Cons: I keep having trouble with getting payments through the system. I keep taking pictures of my id but it won’t verify it

Pros: So easy to use for the therapist and client use experience. Online booking is a breeze along with checking the client out.

Cons: No cons at this time. My entire experience has been excellent, as has my clients'. I can't think of anything that I would like to see changed at this time.

Pros: I love how people can by and it is amazing they give great deals. I love how it’s easy to add services and remove services.

Cons: The only issue I ran into is that you cannot change the order of memberships like you can services for your website.

Pros: Ive been using Gloss for a few years now and it has been the EASIEST transition. I didn’t even have to set up my client transfer at all! I’m able to color code appointments making it easier to see my schedule clearly. The website is easy to customize and easy to use for my clients! They prefer booking with Gloss than the last platform we used! I’m able to choose the payment percentage and absorb the cost of have it paid by the clients. The processing times are immediate as well as the payouts. I love the customization we’re able to do with every corner of the app. The features that come with the app are endless and ever changing making the price 100% worth it! My favorite part about Gloss is that they care and they listen to the professionals using it. Every update has been a request made my us! I’ve also never had an issue with payments or security with my clients cards. I feel secure and safe continuing use of this platform!

Cons: There’s not anything negative I can say, only suggestions to make. When opening the calendar can we have an automatic default to the same day. I’ve made the mistake of booking a clients appointment in a rush on the same day as the previous booking 😅Also it would be helpful to be able to click the booking time wanted without the secondary screen pulling up a random time when rebooking. Also I’d like to request that the emailed messages are able to be answered in app. I’ve missed a couple lost in my email pile up.

Pros: The ease of setting up. I love the ease of the POS system. Low processing fees. Love that my clients get reminders. Running reports is super easy and I love the goal tracker as well.

Cons: My only thing I'd like to see them do is being able to merge two tickets together, but other than that no complaints.

Pros: I love how it helps the stylist be the most successful possible and the customer service is incredible!

Cons: That I can’t book to haircuts in one service. For example, 2 kids haircuts on the same ticket in the same family.

Pros: Where to start? My business is a before and after GG, my time management. client satisfaction, website, scheduling and payment processing are always on point thanks to this app. I recommend GG 100% if you want to step up your game and also get value for your money.

Cons: Not much options for services descriptions, it will be great to add pics of products to recommend with booked service. Also, mail campaigns are very limited

Pros: The ease of scheduling appointments for my clients! There’s no learning curve for the average consumer with really helps since my clients are older.

Cons: I have yet to have an issue with the app! It’s great value for what I’m able to do between interacting with my clients and adjusting schedules in real time with proper notifications.

Pros: The ease of navigating through the platform gives me peace of mind. Even with some of the features I had trouble with or are unfamiliar with, if the automated system was unable to answer my question, I always received a great response emailed to me by one of the staff members.

Cons: I created memberships within the platform when it was first launched. There are still some bugs to work out in the details with those, but overall, I am happy.

Pros: I love having everything I need in my app,easily accessible and secure! I also love the fact that I can have it on multiple devices, so I always have a form of my schedule on me.

Cons: I don't necessarily like that I have to pay for gold to get a SOAP note format; I feel the app is set up more ideally for cosmetology than for massage,unless you pay more.

Pros: All of it ! I went back to work for myself in 2025. The last year I did that was from 2004-2011. Gloss Genius has been CRAZY easy & comprehensive to use when I realized that technology had left me behind from traditional business bookkeeping. I've had zero problems setting it up & maintaining my business. Multiple videos to assist me as well. My clients are at ease as well booking their appointments along with the secure payment process. I also love the ability to move appointments at a moments notice for myself AND my clients ! That adds to the value of its services for my business. It has been a HUGE relief knowing that Gloss Genius is there during each step with reliable services for all my business needs.

Cons: The only thing I haven't like was when it was shut down for a day. Nothing else to say. I love Gloss Genius.

Pros: Is so easy and convenient! First time opening my suit and gloss genius is been my best friend in this process!

Cons: I want an option to add their mailing address when booking. And also a P&L report. More customization for automated text message would also be helpful.

Pros: How easy it is for my clients to navigate! Not only is it a breeze for them to find services and dates, but it’s also convenient for them to reschedule if/when needed.

Cons: The “time after appointment” accumulation when a client books more than one service. For example, if I have 5 minutes after each service, and a client books 3 services, it adds 15 minutes after their appointment when I only need the 5!
