Pros: I love that it syncs with my Google Calendar so I’m able to see my personal and business appointments together at a quick glance.

Cons: The app can sometimes be a bit slow so I just close it and restart it and then it works just fine but that could also just be my phone.

Pros: Good thing is that it has Appointment automatic reminders. You can choose if the message is from your phone number or an automated number

Cons: Very tricky when trying to set up deposits. When requested the help I needed an AI email was received as a response.

Pros: What I liked most about Goldie was how easy it made scheduling and booking appointments. The app is very beginner friendly and helps keep everything organized in one place. I also liked the automatic reminders and messaging feature because it helped reduce no-shows and made communication with clients simple. It’s affordable for small businesses and saves a lot of time.

Cons: One thing I liked least was that some features are limited unless you pay for the upgraded version. Sometimes the app can feel a little slow or glitchy when updating appointments, and I wish there were more customization options for booking and client management.

Pros: i love that there are multiple amazing things that are offered. especially the marketing messaging that is included. and it is for an AFFORDABLE price, you don’t have to pay additional

Cons: the app can be a little hard to navigate sometimes. i’m also not necessarily the. biggest fan of the calendar set up on the app.

Pros: It works how I need it to work. Good support with setting up and migrating the data. The website looks great

Pros: I like that there is an email sent out to clients to prompt them to leave a review! I really enjoy hearing what my clients have to say.

Cons: What I liked least was I came over from another scheduling app and had to learn how to navigate Goldie.

Cons: Appointment forms aren’t automatically shown to client after confirming their appointment would prefer if that was done

Pros: Goldie is really easy to use, especially for managing appointments and keeping everything organised in one place. The booking system is straightforward for both me and my clients, which cuts down on back-and-forth messages. I also like the reminders and scheduling features — they help reduce no-shows and keep my day running smoothly. Overall, it saves time and makes running a business feel more streamlined.

Cons: Customers can book 24/7 Clients can keep track as well as me and can access the appointment any time

Pros: The interface for my clients and the user friendly experience. I love the app and the layout of the different websites.

Cons: Some of the limitations on customizations to the website and also in the backend for me to be able to have control over certain things.

Pros: Easy to book now I don’t get missed appointments and my scheduling has got a lot better! No bugs or issues like I had with other sites and easy communication between me and clients messaging

Pros: I love that I can add all my appointment dates and times, and the automated message system; word really well for my customer base.

Cons: I find that it can be a little complex to work on a phone over a laptop. The layout is harder to use than on a laptop

Pros: The free version worked very well for what I needed when I was part time grooming. I was able to keep client info saved and never had any outages

Cons: It reminded me to send reminders, but I had to go send them myself. This was with the free version. So even with that I was forgetting or got too busy to send the reminders myself as i was working 2 jobs

Pros: The efficiency of payments for clients to be able to make a payment and it automatically book the session very quickly

Cons: How long payments take to be recieved as it can take up to 4 business days with my recent experience

Pros: I love how I can send out a link to clients so they can see when I'm available. No more back and forth. I really like the confirmation and reminders of appointments. It is nice that you can set it up to book appointments by other appointments. That way to don't have hours of down time when you first start out.

Cons: The only thing that I can say I dislike at this point is the price. Don't get me wrong it saves you time and everything is in one spot. Could there be an option like pro but for new business owners? For example, if you have under 50 clients pro is less expensive. I think I use most of the services available but I don't use it all that often since I don't have a huge clientele.

Pros: Goldie makes it easy to track specialized inventory and bill customers. Recieving payments are lightning fast and Goldie ads a level of legitimacy for those starting out in business. Customers love the option to pay online.

Cons: Its not a huge deal at all, but the app could use a facelift with a default option thats not a calendar. I can see people confused as what to do.

Pros: I absolutely love it , I love how I don’t loose money from no showing clients as I can keep their card on file and charge for no shows

Cons: It’s a little expensive but still worth every penny as I don’t lose out on any money if someone decides not to turn up

Pros: So easy for clients to book their time slots, with clear pricing and timing. I opted for the paid package, which to be honest - is a little expensive - but it does exactly what I need. Love the ability to message clients via the app, so I don't have to use my personal number....

Cons: Could benefit from a few features and upgrades: Would like the ability to "Archive" a client rather than just deleting them. Would also like the ability to revert a payment back to not paid with out all the faff.

Pros: Very good value for money and gave me piece of mind regarding payment security when starting up my new business. I like that you can have everything you need in one place and it is easy to amend your website and booking system Starting a new business was extremely daunting and I didn't know where to start in terms of a website or client forms and Goldie helped me feel less overwhelmed and allowed me to enjoy setting up my business

Cons: Wish I could change the calendar to stay in monthly view and wish there were more dog grooming related forms such as grooming records and body maps which would be extremely helpful and more dog grooming related social media templates

Pros: I just love it. Makes my life as a hairstylist a lot easier with the press of a button. Organized, simple and inexpensive

Cons: Nothing. There is nothing I can complain about with Goldie. Won’t use any other booking site . Thank you Goldie

Pros: I love how easy it was to set up! I'm not a technical person so I really appreciated the emails I received step by step to set up my site, card reader and how to's every step of the way. Scheduling and management of appointments is very easy and secure. Great value for the money! I love getting updates from options I can still add and suggestions to make my site better.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. I was scared to try because I'm not technical but Goldie made it easy to understand and shipped my card reader fast!
