Great product overall and worthwhile getting if you get at the right price. They still need to improve some basic functionality.
Pros: They made a serious effort to fix bugs and improve the user interface. The customer service response has improved astronomically.
Cons: There's still no support for time component to deadlines, a very basic feature for a task management system. A lot of their connectivity with third-party resources like Microsoft is not accepted by many organizations due to security issues. They need to improve their security certification level.

The user experience is fluid and the interface is incredibly clean. It is the perfect tool for anyone suffering from "tab overload" who wants to take back control of their time. Despite a few missing features, the workflow and the support team make it a top-tier choice.
Pros: Akiflow has radically changed the way I manage my day. The ability to consolidate tasks from multiple platforms into a single calendar view is unparalleled. A special shout-out goes to Cecile from the support team: her assistance was fast, extremely friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find such attentive and human-centric support in a SaaS product.
Cons: While the app is excellent, there are two specific features I am missing: Event Templates: It’s currently missing the ability to create templates for events, which would significantly speed up the creation of recurring but non-identical appointments. Custom Video Call Links: The video call integration feels a bit rigid. I would love the ability to natively set personal links from other communication apps instead of being limited to the default Meet or Teams options.

Amazing. Great way to stay on top of multiple projects and in some cases, side hustles. The mobile app is much better tha
Pros: Open time slot sharing is seamless. AI features are on point . Amazing product support and customer obsessed company.
Cons: Required corporate it to approve integration. Would like to be able to integrate its context into more popular AI tools like perplexity

So far I'm LOVING Akiflow - it's helping me organize and actually complete my brain dump of things that I need to get done, personally and professionally.
Pros: The onboarding process with the representative assigned to me, [sensitive content hidden], was wonderful! Super easy, she answered all the questions I had and then showed me some other things I wasn't aware the software could do.
Cons: They're not SOCII compliant which means, unfortunately, I'm unable to integrate some of my clients' calendars.

So far, I am satisfied because it works relatively well as a single source of truth. There is much that can be improved in terms of defining tasks, and I would like to have more capabilities for the integrations with Slack and similar tools (for example pushing new tasks from Akiflow directly).
Pros: I started using Akiflow to have a single source of truth for my various apps. I needed a place where all tasks come together, giving me an overview of what is still on my to-do list. Akiflow has a sleek user interface, and I like that it elevates tasks (instead of the calendar kanban view). I also like the integration with WhatsApp for ease of adding new tasks. The AI tool works relatively well.
Cons: I would like better clarity around the difference between tasks, events, blockers in the calendar. It gets confusing, and the app does not handle it well. Also, depending on how you define tasks, they get visible (or not) in the main calendar, which means that you will only rely on the main inobx, making most of the other features less valuable. The integrations with Slack and Clickup are okay (only one-way), and they can get confusing (new tasks appear when you flag messages in Slack, for instance). It is definitely an expensive tool, and I don't think the price is justified.

I really enjoy the help with scheduling, seamless sync with other calendars, and reminders that even come to my watch!
Pros: I enjoy the ease of scheduling reoccurring tasks for the months ahead, the color coding for tasks and how it helps tie my schedule together in my brain.
Cons: There is a need for manual adjustment in time slots instead of the syste. Being able to calculate and auto input the time values.

I really like Akiflow. I've been looking for a way to centralize my tasks from the various platforms I use, into one place. I wanted something that could give me mindfulness when planning but also be able to handle the multiple roles that I juggle at work and home. I find the visuals calming and pretty intuitive.
Pros: I like the user-friendly interface and find the set up visually appealing. I love how it connects with the platforms I use heavily and allows me to centralize my task management in an efficient way. And being able to talk details to Aki is great.
Cons: I've been using subtasks heavily in Microsoft To Do and would love to see that functionality here. I'd also like a "save" button when I'm updating a task. I find it a little challenging to see if my updates have posted and have lost some information from exiting a task too soon.

