It is phenomenal, ClayHR has the potential to do more, sometimes you just need to speak to your representatives and they’ll help you unlock lots of capabilities.
Pros: Ability to assign and take test and learning on ClayHR, payroll, employee performance, leaves, security, Goal setting, and having a document library
Cons: HR are not able to print out certificates after the user has passed a test assigned, it’s only the user who is able to print certificates.

It is good. I think the advantages are worth more than the disadvantages. It is user friendly. Superiors are able to know when subordinates are not around
Pros: It is not complicated to use. It is easy to see your leave days, the ones used and the ones left. It is confidential. The bosses are able to review the performance of the the subordinates. Payrolls are being worked on easily. It is worth the money put into it
Cons: You are unable to attach alot of documents at a time. It only allows for one document at a time. You cannot request for different stationeries at a time

It's user-friendly and we are able to track expiration of licenses, engagement and aligning in our HR processes. Now, the ATS sends automated acknowledgment emails and interview reminders. This boosted employee morale and saved HR countless hours of chasing managers. Centralized Employee Records We previously maintained files in different folders and spreadsheets. During audits, HR had to scramble to pull out data. Now, everything from offer letters to training certificates is stored in one place. When the labor inspector visited last month, we retrieved documents in minutes instead of hours. It created a very professional impression for the company.
Cons: Some employees, especially those not tech-savvy, struggled in the first few weeks. For example, a senior manager accidentally approved leave requests without reviewing properly because he was unfamiliar with the interface. I work as the Human Resource and Administrative Manager for an Operating and Maintenance Company in the Power Generation (Energy) sector in Ghana and the ClayHR platform makes it easy to track significant milestones of employees including birthdays, work anniversaries among others. this is even aside the core reason why we procured the software, which is to enhance our performance management. Their support team is highly reliable, and we are considering procuring other features to improve the HR and Administration experience in the company.
Pros: We’ve been using ClayHR for our performance management processes since January 2024, and it has significantly simplified how we conduct performance reviews and end of year performance evaluations. The platform is user-friendly, customizable, and supports seamless goal tracking, real-time feedback, and appraisal workflows. It has helped us improve transparency, align employee goals with company objectives, and save time on administrative tasks. Overall, ClayHR has enhanced both the efficiency and effectiveness of our performance management system.
Cons: None at the moment, but as and when it comes up, I will update the platform to enable users see what could be improved.

We have been using ClayHR for the past 6 years and are very happy in overall. : We recently had an issue with payroll import due to a change in our payroll processor’s PDF format. ClayHR’s support team was fast and responsive – they fixed the issue right away, and everything is working perfectly now. This level of support and attention to detail is why we love using ClayHR!
Pros: Support team are always very helpfull and resolutive. Response given quickly and our requests are always met.

We’ve been with ClayHR since 2022 and the experience has been great. It’s a great system and it’s an ongoing relationship. We still meet with our Account Manager monthly (it moves to weekly when we are busy with implementation), and that level of support, even three years in, is a big reason why we're still with them.
Pros: After reviewing a number of HR systems, ClayHR stood out as the easiest to use, both for us in HR setting it up and for our employees actually using it. Rolling out the different modules has been incredibly smooth and our Account Manager has been amazing throughout the process. She really holds our hand through each implementation and takes the time to walk us through new features, which is great because ClayHR is constantly adding useful updates that actually improve how we do HR. The workflows and approval processes have been a huge time-saver too, it's so much easier to get input and sign-offs from the right people without anything slipping through the cracks.
Cons: Honestly, there aren’t really any major cons. What’s been great is that even if the system doesn’t currently do something we need, our Account Manager always takes our feedback to the engineers and more often than not, they’re able to customize or tweak the system to suit our needs. That level of flexibility and support has been amazing!
