Cons: if you’re managing a larger clinic or need advanced customization, you might want to compare it against alternatives

Pros: Thera Platform is reliable. It is a great value and their customer service is helpful anytime we need to call in.

Cons: I dislike the fact that sometimes the reports are hard to pull. The software glitches and needs to be reset.

Pros: I like that TheraPlatform brings everything together in one place—telehealth, scheduling, documentation, and billing—which makes running sessions and managing my practice much more efficient

Cons: The limited advanced reporting features and the initial learning curve for customizing templates and settings were the aspects I liked least.

Pros: I love the fact that it could take up all the cumbersome part of running my business at a fraction of the cost of delegating it to another company. It is indeed good value for money.

Cons: I was hoping I can use the platform for another business that I have but it doesn’t just suit perfectly.

Cons: Sometimes there are bugs when I have therapy, however it could be my own user error. TheraPlatform is always responsive.

Pros: The thing i like most about TheraPlatform is that it is very easy to use even for the people who are not very comfortable with technology. they can easily log in and join without any problem.

Cons: I think the monthly fee is a bit expensive. and some times the video may freeze when the internet is not strong.

Pros: Simple once you get the hang of things. You can customize to your needs. Easy to lean and teach to anyone else.

Cons: Just the setting up process. Everything else was simple. Leaning curve, but there is always some one to help you

Pros: I really enjoy using Theraplatform as a scheduling, billing, and video session platform. As a speech therapist, I appreciate their constant improvement and responsiveness to questions and suggestions. It's easy to use and I can customize forms and notes, and add resources for use in sessions.

Cons: I would like improvements in the cancellations and deletions of appointments. I should be able to cancel or delete "this and all future appointments" without impacting past completed sessions.

Pros: The Theraplatform is very good and high quality. It is very convenient and easy to use. I am very happy to have it.

Pros: The fact that the app has integrated practice management and secure telehealth Includes calendar scheduling, intake, and billing tools that make my life easier!

Cons: There are occasional technical glitches and some spotty customer service for billing and support issues

Pros: Although TheraPlatform was not created for construction, we have modified it to perform virtual onboarding and safety training for field staff. The videos sessions and screen share are useful in the interactive study.

Cons: The healthcare design is inapproriate for our use. Some custom branding, sexual language and terminology would give it a better targeted appeal for non-clinical industries.

Pros: In improving the execution of ideas in the application, very descriptive and accurate in what it presents to users.

Cons: Some features are limited but accepted by the user and it would be better to make an update explaining these features.

Pros: I enjoyed the use of this platform as it was very user-friendly. Users can take their practices 100% paperless & serve remote clients with the tools

Cons: The only thing I like least about this platform is that TheraPlatform gets responsive some of the time

Pros: the usability, the ease of navigation, the easy access for all the cases and submission of case notes

Cons: the help section was not easily located, the chat or help icon which delays the process of asking for help

Pros: Web based, fairly easy to use. Good for a simple office

Cons: Importing process was terrible. Other components can be finicky. Overall support isn’t bad, but not much help with the importing process

Pros: Love that everything’s in one place — video, notes, billing, etc. Super handy not jumping between apps all the time. Also feels secure, which is huge.

Cons: Video lags sometimes, and mobile version can be glitchy. Took a while to get used to the billing part too.

Pros: This is the main company that owns our current EMR system. It provides features for OT/ST/PT which is what we need and offers a comprehensive telehealth feature. It is easy to use and easy to understand.

Cons: The included form creator, is not that great. It is not customizable in any way except for the wording on the forms. The customer service team is almost never available and you have to wait for a response via email or sit on hold forever by calling.

Pros: I loved how useful it was for virtual sessions.

Cons: I do not have anything I least liked about Theraplatform that I can recall.

Pros: Its it easy to navigate and use. I love that is it seamless across all of my devices.

Cons: When i log in on another devise I have to add all of my users back, which is not that big of a deal.

Pros: Activities and games are very helpful to have and help save time on planning