it's great, i used it for only a few days but i already feel like a lot more organized. i would suggest adding the following features: - add location to tasks and slots - allow slack integration with less permissions (e.g. only integrating dms) - summary statistics on specific recurring events (e.g. summary to see how many times i went to the gym last month) - integrate functionality to map iphone's action button to the akiflow's voice chat - add a functionality to take an event from calendar A and block the same time window in calendar B with a click of a button - add time of day + day of week combination setting to change the default event visibility to a specific calendar (e.g. all events marked visible by default from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, and invisible by default otherwise to my work calendar) - bundle tasks to events if they share the same time slot - automatically change the content of an event on calendar if i switch back and forth between different visibility settings/ content of the event.
Pros: i like the fact that i can integrate more than 1 google calendars and more than 1 note taking tools into the app. the visibility setting for events is also great. I also had a very good experience in the free onboarding call with Ms Peache Torren, who was infinitely patient with my barrage of questions. Thanks Peache!
Cons: sometimes it's confusing to know which event/ task is visible to which calendar. it especially doesn't help when projects also have similar colors to the colors of the calendar. it would be great if the ui/ux can be improved so i can tell easily.

Overall experience is good, [sensitive content hidden] and other team members are helpful. The product is good and there is a integration for almost everything. They have native apps on all the platforms. Akiflow really helped me in getting organised better.
Pros: I really liked how you can integrate all your accounts , Multiple Teams, Slack, Calenders, Clickup and Jira. Being a Project coordinator this really helped me. Besides their support team really helped me getting everything integrated fast. Especially [sensitive content hidden], He helped me a lot during onboarding.
Cons: The one feature that i would believe will be nice to have is to attach documents and media files with a task.
Jaykishan D. · Project Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · October 3, 2025
Pros: The product is a great value for the price. I have reached out to their customer service team twice and both times they were super helpful. Peache from their customer service team was super understanding and responded to my messages quickly.
Cons: The chat with Aki feature does not always do what you ask it to. It's a great concept and hopefully with some tweaks it will become an even greater asset to this software.

So far so good, great customer service. The onboarding call was really helpful to understand better how the platform worked
Pros: It's well designed to organise my calendar more efficiently. The tasks section looks a little overwhelming at first but the onboarding call was great at showing me around
Cons: I think there's a danger of "over organising" and I spend so much time organising my tasks that I don't actually do them!

[sensitive content hidden] was my Akiflow Onboarding Specialist - she was very helpful, with lots of informative & tips, And especially patient with all my questions, providing expert advice/guidance.
Pros: I like the functionality across all my Calendars, Tasks, and the way Akiflow is allowing me to streamline & better manage my time, across my life & work. Akiflow is going to have a positive impact to my life!
Cons: I'm in the early stage of using Akiflow - for now, i'm happy with the app, and have no issues or flags to report.

Overall experience is good. Onboarding call with [sensitive content hidden] was really helpful. She gave some amazing productivity tips during the short call. I'll be exploring this more before I proceed for subscription.
Pros: It has an easy flowing and intuitive interface. The timeblocking features are amazing and the way work gets visualized is also user friendly. Integration of multiple calendars, and initiating meeting requests from within Akiflow - that saves a lot of effort.
Cons: Nothing much. Exploring the tool right now. 1 thing that could help - a collaborative team calendar to be able to visualize work getting done and available time slots.

