L2L Connected Workforce Platform

Pros: the notes feature is nice to be able what happened throughout the day and what the current issues that need to be worked on for the next shift coming in.

Cons: i dont believe that we currently use this feature or know what this feature is.

Pros: This allows us to provide status updates on projects in real time and connect these to different production areas.

Cons: Sometimes it would be good to have more flexibility in linking work orders between significant events rather than having to move the work order from one event to another.

Pros: Easy to use, good functions, helps organize production

Cons: As of now I have nothing to complain about. We use this daily

Pros: A small learning curve but after that fairly simple to use. Our team learned it quickly.

Cons: Mobile platform is a little contentious sometimes.

Pros: It is used by operators to check the QA of the pallets that are put out at this plant.

Cons: The program is not the best for everything, but it works well.

Pros: I like the fact that the L2L dispatch system is easy to create new dispatches for maintenance technicians, and the fact that the dispatches show up nearly instantaneously with the automatic refresh feature on the dispatch page.

Cons: One feature that I would like to be expanded on is the play sound feature. I generally use the filter to change the "trade" type to electrical technicians, and when new dispatches come in the sound sometimes does not play right away.

Pros: I like the simplicity and organization of it all.

Cons: I would say that maybe allow more customization of the layout.

Pros: the platform is really simple and easy to use.

Cons: really did not receive good instructions on how to use the platform so basically had to figure it out on my own

Pros: I like that the platform is easy to use and navigate. most of the page's functions are end user friendly and the ease of workflow is intuitive. separating access to individual as the program is designed is extremely handy when maintaining a workload of dozens of users.

Cons: that i cannot create Follow up Work Order from the list of options when building a checklist.

Pros: What I like most about L2L Connected Workforce Platform is the ease of use from an operator's point of view. Opening dispatches is simple.

Cons: What I like least about L2L Connected Workforce Platform is the system is not validated to my understanding and we currently must use two systems to report dispatches.

Pros: Very easy to use and understand, tracking, data reports and connectability.

Cons: I have not run across anything yet that I'm displeased with.

Pros: easy to use with other applications and software, particularly with the api calls. The documentation is easy to understand.

Cons: basic api features not a lot of customizability. Reached out to L2L in order to customize some fields and api calls but it was not fulfilled due to the lack of demand.

Pros: I like how easy it is to search dispatch activity on the production lines. We also use the inventory control system for spare parts, which is very helpful.

Cons: It is hard to come up with negatives with L2L

Pros: constant updates online progress help know exactly where the lines are at the time and the check that are done

Cons: need to make more user friendly I feel i could use more training to help with that

Pros: Being able to input new machines and equipment and easily being able to input bill of materials for them. It has a very good method for inputting and revising PM work and also scheduling PM work.

Cons: It would be nice to have a more customizable home screen for different departments.

Pros: All the information that is available to get the job done properly.

Cons: Nothing really that I don’t like about the platform

Cons: a bit repetitive but once you learn the system simply to use

Pros: The ability to have access to all performance metrics, dispatches for downtime or running impaired, and comments from the line operators on one screen in the operator portal.

Cons: no cons come to mind. I have had little negative experiences with L2L
