Pros: the beautiful ui/ux makes it easier for us to rate and fill goals in peoplebox

Cons: we do not have comments to give under each goal defined during rating.

Pros: The easiness of use, and filtering and assigning the tasks to employees

Cons: the ui can be enhanced so that its easier to track all the employees tasks daily

Cons: Nothing as a such. All features are good.

Pros: A great tool that provides the feature of checking-in your goals timely.

Cons: The review shared by managers is not visible to reportees.

Pros: A given goal can be progressed at any point of time during the quarter period. This is what I had felt very useful from this tool.

Cons: The UI is little bit confusing because the KEY RESULTS are somewhere inside the main goal. They should be highlighted atleast if the number of such key results for a main goal are above some threshold value.

Pros: Easy to maintain goals and keep a track of it, good for collaboration and reviewing

Cons: Difficult to navigate, too many sub fields to maintain for each task

Pros: Ease of usage to add goals. IKR and OKR feature helps to align our goals with the organization at ease.

Cons: Editing goals is not so user friendly as I had to reach to HR to understand the same.

Pros: If I had an option for 4.5 stars, I would use it. Peoplebox has an easy interface that is very intuitive. It captures most of the key areas you need to focus on with employee coaching, reviews, and goal setting. It good features to that end, such as action items, private notes for 1:1 meetings, shared notes for 1:1 meetings, and performance tracking for a manager to chart their employee performance over time.

Pros: Single platform for OKR and performance metric tracking, reviewing, and socializing + great with 3rd party integration like Google Sheets or Slack

Cons: The templates can be a little tricky to work with and show the exact progress, which takes some time to align everyone on the presented view + can be slow at the time

Pros: All reviews, Goals setting nad One on One meeting can be done effectively

Cons: Bit difficult to understand at first but it's okay now

Pros: It can give you the experience of having a business manager but in a software! Options for OKR and performance reviews and management and task organization features.

Pros: I am able to track my tasks in day-to-day work in the most efficient way. Its 1:1 feature is really good. Also, the task tracking feature and its integration with Slack and Jira are flawless.

Cons: It went down for a couple of days last week. We weren't been able to use it. It was a blocker for us.

Pros: The best is the integration with Jira, Trello, etc. Slack reminders.

Cons: 1:1 functionality could be improved like sync with the calendar for 1:1 is not that good it's does not work as expected and the UI Can improve, too many clicks one has to do.

Pros: I am really enjoying the 1:1 feature. It provides lots of accounbility and clear data to support the work.

Cons: The initial loading screen is kind of problematic. I've never waited around to see what happens after my initial login because it just seems stalled.
