EasyShifts

Pros: What I like most is the immediate schedule update whenever a shift is picked up quick and efficient.

Cons: The print format needs improvement 3 columns fit, but the text is too small and hard to read clearly.

Pros: I think it is easy to use and staff seem to like the fact they can put shifts up for grabs and even pick up shifts right from the site

Cons: The only thing negative to say is that it did take some time to get used to. But the many different things that you can do are great

Pros: When I was first introduced to easy shifts, I wasn't so sure about how easy it was until I started using the program. Creating schedules couldn't be any easier. I absolutely love the program now.

Cons: Once you have created the week to make a change you such as a day off request. You then need to make multiple changes and it becomes rather annoying.

Pros: Scheduling easy, getting emails when shifts are being put up. Staff likes Easyshifts. I like how I can look at schedule different ways.

Cons: nothing that stand out to me. Would be nice to add and take way shift tiles easier. Have not had many problems

Pros: It's user-friendly, the ease a sending a message to all staff, the ability to flag a shift when needed.

Cons: That it doesn't communicate with ADP which would make the user experience easier to navigate when requesting off.

Pros: It allows staff to take control of managing their schedule! It has made it so much easier for staff to pick up & trade shifts quickly. Easy Shifts has eliminated the need for any staffing "spreadsheets" so that all of our staffing data is in one place and we can run reports right from the system. It has saved leadership many hours per week that were spent manipulating the schedule that can now be seen & done at a glance.

Cons: Literally the only thing I want to improve is having Easy Shifts integrate in real time with our service program so that labor hours can directly link to services provided by staff to show productivity in real time. I know this is a goal and being looked at by our EHR/service vendor and Easy Shifts.

Pros: The user-friendly website and app for staff and administration. All staff who are tech savvy or not have no issues with the app.

Cons: That the app does not allow administration connection. I dont want to have to log into the website to complete this.

Pros: The instant notification to staff for any openings or shift location changes is great. It makes scheduling and changes to the schedule so much easier. It is very easy to use.

Cons: I wish that the app had more capabilities. It is frustrating not to be able to adjust shift times from the app, staff are not able to see co-worker numbers because if there are too many tags for the employee they can't scroll to the bottom to see their number. It would just be nice to be able to make more adjustments on the go/mobile basis. The website is great.

Pros: EasyShifts has been a game changer for me as a scheduling manager. It took my workload down by more than half when it comes to managing staff schedules from being. It is easy for the staff to navigate, and manage their schedules without needing a supervisors intervention and time. The customer support is incredible. Their responses are quick and always with a solution. I highly recommend this service for anyone managing staffing schedules, especially for health care.

Cons: Sometimes inputting staff availability is glitchy, but support staff has been very responsive to helping with this.

Pros: Ease of use and ease of tabulating hours of work. Pretty intuitive for the employees and managers. I would recommend this product.

Cons: Lack of ability to remotely clock in. My job requires me, to be able to clock in and out, wherever I am. The phone interface does not allow me to access the icons at the top of the screen. It doesn't allow for maintenance employees.

Pros: Great value for the investment, very easy to use, and excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

Cons: No issues with EasyShifts they offer great value, is simple to use, and has outstanding customer support.

Pros: It is easy for the staff to be able to see who they are working. It makes scheduling easy to do and see. When there is ever any issues Easy Shift customer support gets back to you right away. I like the fact that it coincides with payroll as well.

Cons: When making a shift into 2 different people if there is a hold over I feel like there are too many steps you have to take to be able to do it

Pros: Easy navigation. Mobile app for staff that is easily accessible. Scheduling templates are easy to work with.

Cons: None. EasyShifts has been easy to navigate and I have no issues with the current application as it has been efficient to use.

Pros: It allows me to see what shift I am working and whom I am working with. Log in is faster.

Cons: I really would like to have our hours in total that we can see. For example: I worked Monday, Tues and Wed.....my total hours logged in 24 hours total for the next paycheck.

Pros: It is easy to use and to understand and learn

Cons: it can be time consuming to edit individual shifts

Pros: The set up was quick and the customer support was constantly involved from the front end.

Cons: It doesn't connect with our payroll software which would have been nice to account for tardiness and absenteeism.

Pros: I think that the customer service is the most valuable things. [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful and accessible to help trouble shoot things. The videos he directs us to are very helpful

Cons: It not that I don't like it - but the DON is having trouble getting a master schedule created so it has been kind of time consuming.

Pros: Ease of setting up schedule and shift swapping.

Cons: You can not see anyone else's schedule. Therefore, many FTE double book.

Pros: I am not sure that I "like" anything about Easyshifts from on employee point of view this is just another thing I have to open and look at on a computer.

Cons: That this is another thing I have to open and look at. I also do not that I have to have another app on my phone. My husband can not look at my schedule.

Pros: EasyShifts was easy to set up and transition to. It is so much more convenient for staff to be able to view from home and pick up open shifts/ put their shifts up for grabs. Easyshifts works with you to make your schedule customizable to your company/ department needs.

Cons: Printing options for printing out department schedules is not ideal, but can be done.

Pros: The ease of use with this system, it is a very user friendly system. This makes things easier for myself and team as we didnt need a lot of extra time to learn how to use this system.

Cons: The only con we have found is the intergration with Eldermark, havign to upload a report each week to see how our staffing percentage looks just adds one more thing to our plate, would be nice if EasyShifts and Eldermark intergrated automatically.

Pros: convenient for my staff with the app. also they can see the whole department or just themselves.

Cons: it times out when you have it open, so you have to log in all the time.