Akiflow is my second brain in-terms of managing my time. I don't know how to function without it. It integrates with everything in my workflow so that I know all of my tasks are going to be in one place when I need them.
Pros: Their Customer support team is fantastic - quick to respond, and always extremely helpful. The unified inbox, and general task management structure are extremely helpful
Cons: Every so often, tasks from integrated sources will schedule themselves for weird times. The price is a little high.
Austin M. · Self Employed · Music · October 1, 2025
I enjoy how I can reorganzie and drap and move around tasks and events. I also like how quick and responsive the customer support is.
Pros: I love the that it combines my calendars work and personal and allows for timeblocking and task stacking in blocked times. It also allows me to go as zoomed in or out as I want.
Cons: It takes sometime to set up and transfer from whaterer you current methods are. Also takes some orientation to use. I am still not sure how to use it to its full potential, it is not inuitive. But once you overcome the learning curve, it will be a extremely essential tool

I would never recommend Akiflow to anyone as their team don't have the customers best interest at heart. I felt unsupported by the company and have only had bad interactions with team members - when I've been able to get a hold of them, which is extremely difficult.
Pros: Nothing. Only bad experience with the product and team. I have nothing positive to say about the company.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Difficult to get a hold of any team member and lacks support for customers.
Mary M. · Accountant · Accounting · May 28, 2025
I've had it only a short time but I can already feel the anxiety leaving my body
Pros: Hard to know where to start! It solves every problem I've ever had related to task/time management - absolutely incredible.
Cons: I can't think of anything right now :) I'll try to find something haha

A+++ for the functionality, intuitiveness and for the stellar customer support! This is the first time in a decade that a customer support representative truly knew the tool and the needs of their client. So refreshing!
Pros: Functionality and A+++ customer service from Jeson!
Cons: I had a glitch with syncing with Asana (which the developers fixed) and would like to be able to schedule 30 min calls after the first as I was having sync issues.
Shawna J. · Owner · Accounting · October 25, 2024
A great tool that's perfect for a multiple of disciplines - I've even started using it in my daily life.
Pros: Integration with all the tools I use, particularly the great slack integration. Command bar interface, with availability everywhere. Slots are a great feature that help with time boxing.
Cons: Mobile app is still in beta, and could do wit a lot of polishing up. For example, the inference of dates, durations etc doesn't work as well as desktop, Slack saves could have a pop up that allows you to add planning info, like when you create a Polly.
joe c. · Data scientist · Computer Software · September 2, 2024
Pros: I love it that it's so easy to create and organize tasks both on Macbook and on the phone!
Cons: Sometimes it's a bit difficult to navigate through existing tasks.
Anna M. · Business Development · Information Technology and Services · August 23, 2024
Great - customer service team is amazing - Jason is awesome so friendly and helpful always!
Pros: Flexibility to move tasks around Projects and tags The colour scheme and design
Cons: Often experience crashes Hard to jump to a random date in the future - much easier experience in Apple calendar. I use Apple calendar when I’m trying to schedule something in the future and that’s frustrating
Josh B. · Not applicable · Media Production · August 18, 2024
Overall a lovely tool to organise your day to be productive.
Pros: Simple to create tasks allowing me to plan the day and week ahead. The daily planning rituals are good habits to get into. It also has a good integration with Slack, if I save a thread or link to be consumed later, that automatically comes into my Akiflow inbox.
Cons: I would love for the tasks created in Akiflow to also flow into Notion. As far as I'm aware, I can only get Notion tasks to flow into Akiflow but not the other way around.
Anonymous User · Analytics Engineer · Computer Software · August 6, 2024
I have been very happy with Akiflow for planning my day and seeing all my tasks in one place.
Pros: Akiflow pulls everything together to see the full picture of your day. Instead of checking in multiple project management tools for tasks, it puts them in one spot and checks them off in the pm tool when you're done. Keeps me from having to be in multiple tools throughout the day.
Cons: Would like AI scheduling for tasks to plan out my day.
Beth S. · OBM · Management Consulting · August 1, 2024
One of the finest calendar and todo apps I've ever used.
Pros: The ability to integrate tasks and calendars, ease of use, ability to block time, and the use of keyboard shortcuts.
Cons: Taking too long to create a native linear integration.
Aman V. · Software Engineer · Financial Services · July 31, 2024
Pros: Everything. Easy to use and very modern. I like to use it as a task manager and calendar.
Cons: I think that only price. Great appp, but I would love to pay less.
