My Hours delivers good value for money for teams that need straightforward time tracking and project collaboration. Onboarding is easy and the learning curve is minimal. A few friction points around data management and performance hold it back from being a complete solution, but the team is clearly improving the product consistently.
Pros: Great value for money — the features you get at this price point are solid. Dashboard, Insights, and team management work well for project collaboration. Custom columns and budget tracking (monthly/fixed) give good flexibility for managing multiple projects. Time tracking core functionality is reliable, and the learning curve is low for new team members.
Cons: No search in the timesheet user dropdown — have to scroll the full list, which slows down project collaboration at scale. The Projects section loads slowly at times, affecting the time tracking flow. No bulk overwrite via spreadsheet for fixing historical time data — tedious for retroactive corrections. Historical team names aren't tracked, which creates gaps in reporting. Invoicing could be more powerful with better filtering options.

The team has been incredibly responsive in guiding setup and implementation. Our interactions have all been positive, responsive, and most importantly productive. There weren't meetings just to have meetings.
Pros: The ability to tailor it to our specific needs and tasks. It's really been beneficial to dive into specific projects and departments to get a better understanding of our efforts and costings.

I have been enjoying using my hours. It's a great tool as a self-employed professional to keep track of how much time I spend on each project.
Pros: Easy to use interface. Straight-forward reporting. Affordable pricing. Great customer service.
Cons: When I add a new project from the "time log" menu, it doesn't give the option to add pricing with it. I have to go back to the list of projects later and update the pricing there. I also really wish they had a "dark mode" available.

Very good and has helped me organise and track time and costs over various projects.
Pros: Even with the free version it is great for creating reports to show to clients and fantastic for planning and keeping track of projects and tasks within projects.
Cons: Nothing really to dislike, it does what it says on the tin.

I appreciate that there is a free option for me to use for the limited needs that I currently have. If I need pro features in the future, it would make sense to continue using My Hours. I love that it is easy to use and that that phone/computer apps are available

Cons: Thanks to having a free option to be able to use My Hours for my current needs, I have no cons.

poor, time consuming to use, not very well setup for ease of use.
Pros: easy to set up not difficult to learn. interface is ok at best.
Cons: no cookies being used, so if you change screen from a weekly report you end up having to constantly pick the time frame. Developer not interested in what its required to get my business paid... only interested in changes to get them paid... Useless customer service. option to include detailed in invoke would be good. Invoice split by labor and materials would be good . when we close for the winter we will move back to quickbooks or any other software where it remembers my choices, and the development team is response to the customer.

Pros: I like the way it's organised. It's a very easy to use app. And the shareware is really enough for my tiny business company. It helps me focus on the time spent on each project i'm working on. That's very helpful to know what aand where to price !
Cons: Honnestly, I haven't found any cons yet... Maybe I have to use it for a longer time to find any cons...

I looked at several free apps and tried a few. This one was so easy to get up and running. And to customize to suit your needs is a plus. Free version is just right for my needs.
Pros: Easy to set up to work the way you need it. I wanted to switch to military time and this was available. The tasks feature works well if needed. Great you have the ability to see on daily view or weekly. this helps when filling in my timesheet at the end of the week.
Cons: I accidentally deleted a couple days of hours and couldn't find a way to recover. I'm using their free version so maybe available in their paid version.

Really helpful as a freelance consultant. It simplified the multiple spreadsheets I was working with and I can see easily when I've worked over the budgeted hours. Pressing "play" on the hours also helped me not multi-task so much.
Pros: I like that it's simple. I also like that Tasks that have the same name across different Projects are grouped together - it helps me see how much I'm in meetings or doing individual tasks or doing field work.
Cons: There is a weird bug - when I was in the Premium trial, I was rounding to the nearest 15 min. When the trial ended, I couldn't edit any of the Projects created during the trial (e.g. add description or change title) because it was still set to time rounding - a premium feature. It wouldn't let me save the edit because it was stuck on the "this is a premium feature" error.

