GoReminders

Pros: We like the ease of use and the certainty and flow it brings to our busy clinic. Really easy to use, my assistant was able to learn the program quickly. Great value for the money and easy to manage patients when we have snowstorm or electricity outage. It also gives our clinicians and doctors a sens of security as they know patients are gonna show up.

Cons: Only downside is the lack of compatibility with Apple iCalendar. I wish it would all quickly sync together.

Pros: I had shopped around for different appointment apps prior to using GoReminders and have found that their interface is both the easiest to use on the market and the most affordably priced.

Cons: I'd like to reply to customers directly without the addtional service fee. Sometimes they'll reply with a question and I have to respond to them from a different number. However this fee is a reasonable price, all things considered.

Pros: It's ease of use. This is one of the most user friendly applications I've tried. The price is right for the features and functions a single practitioner like me needs.

Cons: Though it does feed your scheduled appointments into your calendar, a calendar widget for the phone would be better. It isn't a bidirectional feed from your personal calendar.

Pros: It's very easy to use GoReminders and navigate between clients. Sometimes I need to look at two or three at once and that is no issue.

Cons: I think it would be better to update the notification settings. Not everyone needs to be notified about everything and I wish we could customize that more.

Pros: It just works in the background—sending reminders to clients without us having to chase anyone. It’s saved us a lot of time and definitely reduced missed appointments, especially during busy periods.

Cons: What I liked least about GoReminders is that it’s a bit limited in customization. Sometimes I wish I had more flexibility, and the interface could feel a little more modern.

Pros: Is more easy for me because I have a lot client and I don’t need more send a message for confirmation

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. The app is very user-friendly and well-designed. If I had to mention something, it would be great to see even more customization options in future updates

Pros: The fact you have everything in one place. You can do multiple things within one platform. This is where it becomes a game changer.

Cons: Learning curve was a little hard. I’m not so tech savvy, which is why it was probably a little bit hard, but I got through it.

Pros: Love how easy it is to schedule appointments and set up reminders. Also so easy to message and email clients directly. Email notifications when messages received. Compared to my previous booking system is it much better value for money as has so much more features and much easier to use. Also like that you do not have to use all the features if not suitable for you business type.

Cons: So far I have found no Cons with using the GoReminders system. Everything I need for my business is working as I need it too.

Pros: I like that it saves me so much time and that it is fairly simple to learn. I love it that the staff at GoReminders is so responsive to questions, kind, always makes themselves available and come up with good solutions when needed. I never felt alone in trying to learn this program (which again is quite self explanatory on many levels).

Cons: The only thing I wished is that I could send one reminder two two people, like a couple who will consult with me together, and that both their phone numbers and e-mails could be entered in that one reminder.

Pros: The hands-off scheduling for my employees- no longer a need to come into the office for schedules, the schedules load directly on their phones.

Cons: I have had issues with keeping the information in the notes section per account; I normally have to re-enter information.

Pros: We've used GoReminders for over five (5) years and found that it greatly increased our initial consultation rate, resulting in more new clients for our business. It allows us to send general appointment reminders or client-specific details to our current clients, which our clients really appreciate. We're big fans of the SMS/text feature as well. Since smartphones make texting second nature for everyone, it provides an effortless way to send brief updates or reminders to clients who might otherwise be hard to reach.

Cons: There is nothing that we do not like about GoReminders. It's perfect for our business communication needs.

Pros: I have been using GoReminders for about 5 years now and it is a lifesaver for my business. I work in early intervention and service an array of families. I travel to each of them and often times am scheduling visits for an entire month out. It is a life saver in terms of saving me time, in not having to text every family throughout the month or the day before to confirm appointments. My settings are initial alert, 24h reminder and 2 hour reminder and parents love the ease and use of confirming and canceling right from a message. I ahve contractors who are on my team, it takes me very little time to show them how to use the app. I love that I am able to add them to my team and they are able to use for their appointments as well! I recommend this app and site to all of my colleagues as it is a true lifesaver and makes working so much easier! I love how it links right to all of my calendars and my appointments are easily seen from my Google or Apple calendar.

Cons: I do feel at times the message length was a little longer as I have had to be creative with the amount of characters so the families aren't receiving 2-3 messages each time a reminder is sent.

Pros: What did I like most about GoReminders? probably Our ability to remind customers of their appointments.

Pros: What I like most about GoReminders is how simple and reliable it is. It takes the stress out of communicating with customers by making reminders effortless and professional. The interface is easy to use, the messages go out on time, and it helps reduce no-shows without me having to constantly follow up.

Cons: So far I haven't come across anything that I really don't like about GoReminders. It truly meets all my communication/reminder needs and then some.

Pros: Has stopped me double booking ! And there are near to none no shows as the customers receive a text reminding them in the days before .

Cons: Still learning but but the the grid is small on my phone znd hard to select certain booking if close togeather , there is no app for android yet ??

Pros: GoReminders is very intuitive and easy to use. I can quickly and easily add my appointments for the week for my small business. There are many features that help organize my schedule and save time. The cost is extremely affordable for my needs and I’ve been supported through the process.

Cons: I don’t have any cons with GoReminders however I haven’t used the more advanced features of the app. I look forward to trying them in the future as my business grows.

Pros: GoReminders has been a great tool, i love that its not expensive. That my clients receive reminder messages, its easy to use and trouble-free

Cons: I dont like that my phone cant download the app, I cant see time slots on the calendar, maybe that would be different on a laptop im using my phone

Pros: I love how user-friendly and intuitive it is. There are very few barriers to entry for even the lowest skilled of schedulers out there. It is quick, easy, and the app is super useful as well.

Cons: The only thing I'd change about GoReminders if I could would be the tiny add-ons for different features. I understand that this may be useful to keep the standard price low overall, but it can feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed at times. Maybe it's just a psychological thing. I think the price, overall, is quite competitive.

Pros: The service has been really easy to use. Our customers have mentioned it's been one of the more easier docu signing they have used. It makes it real easy to reach a lot of our customers with reminders of their appointment. It's easier to know that it was received rather than leaving a message. It also always our customers to cancel and reschedule their appointment quickly.

Cons: There isn't anything that I have found that I dislike about the service. It's made our appointment confirmations so much easier.

Pros: We have struggled with our clients following up to our emails and were looking for a way to text them to confirm scheduled deliveries. Most of the options we examined did more than what we wanted or were not as customizable as GoReminders. GoReminders did exactly what we needed at a price point better than their competition.

Cons: After joining I got bombarded with emails every day on a variety of topics. I was able to go into setting to change this but it was a little annoying. No product is going to be perfect, but we found the customer support at GoReminders to be excellent and we are able to leave feedback for future improvements.

Pros: I like that the message is sent by text & email to the employee. It is confirming they received the schedule appointment. I also like they have to confirm the message

Cons: I don't like that the choices you make for services does not match for the Label choices. I don't know if this is an internal issue or issue with go reminder

Pros: When you don’t want your contacts to have to download an app, this was the best and most efficient way to reach out to others in a timely manner! Our group absolutely loves this way of communication.

Cons: Maybe too many emails? So far, we don’t have anything to complain about! The software is easy to use and quick to navigate through.
