Pros: Ease of development and potential growth. Lots of opportunity for company growth. Great data collection and mining agent.

Cons: Difficult for new developers. Not intuitive for them. Better suited for advanced developers especially companies with difficult processes.

Pros: The customer service team. They want you to push it past it's limit so they can improve it. Their team has quality and compliance experience.

Cons: Like lots of softwares, it take too long to load. That gets frustrating, but it's very worth it. All softwares take time to load.

Pros: The support is awesome. We meet with our coach weekly, and she shows us new features that we are not using. She spends time asking us what we need.

Cons: Really hard to find something that I liked least about SafetyChain. As the Director of FSQA I was not given any direct contact information for our SC coach. Perhaps the Quality Coaches stay up to date with Quality staffing at the locations that they support.

Pros: I appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. SafetyChain helps me with reporting, leveraging real-time data; making it easy to monitor operations and address issues. The customizable dashboards help with data visibility and accessibility

Cons: Some modules feel a bit rigid when it came to customization. System updates would cause minor disruptions. Improved integration with other third-party systems would help make the process smoother overall.

Pros: I like that it is easy to use and basically get everything in one place. I also like that it is super advanced. I have recommended this to a lot of other food manufacturing company about this.

Cons: Ther is a steep learning curve. I wish it was very beginner friendly. But, once you are used to it, it is pretty easy and fun

Pros: The support that I've receive throughout the process has been fantastic. The support team make you feel that you're not transitioning alone when starting to used the software. Safety Chain is used for document management. Using the software this way, it eliminates the long paper process that we had in the past

Cons: The amount of emails when a supplier is overdue is just a small issue with the software. It clog the e-mails with several e-mails with the same messages.

Pros: SafetyChain has been a great way for our team to gain visibility to data that was previously being written on paper and filed away never to be reviewed again.

Cons: SafetyChain is still growing and has some opportunity to learn from Industry on what is necessary to make the platform more user-friendly. There are also some opportunities with larger enterprises as far as managing multi-facilities under a single QMS system.

Pros: Safetychain provides faster reviewing and real time data. It makes auditing much simpler and auditors like it.

Cons: Some features still have room to be more user friendly. We have noticed some persistent bugs with timing out when building forms that have yet to be resolved.

Pros: I enjoy being able to easily build reports and dashboards. Making it very easy for other departments to view the data with one click.

Cons: Its very time consuming when creating a new product and having to add it to each individual form.

Pros: The process of daily tasks was nice with the time to complete and over due status.

Cons: We had several issues with it not letting us log in or crashing

Pros: no need to save paperworks, documentation has been easy. saved lots of time

Cons: there is lot in safetychain and would like to utilize the capacity to max

Pros: Automation of data acquisition, new mobile app is very intuitive

Cons: Old app was not the most intuitive, some form collection APIs collect too much cyclic data

Pros: That they are a company that is focused on creating a product that reflects what their customers want and need. Digital transformation is easy but implementing is challenging due to the human aspect on the plant floor.

Cons: Would have liked to have more/better reporting features and options with more customization. Especially for organizations that do not have the infrastructure for data analysts to set up and use tools like Power BI

Pros: The ability to build and create to meet the needs of our company.

Cons: The load times for some of the features.

Pros: Helpful and helps track and trend data with it being it one place at once

Cons: Sometimes there are features or functions that sre not yet available

Pros: The real life speakers! Realizing that we have so much more to learn and do and create.

Cons: The breakouts were a little face paced.

Pros: The growing option for use. Networking.

Cons: Could have additional technical options. It has been a good pace and kept on time.

Pros: Customer input for enhancements to the system. Active listening via customer panels, beta testing and CSM.

Cons: Some aspects are clunky but the te is actively working towards solutions.

Pros: I love how user friendly safetychain is for everyone. Form Development is intuitive and using the app is just as easy.

Cons: The app uses alot of bandwidth. If the wifi is not adequate then offline mode will be utilized often.

Pros: Doing dashboard and all the data analysis

Cons: Not able too look by lots and place product on hold after pre shipment review

Pros: Ease of use for form creation and use.

Cons: Email notifications are not configurable

Pros: The modern tools, visions, and continuous improvement mindset
