: cons : AIMS360 can be slow from time to time. This doesn't always happen but it has its moments when it slows down
Daniela L. · data entry · April 5, 2018
The ability to search for detailed information on certain styles efficiently.
Pros: It's very user friendly. Having a feature to upload photos for style/fabric reference is very functional.
Cons: There are some features of reporting that do not entail everything for specific needs but is still useful.
Jenny C. · sales admin asst · Apparel & Fashion · April 5, 2018
It allows me to do my daily tasks at work.
Pros: Easy to learn and execute my daily tasks with. It is also compatible with the most recent software updates on my computer, which also allows for easier usage.
Cons: Internet connection is severly sensitive while using AIMS. Sometimes it causes it to freeze. I've also noticed that speed is affected when AIMS has been used all day.
Sarah D. · Purchasing Associate · Textiles · April 3, 2018
Using this software saves time when entering orders.
Pros: I like being able to export different reports to an excel spreadsheet. By doing this it allows me to customize the reports to where it is easy to review.
Cons: The thing that I like least about the software is that in the late afternoons when I am invoicing or posting payments, the system freezes or I get logged out.
Tia W. · Customer Service Rep · Apparel & Fashion · April 2, 2018
This software benefits us not only in every component of production, but it also is the source for several of our end of month financial reports which is above and beyond what we expected ;-)
Pros: We love the detail in the reports as well as the precise ability to track and manage inventory of even the smallest parts that we use in production.
Cons: We may not use all of AIMS features (we use primarily for production and production tracking) but it gets a little dicey with raw materials inventory when ordering trims for a batch of production. We have been assigning the BOM in each cut to properly allocate ordered materials to the cuts they were intended for. However, this gets complicated when looking at actual stock of materials that we have on hand. Don't quite know what a good solution for that would be. Also, when receiving vendor purchase orders, there is no easy way to allocate the freight costs to the materials in that shipment. Freight changes based on each shipment, therefore fluctuates. We are not comfortable using a plug. This also leads us to costing on finished products that come in the door. It would be great to be able to generate a current cost based on the costs on the last shipment of used materials received.
Lindsey S. · Assistant Operations Manager · Apparel & Fashion · April 2, 2018
Pros: It's ease and simplicity. Navigating through it you quickly realize it has straight forwardness to it. What you put in and is what you get out of it
Cons: When making updates, changes are not applied across functions. It requires a lot of manual input step by step to make sure multiple functions are updated. It can definitely benefit from a refresh given the times, the system feels a little antiquated
Moshe A. · COO · April 2, 2018
Pros: The ease of use and their customer support response. The integration of the software and flexibility to find information is excellent.
Cons: I would like to be able to make more custom reports. There are good pre defined reports but more flexibility to select fields would be helpful.
Michael W. · President · Apparel & Fashion · April 2, 2018
Pros: I have found that the software is easy to teach therefore easy for anyone to learn for the most part.
Cons: Having to change dates when doing several adjustments , same with receiving. Not being able to run a manageable open order report with wip info.
JANICE B. · ops manager · Apparel & Fashion · April 2, 2018
Pros: Many report options, style options, and sometimes the updates bring new features that are very helpful to my day-to-day process.
Cons: I have had issues with a few reports not running the way they used to, and not having the details or organization that they could have. There could be more places to put information on the Customer Details page, so that it isn't necessary to look through multiple tabs to find out, for example, if the customer is delinquent on payment.
Lindsay T. · Accounts Manager · April 2, 2018
Pros: I like that it is relatively intuitive and that customer support is quick to respond to any questions or issues.
Cons: I feel that some features are outdated or could be improved to meet the needs of an ever-changing business environment.
David M. · Director of Operations · Apparel & Fashion · April 2, 2018
Business needs are adequately supported without breaking the bank!
Pros: 1.) Quick and agile deployment (as little as 30-days, as many as 90-days)! 2.) Fully featured ERP capabilities. 3.) Easy integrations with related systems (PLM, WMS, financials, eCom, etc.). 4.) Won't over-complicate a small or start-up business. 5.) Won't over-burden working capital or operational budget!
Cons: 1.) User Interface due for a facelift. 2.) Static reports could be improved (but system offers excellent data export capabilities)
