Pros: I have gotten used to Appointy and I now can appreciate what I did not understand my first time around using.
Cons: I still feel like some of the features and services are limited. Maybe an update could fix what Appointy lacks to me.

I started using Appointy a few months ago to help with automating scheduling, and it's been a dream. Appointy is amazing, you can even create a tab on your facebook page to give access to your clients to schedule meetings on their own!
Pros: Appointy is super easy to use and incredibly intuitive. I love scheduling appointments through here. It's user friendly and simple to understand.
Cons: I have no complaints! Appointy is perfect at what it does.

All I had to do is input the days and times I can take appointments. After that Appointy did the rest. Makes it so easy for scheduling appointments.
Pros: The ease of customers being able to set up appointments with my business.

Pros: The product was fairly easy to set up. It offers a good user experience to set and manage appointments. Some of my clients used this system, so I acted as the administrator. Most of these clients were satisfied.
Cons: Some other competitors offered more integrated services. The integration with WordPress could have been a little more seamless, though it wasn't bad.

Excellent. They are easy to work with, are friendly and work hard to know and understand your business.
Pros: The ease of use for admins and clients. Easy on - boarding. Pricing is excellent and the support is superb.
Cons: It is excellent but not flashy...and I need some "flashiness" for my demographic.

Even though it's not the "best looking" product or has the easiest to use interface, their excellent list of features and their really responsive support team makes up for it. Therefore, I've chosen to use the product and overall would recommend it to others.
Pros: Support is SO responsive and knowledgable and the product is very rich in features
Cons: It is not easy to figure out on your own as it's not super intuitive BUT it is very powerful and support is there to help you - truly like a white glove service.

I had the chance to use Appointy as an intern in the university's pharmaceutical research and development department for scheduling and managing meetings with team members and outside collaborators. The program succeeded in streamlining our appointment procedures to a great extent. We were able to simply create reminders, prevent calendar conflicts, and schedule and change appointments because to its user-friendly design. Our productivity increased and we were able to maintain organization throughout our research projects because to Appointy's seamless interface with our email and calendar systems.

Pros: The software is clean and easy to use. The service from the customer support is even better, they walk you through any questions that you may have. I have never contacted them where they couldn't immediately assist. Thank you for being there for help!!
Cons: It's definitely on the high end of softwares but you get what you pay for. If I pay for a cheaper software, I wouldn't get all of the services that I get with this one.

Pros: My team and I are stressful to manage huge event and crowd. There's multiple date need to be set up and customized. Tight with the dateline, we were so panicked till we found out about them. I must say that I AM SUPER SUPER GRATEFUL. The app is so friendly and easy for my customers. Another thing that made me wont go to any other app is their Support team is the best that i ever liaised. They're very attentive to all my questions, they helped to customize it, i felt that i have another colleague next to me who helped me till all my job done. It is one of the best software to manage and create a better administration of our company, it allows us to manage all our appointments and create online reservations in an easy and simple way, through it we can create a better organization and management of our social networks, we provides the best tools for our business to be constantly growing.
Pros: it increases productivity and helps us create growth in our company. It allows us to schedule appointments for our meetings and create reminders through messages and emails. It offers us a calendar so that people can see the availability of each date. It provides us with functions to make online payments.
Cons: There are no features that need improvement, it really hasn't provided a great ability to manage all our online appointments and payments. we can improve productivity by eliminating absences and creating a better workflow.

It's has been productive and I would still recommend it... It is a massively great App... If they take care of reporting and customer Android and IOS app.....and lastly Add CRM (email marketing) .... Boom they would be the jewel to run after.
Pros: I was able to use it for a class booking business. The Design is totally beautiful, I was Able to restrict client account booking as per validity period of class registrations, Cancellation and Rescheduling is amazing, Easy client sign up form. Reminder emails
Cons: Inadequate Reporting Lack of an Android /IOS App for my customers to log into were my major issues

Pros: 2 years ago was easy to use. Still affordable. 2 years ago was supported and had good customer service
Cons: I have been with Apponity for years. I am now leaving. The reason for my departure is complete inability to work on mobile. iOS app and mobile browser nowadays never work properly. Never is a strong word but it is really never. Mobile app and mobile browser options are limited. Parts and pieces are not functioning after each iOs update. This only indicates that the software is no longer supported in a timely manner by the parent company in Singapore. I can only use my Desktop. Nowadays it is a big drawback for any functioning business. I contacted Appointy multiple times and "we are working on the app" is the only answer. I am leaving although I will lose history of hundreds of clients . The system allows to export only addresses and names and none of the past appointments. Very inconvenient but I have no other choice.

Appointy powered our tech stack for a long time after we left TimeTrade. Eventually, we grew tired of paying a programmer to tweak the API when business changed demanded it. We ultimately switched to SimplyBook.Me to save money and use Zapier.
Pros: Good integrations and API, lots of booking customization features were included that helped customers and staff alike. Google Calendar sync worked perfectly well and made it easy for staff to block time without logging in.
Cons: The 5 staff limit for $49.99 month was simply too expensive for our taste. We also had issues with the API also provide to be difficult to maintain with a developer. I see they've since added Zapier which might help with that extra cost.

Publishing online classes with zoom during lockdown. The support for customising to our needs was excellent. We may be able to use this going forward with paid classes.
Pros: The flexibility of configuration to suit business needs are very good. It has a good range of features but the most appealing is the Live help and the outstanding level of customer support even during the free trial as all questions are answered and you are sent direct links to the relevant support material.
Cons: One or two small areas could benefit from additional customization such as gift certificate emails need to be slightly better design. Code needs to be bigger than the price you paid.

Overall, pleased with Appointy.
Pros: The ability to limit the number of attendees to maintain "physical distancing" due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The app keeps track of the reservations.
Cons: Occasional glitch in the reservation system.

Overall, this is a great product. I love the chat feature they have and the staff is knowledgeable. Their response time is quick and they are always able to help with whatever I need.
Pros: I like Appointy because it take the worry out of scheduling students for tutoring sessions and it's easy for parents to use. This product helps to ensure we are not overbooked which is very important due restrictions with social distancing. The software also gives us the flexibility to cancel and reschedule sessions with ease. One other thing I really like is being able to control how many sessions parents can schedule each week.
Cons: The thing I like least about the software is that it is not user friendly when trying to set up additional seats on the administrative side.

Pros: - There’s a free version, no need to be pressured into upgrading. - A team of software developers who helps customize the widgets on your website - easy to use platforms and also there’s an app on the App Store to use. - I love the interventions with multiple platforms like google analytics, add a book now on Instagram and especially a schedule directly on google business. - I also love to automate my daily tasks and Appointy can connect to zapper, in helping me doing so. I completely recommend Appointy
Cons: It would be nice if they added a little description when hovering on the infos Or options in the settings.

Appointy handles all of our scheduling for all of our staff. I wouldn't have it any other way!
Pros: The best thing is the customer service. I have never in my life been more please with a live-chat service than I have with Appointy. Our questions are often convoluted, sometimes obscure, and even on occasion have the answers in plain sight. The people they have doing tech support for their product are THE reason I wouldn't consider anything else. There is no robo-answer, and the people are genuinely interested in helping me find my solution. This sounds totally crazy, but I almost LIKE when something breaks because I get to interact with these guys! Shoutouts to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in-particular!
Cons: Some of the default views (admin side) don't make sense. Example: moving to the calendar and I only see the next 3 hours? Default should be a week. And honestly, I think I can probably change that. Wait!!! I get to go talk to the support guys again! Other than that, the customization to make it look more like a whitebox product is a little lackluster.