It's a fantastic tool for consulting professionals to map their work and bill. The paid version also helps manage and monitor teams
Pros: Flexibility and ease of usage and ability to bill my working hours seamlessly

Very smooth, some updates have been done the last couple of months that have improved stability. Now it does exactly what I need. Free plan is perfect for me as a 1 man company.
Pros: As a solopreneur this is the perfect simple solution for hour tracking. No unnecessary additions that make it difficult to use, but exactly what you need.
Cons: Sometimes syncing between devices is slow or you need to reboot the page/app.

I tried a number of time tracking tools before My Hours. I kept moving because they were harder to use than my original spreadsheet. The simplicity and ease to enter time into My Hours is what has kept me using it. Just the right number of features!
Pros: Easy to use. Weekly time entering view is great. Pricing is great.
Cons: Nothing so far! Really, just the right number of features.

Super easy to use and run reports. In my experience, it's better than some more expensive options I've used at the enterprise level (i.e. OpenAir, Workday) - much simpler and more user friendly at a fraction of the cost.
Pros: It has free and paid options, and is really simple to use. I recently started my own small business, and it makes it very easy to track time, and run reports. The tracker also allows you to differentiate between different hourly costs and what hours are billable and non-billable. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive, so there's no time needed getting to know or understanding the software. Compared to other time tracking software, it's very reasonably priced - if you choose the paid options. But there is also great functionality available at no cost too!
Cons: There honestly isn't anything that is top of mind.

Pros: Users can tailor the definitions of projects and tasks to suit your exact client billing requirements.

Very happy with my hours. The free version gives you enough usability to actually try it in depth.
Pros: Three great feaures. It's very easy to categorize how I'm spending my time. Plus if I need at adjust my hours log I can just adjust the duration of the event instead of having to remember the actual start and times. Thirdly, the website and app are both easy to use!
Cons: There are so a lot of ways to organize your time logs by clients, projects, tags, and others which takes a bit to get used to.

As a self employed consultant, one of the hardest things to do is accurately track hours and projects for my clients. Or at least it was until I started using My Hours. Very easy to set up and easier to use, it makes one of the more burdensome tasks a snap. I cannot do my job without it.
Pros: Ease of use. So simple to move from client to client and project to project.
Cons: I have several contracts that are project based. I need to track my hours but I do not need track a $/hour. There is a work around but this seems like a fix that should happen sooner rather than later.

Overall, my experience using My Hours has been good so far. And I have found it to be a valuable tool.
Pros: It is really easy to set up. Day to day it works great. It shows percentages of where I spend time which is really nice. Also, the customer service is very helpful and timely.
Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like about My Hours so far.

The user experience is great! Simple to use, delivers what it offers. The freemium is great and for many more than enough. Also good to organise yoour time and keep track of what you've been doing during the week. Good to follow up with the customers and say this is what's been done this week/month.
Pros: The fact that you can create customers, activities and tags that then you can easily filter on the analytics works very well for me. Also the Week view where you can see all the activities and also the stopwatch option to track activities on the go.
Cons: Haven't found one yet to be honest. Some times when starting a new week in the view week, I have to reorganise all the activities from previous weeks (I can copy them but then cannot modify without modifying the previous weeks).

Pros: It's built quality. It's unique interface. It's feature. Regarding time , management, invoice, track progress my hours is the best choice.
Cons: Below the profile email id shows in capital letter. I think email id should show it's normal format.

Overall, this was the best tool for me to track time and definitely recommend.
Pros: I began using MyHours in 2019 when our subsidiary began managing more clients, and we had to record our time. That subsidiary was eventually dissolved but I still use MyHours to track my time. Their customer support helped me figure out how to change the default view for the detailed report (to view the month at a glance).
Cons: It looks outdated and is a bit clunky/not super user friendly.
